I went to Mattress Firm today trying to find the best mattress for my back. Tried 3 other mattresses in the past year, nothing is working for me. My spine is fused and sleeping has been very uncomfortable. I walked in & was immediately greeted by Bob, the manager of the store. Bob was super helpful in guiding me towards what would meet my needs. Ended up getting a Tempurpedic hybrid King bed with an adjustable base. Labor Day sale is going on so I got some discounts with what I bought, which included sheets, mattress protector & pillow. Bed will be delivered in less than 2 weeks which is better than what I expected. Thanks Bob for your help today. I’m really looking forward to my new bed.

We went to the North Reno store, we had bought out last Sterns and Foster there and wanted to try out some of the new beds. I have a muscle condition so we were picking out a comfortable bed that works for both of us. Looking forward to receiving this next week. We had a really knowledgeable sales associate, Bob, in Sparks Galleria.He showed us the different types of mattresses.He reviewed warranty. They do try to be covid safe with masking and pillow covers. Delivery was good.

After shopping around different mattress stores for 3 weeks, I decided to swing into Matress Firm in the Sparks location.I was not bombarded by a salesman, I was greeted and asked if I needed any information about what they had to offer. I said I was there to just look around and try a few beds.I ultimately looked at the Purple beds and the Temperpedic beds.I asked the salesman a million questions, and he answered every one. He didnt put any pressure on my wife or I to hurry up and buy.He spent time with us and allowed us to lay on a bunch of mattresses and try all different types of pillows.We wound up getting a quote, and left the store. 2 weeks later, we went back to the same store, re tried the mattresses again, and we ultimately bought a purple 2 with adjustable base and a Temperpedic with adjustable base.Very easy staff to deal with and very friendly.I will reccomend any one to go to this store.The salesman Joe is an asset to Matress Firm!

I was very impressed with the customer service. We walked in and immediately were asked if we needed help. My daughter wanted a memory foam mattress. They grabbed the twin bed and positioned it for us to test out. After 2 choices my daughter chose the firmer foam. We walked in at 7:16pm they close at 8pm we needed three matters same day “we literally threw ours away 30 mins before we walked in store”. She helped us right away when we told her we needed them by tonight she wasted no time got on the phone called a different store because she didn’t have the ones we wanted at her at store. We Paid with her and drove to the other store where they had them in stock arrived at 7:54 picked up our mattress we’re driving off by 8pm!!!
