Sandur took excellent care of my son when his 2007 Volvo XC 70 made unusual and alarming noises on his way back to Reno during a blizzard. He checked the car over and, not finding any apparent problem, he provided possible explanations and service advice without charging for the inspection. Friendly, prompt and honest service! what a refreshing encounter!

Took the 2005 Sprinter Van in on Monday witha water pump leak and Metric replaced the partsAnd installed the water pump in day1/2. Savedme a lot of time, and charged a reasonable rate.Thank you MetricD

Apparently they are able to bury their bad reviews since I posted one recently and it isn’t showing huh imagine that. Our story is far too long to duplicate but I will advise you to stay away from these con artists! If they don’t screw you over you can consider yourself lucky!

I was looking for a quality alternative to the Mercedes dealer for our new 4x4 Sprinter Van. I had my first service done and am happy with my experience. I do have to deal with my tire pressure calibration and they may have overfilled the oil as it is telling me to take some oil out - Ill update this post in a few days. punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and good people come to mind after my first visit.

I have had two older Mercedes (late 80s) serviced at Metric Motors, and I am very happy with their work, pricing, and communication. When I have any questions about a diagnosis, or other work to be performed, they are happy to provide all the information I need to make an informed decision. What else can you ask for? Five stars for Sandur and his staff.

Metric Motors worked on my 1974 Mercedes 280C. This little coupe was a really difficult fix... Elfar, the owner took the job on himself. I am so impressed with the friendly, fast and complete service that I received. They are really the best at working on foreign cars. This is a family owned business and the whole family helps out.
