He answered all my questions in detail and even provided answers to questions I hadnt even asked yet. I worked with Jacob on getting my rear window and a little body damage fixes and he was phenomenal with communication. He got my quote within a half-hour or so and was very thorough on details, he was very transparent on the costs. No hidden fees no trying to up charge just because! I was originally quoted 2 weeks but the truck was done in about a week. They are exceptionally fast! When I received the truck it looked brand new, it exceeded our expectations. They even cleaned our car inside and out to ensure it came back nicer than received. You really feel taken care of, that small bit of courtesy is top notch customer service! I was beyond excited! Hands down I would highly recommend them. Its worth it and they do a helluva job!

Had passenger door and mirror replaced. After they put on new door and mirror and I picked it up, I realized on the way home that the mirror did not work at all and the trim on the interior was facing off! There was clearly no final inspection before calling me. My service advisor, Jacob was very professional and friendly and they quickly corrected their mistake(s) but it required a second trip and time to get this finished. A final exam could have quickly identified the job was only 3/4 finished but unfortunately, that did not happen. Still, mistakes do happen and Jacob made sure it was properly finished.
Customer service is what made it the best. Taylor in which was helping me kept good communication, helped explain things really well on how insurance worked, help me solve some problems. Everyone else who I worked or talked with as well was friendly.The quality of the work seems really well done & from working in a body shop before & having an understanding of some of it the work looks really good quality. Overall good experience with my service rep, Jacob. Quality of the paint job and trunk repair is amazing! I did have new issues occur when my car was returned and found light bulbs and other housing units were loose.
The service was excellent by both the receptionist who helped me and went beyond what most people would do and helping me get a car to rent and take me home without any cost to me. Also the repairman kept me informed every few days as to their progress and any obstacles they came across. Unfortunately their follow-up, communication and excuses just dont match how they made me feel when I first met them. A simple check on my other reviews will show I dont complain much just exclaimed my love for great service, but this has to be the exception! I was very disappointed with the phone calls, miscommunication, several delays, wasted time, incomplete work and no follow-up as promised.

This is my second time using Caliber Collision, first time was the location on Harvard way in Reno. This time I used the location off of Glendale in Sparks which did not disappoint, my car was done on time and back to the way it was before the guy hit it. If you ever need to use the services of an auto body shop I would recommend Caliber Collision.

They did a really good job on my 06 evo 9 but when I came home I realized that my 9mm case was missing.
For your own good dont go to this place . They took 41 days to fix my car . They screwed the window film with a torch or some kind of welding debris as the carpet inside. And dont ever answer me.The frustration is bigger than you angers so just dont go there.
Caliber Collision did an amazing job! Someone crashed into the back of my car, and honestly I was scared it wasn’t going to be fixed the same, or the color was going to be different or not look like the original because it was a brand new 2017 Hyundai, and by the end it looked identical! It was an amazing job! And they really keep you informed! I highly recommend them, they are super nice, and they really explained in detail what they were going to do, and really asked ME on my opinion and I was the one of the decision.

And if you refuse for them to get automatic payment from insurance, you might as well find some where else to go. I should have gone with my gut instinct with the first call I made to them. Also if an insurance company sends you to a place definitely do not go to who they recommend. I was the one who was at no fault for the accident I was in, why should I have to be put out, and then have to deal with the lack of customer service, lack of communication, lack of professionalism?!! The lies that were said to the insurance company.The only“disagreement” was my refusal to sign your waver for payment! Also let it be said they had my car for 6 days before receiving a call from, not Caliber Collision, not the at fault members Insurance Adjuster, but the rental company stating I need to return the car by 5:30 or I would be charged for the rental, do to the fact that the car does not have a finish date!!Who is held accountable when the work is not done properly or to my standards after you complete the repair? Nobody but you still would have received payment, let me add the car is only 9 months old, I drove off the lot with 13 miles on it. Sorry that I want to make sure my car is repaired properly and not half-a**ed, but your company still receives full payment for a shady job. I should have read reviews before taking this to your establishment!! Thank god for Nevada’s laws of taking it where the client pleases. And thank you for the New Establishment I was able to get it into today with in the time that I was given!! Karma has a way of coming back and word of mouth is huge in this industry.
I really dont understand all of these negative reviews! I had nothing short of a fantastic experience here. My husband and I came in for a quote, knowing we likely werent going to get the work done. A young lady came out and wrote our estimate for us (while we helped ourselves to free refreshments) and she explained the whole process completely. Very friendly people here

I got in an accident this morning and called Caliber before even my insurance company. I remembered driving past them the day before and had no idea what to do after I hit a freeway divider. Shyanne picked up the phone and calmly explained the whole claims process to me and offered to try to get me in that afternoon for an estimate. Unfortunately, my insurance wants me to go see Steve’s instead but thank you Caliber for calming me down and talking me through the process. Made a cr**py situation not so scary
Had a great experience, someone backed into my front bumper. They worked the guys insurance and fixed my bumper, but what I really liked was that they also went around and buffed out some other scratches and dings I had, nor to mention the fully detailed my truck inside and out. These little extra steps were nice for this mom of 5 who is busy and always on the go.

