She knew literally everything about the mattresses! She was very nice, kind and didnt try to convince me to purchase something that I couldnt afford. We went in knowing basically nothing about mattresses. Mickey was very informative and thorough in his explanation. He informed us about the different types of mattresses and what you should expect from each one, as well as the firmness ratings. Mickey made our trip a great mattress buying experience, we felt like we got a great deal and did not feel pressured into buying at all.

Ive now purchased mattresses from this store on 3 separate occasions and it has always been an awesome experience. This visit, me and the wife were in the market for a new cal king and had a very specific budget and two kids with us. As anyone with kids knows, kids at a mattress store is a recipe for DISASTER. The salesman that helped us (Drew) was a Saint. He engaged with our kids helped us keep them calm and we stayed stress free. He informed us on mattresses, got us sized up, and landed us with a great deal within our budget. We answered a few questions then laid down on a bed that scan us for our needs. All in all very simple and very quick. With that information Mickey showed us 4 options on mattress types. After floating around the store pressure free we selected the mattress we both liked. Mickey showed us the results of the scan it picked the same mattress we did, amazing. I was especially pleased that he had us go through their mattress fit diagnosis to find the correct matress for my wife and myself.
