This is my first time using this company for furnishing my new apartment an I’m very very satisfied with Ashley furniture. Staff very helpful, explaining all my options to best help in my decision. Which led to my recent purchase, a great living room couch set with love seat. Everything was delivered on time, no issues with the delivery service.Our New couch is the best part of the living room. Thank you so much Ashley furniture for making my first experience one to remember!
I’ve had the absolute worse experience at this place. I informed the employee that I’m shopping for a dinning room set. I needed it before a certain day. She said that it would be here. I paid the deposit. It was a week and I didn’t hear anything. Called the employee and they didn’t answer. I ended up going to the store. She told me that the items show that they won’t be there until A WEEK after the date I requested. And they weren’t even going to be coming in on the same day. I asked if they aren’t here by the time the date comes can I get something else. She said yes. It was 2 days before the date that I needed it. I went to the store and they still didn’t have it. I requested that I just cancel that order and get something else. She informed me that since I already signed a contract that she would have to call the bank. I left and waited for her to call me. It was another week and by that time the items should have arrived. I received NO call. After over 3 weeks I decided to just cancel it all. When I went to get a refund they were saying that I couldn’t get a refund on my deposit. I received NO ITEMS! I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolute worse experience and I will NEVER return.

Worst furniture buying experience.Purchased a sectional on June 8th 2021With an estimated delivery of 4-6 weeks.By August 6 2021 I call to get an update and for inform that the new estimates delivery would be September 20, 2021With the situation at hand I drove to the store and spoke to the operation manager that inform me that the date I was provided over the phone was not correct and that the new date was December 18, 2021. After a couple minutes of looking for options the operation manager suggested that I could get furniture in stock and I would be able to get that. After looking around with the sales person we settle on another sectional that was more expensive and payed the difference and got a promise delivery date of August 13-15. On August 13 I call to see the status of my delivery and now got told that the furniture is delay and the expected delivery date is October 29.Customer service it’s horrible, unable to help and the operation, sales team just lie to customer just to close the sale.Currently have been waiting on the store manager for 1 hour. Apparently what ever training she is taking is more important than customers.Use my experience as a warning and do not do business with this people
We bought a California king size bed and mattress that would be delivered the following week is January 2021. The bed was delivered damaged and so we refused the bed, but we were advised to keep the mattress and boards for underneath it as the bed would be delivered again soon. Every month we have been told it was coming in. Our store agent Rodney has been trying to help. We finally got a delivery date and it was redelivered last week June 18, 6 months later and it was damaged again. As we were trying to work out the best way to move forward the delivery drivers drove off with the bed. We tried to get them back to accept delivery and work out the rest with customer service but they wouldn’t redelivered until today June 24. Now, they are trying to redelivered again but the bed is not complete and now supposedly the parts are coming in July. This company has not accepted taking the mattress back so we can move forward with another store. They will not give us any definite answers on redelivered again and we are left again without a bed. Ashley Furniture is a joke and a waste of time and money. Do not buy from them unless you are willing to wait for damaged goods. I would give them no stars if it was possible.UPDATE 8/3/21So we were supposed to have the delivery of the missing drawers today. Guess what?! THE DELIVERY THAT CAME WAS THE SAME SIDE RAILS WITHOUT DRAWERS! Again Ashley Homestore is A JOKE AND NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY.So here we are 8 MONTHS later without a complete bed. I want to return everything and have my money returned
Very high sales pressure. They wont leave you alone to browse unless you flat out tell them to leave you alone. Even then, they came back after a while. I also had multiple sales persons come up to me, when I told them the other sales person was helping me, I was ask if I wanted them to keep helping me or have them help me. I had 2 sales people ask me this. I will not be going back. This is the problem with having people paid by commission.

I’ve purchase furniture several times over the years at Ashley and everything we’ve bought from them has been good quality that has served us for years. Their sales people do attack you a little when you walk in but generally give you space if you let know you want it. But they have really nice stuff for good prices and I’ve never had any service issues.