This place is the absolute worst!! Doesnt get any worse than caliber collision! They were supposed to repair my car that got scratched up in a vandalized act.. a long story short this company had my car for over 3 months. Lost my keys. Then put child lock on the back doors then tore the doors arpart, closed the doors and couldn’t get into the car, they had to cut a man sized hole into the door of the rear passenger door. Then they left the windows down in my car for over 2 months while it rained and we had storms.. This was my brand new car.. they promised to have my car done within 3 weeks.. 3 months later i still didn’t have my car, i was paying my car payment, paying full coverage on my car and also paying over $1,200 a month for a rental car.. i could no longer continue to pay for my car and keep a rental car and needed transportation. I kept begging them to get done with my car because i was getting over my head due to having to also pay for a rental car and make my car payment.. They continued to take their sweet time and go very slow on my car.. i ended up losing my car and letting the finance company go get it.. i was told that they had my car for almost 5 months for a simple paint job because they kept messing it up and cut holes in it and continued to go as slow as they could! Shame on this company! They are terrible and do not care about their customers at all! Stay away from them.. if you want a good auto body shop.. go to coach craft, they are amazing and they care.

I came here when my car was making a weird noise when driving. Sydney came out and looked at it with no apt and saw it was my fender liner. She took it in the back and pinned my fender liner back on for me. This location and the people and management are super friendly i will defiantly return and refer them to anyone i know
My car was totaled so I went to get my stuff out of the car. I noticed my rear license plate was missing so I told them about it. They looked but couldnt find it and said they would get back to me on Monday since it was a Friday. Monday came around and no one called so I called. I was told they were still looking and would get back to me. Again, I never got a call back. The next time I called I asked for a manager but he was in a meeting but the lady said he would call me back. Didnt get a call. Called again for a manager and this time the manager stepped out. Its been almost 2 weeks since my license plate was gone and no one has called me and I cant get an answer. Very poor service and communication.
Rude and untrustworthy, our insurance company opened a fraud case against this branch. We decided that since the damage to the vehicle was superficial that we would not do repairs. However they had it marked as totaled, began stripping parts, cause more damage to parts that were not damaged. At one point the car had a completely different hood (nothing was wrong with ours), all the lights and bumpers were off (nothing wrong with those), interior door panels left out to weather damage, refused to reassemble the car, refused to release the car unless 100 dollars was payed. Go to Concourse, it’s the only reputable collision shop in town.
My boyfriend took his vehicle to this shop I wouldn’t trust caliber Collision with my razor scooter. The fact that things were stolen installed into the vehicle disgusts me. We had pictures of the stuff even from the insurance company had pictures with the car in there possession. We have receipts they don’t know who took it at the shop. The only information we were given was a tech reinstalled everything false. Do not bring your vehicle here they are untrustworthy. It’s about making things Wright no matter what happened. We would like the money for the sound system that was taken bottom line.
Absolutely awful service, I wouldnt even trust them with a bicycle. Three weeks ago I came in for an appointment to have damage estimated. Arrived and nobody knew about the appointment. The AAA adjuster looked at the damage and told me they would replace the rear hatch as well as the rear bumper. She told me I would have an email later that day containing the estimate. Three weeks and many phone calls later, still no estimate. I had to drive to the shop and ask the clerk to get my estimate today. Upon reviewing the estimate, the rear hatch is not being replaced and the rear bumper is not being replaced; However, being billed as repaired. The damage to the vehicle is not repairable, parts need replaced.Do not bring your vehicle here!
Super slow for very basic body damage repairs . Almost a month of work for a bumper and a hood. Staff is not very good at communicating with their customers. Received an estimate date to be finished then as that day approached they said theyd need an additional 2 weeks for who knows what. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.
I would find another body shop for your repairs. 5 weeks of dealing with repairs, a dozen calls from me having to follow up on status, late parts (if ordered at all), wrong parts twice when they actually came in, a couple redos on first repairs. Frustrating! Went there based on our insurance company recommendation. Bad choice. Very nice staff though. Always kind and considerate, just not organized at all.
To be completely honest I NEVER write reviews and have so much respect for service jobs but this place is a huge disappointment. I am a college student who was in a three car accident where I was the front car at ZERO FAULT, unfortunately my left bumper/light was damaged from the middle vehicle being hit as well. The damage was nothing serious and I was quoted TWICE, the second quote being a few thousand dollars more than the first. The second quote being at an extreme price caused my car (2010 Hyundai Sonata in great condition) to be totaled out because the cost was too high for the value of the car. They took off my bumper and back headlights and refused to put them back on causing me to drive with zero brake lights and no turn signals. Seriously for the sake of your car and money, do not take service from them. I have never been more serious in my life and I am a very nice person.
They totaled out my car because they added things not even associated with the accident minor things. Instead of estimating the accident damage everything else was cosmetic. Then I noticed when going to retrieve my rims and tires they damaged a good rim and sliced and punctured one of my tired and damaged my rim that was not even in the damaged area just to make things look worse. I have reported it to my insurance and provided pictures showing this rim and tired were in excellent shape before. They made it look like curb damage the funny thing is they did not realize those were a super new purchase less then 5 months old. I also parked it always in my driveway. So curb damage how?
I had my old little turd Ford focus repaired here when I rear ended someone like an idiot. I was super anxious to get my car back, but they were really patient with me. I upgraded to a new car a few months later and was backing out of my driveway, when I scraped my bumper on some bricks. Pretty bad too. I took my car to these guys again and told them my situation and that I only had the car for 2 months. They took care of me big time. Everyone else wanted me to pay around $1000 or go through my insurance, which obviously I didnt want to. They took care of me for the exact same amount of work for about $380. I love these guys. I hope I never see them again lol, but if I need to I will surely go to them.
Some Parts had to be ordered, which I can understand, but otherwise great service AFTER my car was in an accident on 6/29/2018.
I wish I was here weighting a five star review but the fact is I’m not. My sound system was stolen from the vehicle they have pictures of the equipment they are not denying that it was taken at the shop. Now I did sign power of attorney over that they are not responsible for stolen items. HOWEVER that is a extremely gray area speaker the equipment was installed into the vehicle. As a customer all I wanted was them to make it right I have a loan on the equipment I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anybody. I work at a factory with 5000 other people I wish them the best of luck with there business my only recommendation is that if you know that wrong doing was done you guys should have made it right period no exceptions and you woulda left with a happy customer and a good review. We went to other auto shops it’s the principal of making it right. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else speaking they still don’t know what happened to the stuff.
I took my Subaru to Gilson after I was rear ended on the freeway. They did an amazing job. The damage was minor, and the process was smooth. When I got my car back she looked brand new. Thank you Gilson!
Take to long for promised results, say they can do it but didnt know how.It has been a year now since the repairs were done, and I have found several issues.1: a trim clip was never installed on the windshield.2: the door they replaced has been damaged by them, missing mounting screws and the window control trim is damaged (I learned of this only because I had to replace my speaker due to it being blown out)I have contacted them to resolve the problem and they have simply ignored me.

