Best experience ever! Just bought my second mattress from them because my first experience was so good. The store manager Rudy was so helpful but more importantly he was honest and not pushy like so many salesman. He let us take our time without following us around and was there to answer any questions. He was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses! I would refer this store over and over!!

Kevin was great! He really cared about my needs more than just selling a mattress to me. He had wonderful costumer service, and was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Best mattress buying experience ever! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference in foams, support and mattress longevity. And the absolute BEST PART? We got our mattress delivered, set up and ready for sleeping in 2 DAYS!!!! Went in on Monday, delivered on Wednesday!Ridiculously happy with our experience with Mattress Firm and our salesman Kevin. 10/10 would recommend.

He was so kind and so very helpful he showed me many different styles and types of bed frames and mattresses. He took his time with me. Everyone was very professional & helpful, there was a short wait to be helped. They had what I was looking for in stock. BUT, I had anticipated paying a certain amount for a king box spring because I checked the price on the website. I went into the Sparks location and paid the amount the website listed and was sent to the Reno location to pick up. I arrived to the Reno location and showed them my ticket to pick up, they informed me that I was only purchasing half of a king size box spring, and that I would need two. I was pretty upset and felt like they were trying to over charge me. My receipt said king box spring, no where did it indicate that I needed two of them. They shouldn’t sell them like that; it should indicate 1/2 of a king box spring on my receipt rather than “King Box Spring” which sounds like a complete box spring that should come with two if two are needed. I had to fork out the money to buy a second “king box spring” needless to say I was not happy. It’s very deceiving, causing a lost in trust. I left feeling like I got ripped off.

The sales person on duty, Shelby, was extraordinary. She realizes she is selling service and not just mattress. She assessed my needs asking many questions I had not thought of asking myself. Then thoughtfully guided me to my final decision. Simply outstanding.

Went to this store on Sunday just to shop and get some prices for a new mattress. I met Julie and she immediately started helping me. She asked me questions about what I was looking in a bed and at what price, so that we found one that was right for me. She is amazing at what she does and I walked away with a mattress that I hadn’t planned on getting that day. I also just received my mattress today. All I can say is that I received that BEST service from the Julie in the store to the delivery, than I have in a long time. Five out of five stars from me.

Wish I had done this sooner.I recently decided to buy a mattress online. 180 days free? Awesome! or so I thought. I hated that mattress. It was way too soft for me, and it gave me bad hip pain. I decided to return it. At first I had to deal with a sales person who was trying to convince me to keep it. No thanks. Then they finally came to pick it up and they sent it to recycling. Im happy they recycled it but, I think donating it would had been a bit more eco-friendly.So then (after vowing to never do that again) I stopped by this place. So glad I did! I wasted the store manager Joes time and he helped me find the best mattress for a great price! Honestly, my only regret is not coming here first. I get that everything is online now. but mattress shopping should be an exception. Try here first before going anywhere else

Came in expecting to be attacked by salesmen and expecting to have to do the typical sales dog and pony show, but ended up leaving totally happy! Joe was very helpful and honest, he did not try to up sell us or anything like that, just asked for what we needed in a mattress and what our price point was and showed us options.

If paying a lot for a mattress us your things this is the place for you. I will give them the benefit of the fact the mattress brands they offer are supposed to be top notch, but I dont think I will ever spend that kind of money on a mattress.

We didnt have the biggest budget or much mattress experience and they didnt take advantage of that. No pressure or up-selling. Joe let me be indecisive and try the mattresses over and over until I was sure. They are going to deliver the new mattress and get rid of the old one in less than a week!