Katy location: Floor sales rep Luis M. was very respectful, patient and attentive with us but he didnt hover. Thats what I liked the most about this purchase experience, he allowed us to shop in peace but checked in every so often to make sure we were doing good or had any questions. Took us a few visits before we were ready to purchase the furniture pieces but he was there during each visit providing great service. The store it self is very clean, large with a good selection of different home styles and fair prices with extended warranties. If you check out this store, I suggest asking for Luis.
I had a very frustrating experience with my recent purchase at the Ashley store by I-10 (Katy, TX). Very poor response from the sales manager Humza and the customer service number was equally unresponsive after purchase. They messed up my order TWICE and after contacting sales manager Humza multiple times, he answered the call two times and both the times he said he will call me back to fix the issue but never called nor responded to my text messages after the sale. I am never going back to the store again, I am sure there are other furniture stores that have a little more respect and courtesy for customers. Very poor sales team with zero response and total disregard for customers.First, they delivered two pieces (bed and mattress). Since the sales manager did not inform me that this bed needs a box spring until the delivery crew that delivered alerted me, I made a second visit driving 40 minutes each way with my pregnant wife to purchase a box spring. No apologies from them, but I ordered box spring anyways.Then they came and dropped box spring at the door step.Attached are photos of mattress and box spring both left wrapped in two different rooms after I paid extra for delivery and installation. The crew did not even agree to move the box spring to bedroom when I was not at home despite my pregnant wifes request. If I just needed them dropped wrapped at my doorstep, I would have purchased them from an online store for a lot less money. I waited days and had enough with the lies from sales manager that this will be fixed, I put them all together myself.Customer service blamed the stores instructions to leave at doorstep and the sales manager Humza blamed the delivery crew for not installing, neither of them helped me despite multiple calls but were happy to take my installation money. Pathetic service.
Lew & Theresa are the ABSOLUTE BEST store representatives I have worked with by far. Super friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. My husband and I went in looking for a pullout couch and dining table, and after talking to these two, who gave me the helpful insight w/o swaying my decisions or pressuring me into anything. We ended up finding the best recliner sofa and love seat set, which is super comfortable, and a beautiful dining table set! I am super please with my visit and will definitely be back very soon!
We purchased a California king bed in January and we’re to have it delivered the following week, first week of February. They brought the bed and it was damaged with a big chip in a corner that someone had tried to cover with a sharpie/magic marker. So we denied the delivery as our person that we bought the item from the store told us to. We were assured it would be replaced shortly. From there, we had a different delivery date LITERALLY every month. It March 25, then April 18, then May 21 then June 8. Finally they brought it June 18th, DAMAGED AGAIN. as we were in the line with customer service to determine what to do this time, those delivery drivers were not willing to wait and took the bed parts and left. Next we were given a new date at the end of June, which then they brought but the bed had no side rails. So they could not put it together. They left pieces in our living room and bedroom until the rails came in. This time they delivered July 9th and the drivers were EXTREMELY helpful. Jeffrey Bonilla and his assistant(did not get his name) we’re so friendly and helped us understand this company. Not good. The most astonishing point, IT IS STILL MISSING ITEMS! Two side drawers are missing. The supervisor at the store and someone from CS can only offer a small discount for all this trouble. No one understands how this can be happening. So if the escalation department and the supervisors don’t understand then WHO DOES. This company is horrible. We have heard of many other customers that have incomplete pieces. Plus if you look at quality it isn’t very good either. NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEYUPDATE 8/11/21The bed is finally complete, 8 months later and with a lot of hassle and having to go back and forth with various people.

