Used Liberty twice for dent and paint repair. First time, no complaints and the work was well done. Second time they didnt didnt put the emblems on the new tailgate, and when we took it back one of them was glued on crooked. Im sure they would have corrected the emblem, and they are friendly to do business with, but probably wont use them again for the inconvenience.

The team over at Liberty Collision went above and beyond taking care of our car and making sure we knew the entire process. We had a small concern after the work was completed and Tom promptly took action to remedy the concern with out a second thought. Couldnt have asked for better service or a better quality job. We are bummed the car was damaged but very happy to have had the Liberty Collision family put a smile back on me and my wifes faces. Thanks again!

I’ve been here 2 times in the last 6 months for minor things like putting new fender emblems on. They are extremely fair priced, efficient and the customer service is awesome. They make you feel like family. This will be the only collision/body shop I go to.

I knew I would need an above average body shop to match the pearlescent green color of my Kia Soul 2017 perfectly. I checked out Liberty Collision thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I was very happy with the service I received. The customer service is outstanding. They took the time to give my vehicle a good inspection which was not the experience I had with the company the insurance people sent me to. Thankfully we are able to choose our own company for repairs and not the one the insurance company sends us to. They communicated with me throughout the repair. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again if needed.

Liberty Collision is definitely professional and fair priced. The work is top notch and so is customer service. Got backed into and had a Monroe repair. They ordered the part I needed, called me when it was in and did the work in less than 2 hours.

After shopping around for a body shop I was so pleased to come across Liberty! I emailed explaining the damage to my brand new 2017 Yukon SLT and received an immediate response from Donnie.I showed up the next day with quote in hand and was greeted warmly and Donnie walked out and looked at the damage himself. We set an appointment for the following week because parts needed to be ordered.I dropped the Yukon off and was very pleased with text messages through the week regarding where the truck was in the repair process. I was very surprised when Donnie called me halfway through the week to give me an update personally!The repair on my Yukon is stunning! We cannot see where the damage was, there isnt even a ripple! We will never use another shop, Liberty has a lifetime customer. Hopefully I wont need them again but, if I do it will be a pleasure to work with them again.

I rear ended some gal while driving and had to get my car repaired. I checked the reviews on the place Geico reccomended and all I read were horror stories.After searching online for a bit I found great reviews on this shop. So glad I found them and took my car here.Donnie and his crew put my mind at ease with everything. They gave me a ride to get my rental car, they gave me updates on the work and did an amazing job at fixing it and making it look brand new.Also all the work is under a lifetime warranty which is great, doubt Ill need to use it though.

Very clean and courteous.Im not sure if this is the body shop for the customer who needs a quick body fix....all 4 times that our family has had repairs done by this crew, we waited about 3 weeks for everything {order parts, wait my turn for loaner car (no additional charge) and get work completed}.Yet, we keep coming back because were always satisfied customers. 🙂

I didn’t know the repair shop could negotiate with the insurance adjuster. My car needed about three times the cost of repairs than the insurance company originally said (with only pictures).I got my car back from its accident with the high end after market parts or the factory parts, where it mattered. My car looks like new.Working with Charlie was an excellent experience. Great customer service from a great crew. Professional and thorough, which is what I would expect from a body shop company. Only down side was the wait to get my car in, BUT thats because everyone knows they are the best in town.

Great communication and customer services throughout the entire process starting with the estimate and ending with being around on a Saturday morning so I could pick up my car on my day off. Tom even offered to drop my car off for me! There was a secondary scrape on my car that they buffed free of charge! They walked me through the process to explain the work and potential issues and were able to finish the repairs under the estimate price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for collision repair.

Liberty Collision did a great job fixing my 2018 Audi Q5! They weren’t on the “approved repair shops” for State Farm so I was a little concerned that we may have issues, especially since they had written the bid for the wrong car. Donnie at Liberty contacted State Farm, got them back out to look at my car and had them pay for all of the needed parts and repairs. They were super easy to work with, I highly recommend working with them!!

After visiting several collision shops recommended by friends, I chose Liberty Collision to repair my Chevy Volt. Like most auto body shops in Reno, Liberty had never worked on a Volt before. However, they researched the proper battery disconnect procedures, kept the car indoors, and plugged in, as much as possible, for optimal results.The finished pearl paint and body work was beautiful, the car was very clean, and there have been no sensor error codes or other computer-related problems.Thank you, Liberty, for restoring my beloved Volt. I brought my car in at the beginning of March for some front end bumper damage, and spoke with Tom about getting it fixed.He had me email him my insurance company’s quote to have it repaired and told me he would take care of it and get back to me.Two weeks or so went by and I never received a call from them, so I called them for an update.Turns out they had never even bothered starting the process or looking into repairing my vehicle.Spoke with somebody else (I don’t remember his name) and he told me to just bring my vehicle in the follow week and that they’ve started looking into my repair and everything.I called the day before I was going to bring my car in to make sure the plan was still on, AND SURPRISE, they had no information or plans for my car being brought in.I wasted a months worth of time waiting for this place to work with me; should’ve just gone to Coach Craft to begin with.

I just had my 2017 Hyundai Sonata repaired by Liberty Collision. They did a fantastic job of fixing a nasty side-swipe damage. I always felt they were honest and reliable. While it did take a couple of weeks to get the work done, there was some insurance company back and forth they had to deal with, but I didnt have to get involved (thankfully). I would recommend them unconditionally for your auto repair work.

Liberty Collision tinted the windows on my 2007 Mazda Miata - and they look GREAT.John took his time explaining the options and process to me.Johns many years of experience are obvious in the quality of his work and his customer service skills are terrific too.I plan to take my wifes Subaru to them and have those windows tinted as well.Wish I had done this years ago!

I had a wreck and was worried about the quality of work that was out there, ive seen some work that a 5 year old could have done better . Today most businesses dont go out of their way for customers. Donnie and his team went out of their way to make sure it was right. He was willing to meet me on a day they were closed to drop off my vehicle, since my work schedule did not allow me to get down there during their normal hours. While my truck was down they even offered to fix some previous owners paint work that was very poor for a good price. After adding a few other things to the mix while they had it apart. I still worried about the outcome. Donnie told me from the get go it will look better than it did before it was wrecked. After seeing my truck when the repairs were done. He was right, it looked better than it did before it was wrecked. They matched the older paint and colors perfect. My 97 f250 looks like a brand new truck now. Im very picky about my vehicles and the people at Liberty got it right the first time.

Terrible shop they mess with your ride because after I got my car back, my car doesn’t feel the same & they left it dirty inside my car, like seriously. They’re not careful with your car, they simply just don’t care!!!!