On a quote I just got, Caliber asks for $60 per hood hinge for a Nissan Versa. I can buy the same genuine Nissan part for $20, or a cheap knock off for $10. Markup, much?!? They want $3K to fix a bumper knocked out of alignment - $1200 in parts and 20 hours labor. (And thats 20 hours to replace 3 body parts and some paint - theyre not even fixing anything)Another nearby shop is quoting me at less than half the Caliber price, but for $500 I can buy all the parts online and I think Ill just do it myself.Why 2 stars? I guess I could have been struck by lightning in their parking lot, but I wasnt! So theres that...
They painted my truck for Liberty Mutual because of some hell damage. I dropped ofd my truck September 14 and just got it back today November 30. Not only did it take 2 and a half months they did a shittie job and very poor service. It doesnt take that long to paint a vehicle. 😡😠
They didnt give me the time of day...went in 3 weeks ago filled out a form and not 1 person called me back!!
Terrible service, ignorant staff -except for the front desk lady who was indeed very nice.They told me I can get my car back in three days. I gave them a call on the third day and the person who answered the phone -the same person who told me it would take three days- gave me an attitude and told me Im very impatient. They delivered a week later with a job half done. So, I had to take my car back to them and they hold it for another 4 days. During this time I wasted many hours in their office when I was supposed to be at work because they just didnt know what they were doing. Unless you enjoy uncertainty and frustration, I sincerely suggest you go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! All they have to do is replace the engine in my Montero. It took about three months to get the SUV. And when I finally got it and drove it for less than two hours, the transmission fluid leaked. Mechanics asked whens the last time I had the transmission serviced. Told them that I just got the Montero 4 months ago. They tried to claim it was overfilled when two other shops already checked it before I even considered them to fix the engine. there was no issue with the transmission when I brought it to them and all of sudden the transmission just failed due to fluid leak and they claimed it was overfilled( YEAH RIGHT!!) theyre not even calling me or replying to my emails. They still have the SUV in possession. they also tried to claim it through my warranty! SCAMMERS!!! next step is for me to file a lawsuit against them if they dont fix my transmission...

I wish no stars was an option. I was in an accident July 9, 2014, My insurance company had Gilsons do the repairs. After an excruciatingly long time I received truck back and was notified the the sway bar (suspension stabilizer bar) was bent and needed replacing still but it was on national back order. Within a few weeks I developed a clunking under acceleration and deceleration, The bolts holding my drive shaft (which they replaced) to the transfer case were all loose! Theyd backed halfway out. At that time I also noticed my pinion seal on the differential theyd worked on was leaking.I have called several times over the past 8 months and all they would tell me is the sway bar is on back order and they have completely ignored my complaints of the pinion seal and drive shaft. After waiting more then a reasonable amount of time (its now March 20th 2015!), I have issued a complaint with my adjuster and am waiting for the results. To add insult to injury I called a local Ford dealer and they can get the part in 5 days and it has never been back ordered.