This is a place you cannot afford not to be. Their customers service is second to none, couple with the fact that their products are of high quality and standard. The prices of their furnitures are very competitive and reasonable. To cap it all, the payment terms and modality for payment are flexible and unequal compare to others. They make purchases very easy for you by providing credit at zero interest rate and down payment. A trial will surprise you. I will visit them again and again.
Updated Review: Delivery and customer care is a joke so my rating has been changed. I had two delivery dates 07/30/21-08/15/21 and sofa deliver date 09/11/21-09/17/21. I text my salesman on 09/10/21 and he looked in the system and said my delivery date was 09/28/21 and to call customer care to see if they can speed up the delivery. I called customer care and it was a waste of time. They told me the same thing and he couldnt answer any questions. As of today 10/02/21 I have not heard from Ashley about my furniture. I am seriously considering canceling this order.My salesman get 5 stars.My salesman Carve, was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me work through all my issues. He didnt pressure me into purchasing anything that I didnt need or want. After walking through the store several times, I left out making a purchase. I will review my delivery experience later.

DO NOT EVER GET THEIR WARRANTY! These people are running a scam. They will avoid your phone calls and then lie to you saying they’re supervisor will call. I have been a loyal customer for years but post pandemic these people have lost their touch. Save your money go someplace else. I will literally throw a party the day these idiots go out of business or get sued.
We purchased couches on June 5, 2021. They said it will take 4-6 weeks to get here. We had delivery scheduled a few times then they canceled on us. We even threw out our old couches before the first delivery period they said they were coming then they never showed up. I called to ask where they were and got told the order wasn’t ready. Then asked why did they schedule it if they didn’t have it. Now we have no couches to sit on. We are on week 14. I called customer service a few times and all they say it’s not avail and will be ready in 14-16 weeks from when I called. Called back again today and the messages service said it will be ready in 14-16 weeks again. Every time I call it’s 14-16 weeks.last time I called was a few weeks ago and get the same message. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.
Timothy Perry gave us excellent service. The products we had found online were there to see in person, and Mr. Perry was able to show us some things we might prefer or to accent what we had already chosen. Excellent shopping experience, and the Ashley quality we have come to expect!
The place was sizeable but I found the selection limited. That is what I am basing my rating on. The staff was pretty helpful. But the color selection for couches is lacking. Please note that they are Not the only furniture sore guilty of this! But someone seems to think that beige and particularly gray is the color for the last few seasons. I like grey but I also Love color. Having the possibility would be nice as I know they have to think about their bottom line. Be mindful at the time of this review delivery is minimum 6 weeks so dont need it now!
The store was nice to go into, but I had a problem with my order afterward and no one is helping to resolve it. Ive been trying to get in touch with my sales associate, ANA MICALE for WEEKS at the Katy location and she will not respond to any emails. She never returned my call that another associate said he would leave for her. Ive emailed and called for her at least 5 times. Customer service says I have to speak with someone at the store, but no one ever picks up the phone at this location now & I guess Ill have to physically go into the store since its impossible to get a call or email back. Horrible experience from the Katy I-10 location, Ana wasnt helpful and the rest of the team members could do much better. Ive never had a problem with Ashley until this location. I will never return to this store & wouldnt recommend. Once you leave the store, no one cares to help.
I really enjoyed how our sales associate helped us find the perfect bedroom suite. The sales associate was able to show us all the furniture that was within the style we liked. I loved the fact the she answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy.
If I could rate as a zero star I would. Unfortunately that is impossible. Here is the reasoning, we purchased a mattress and bedframe on 7/04/21. We had a great salesman, all was well. On 7/17 we were scheduled delivery from 2:15-5:15pm. Confirmation was sent on 7/15 with a confirmation number as well. As of today 7/15, our delivery was not scheduled. My wife went to the store and was told that the delivery made the manifest yet was never loaded and was sitting at the distribution warehouse. Ashley management was unable to fix this issue and said that they would only be able to deliver by Wednesday 7/21. This would not work for us as we are leaving the country for an extended period of time. We have already moved our bedding to accommodate the expected delivery today. They refused to help any further, so we canceled our order because of their lack of customer service. Would be more understanding if they did not have the pieces we ordered I stock, however they have them in and ready to ship yet they refuse to accommodate our needs based upon their original scheduling. Customer service is an absolute joke. Will never shop here again, will take my business to either Starr or Gallery furniture.
When purchasing a bedroom set in may, we were very specific we wanted something that was in stock as we’ve had waited too long for other furniture. The salesman checked and said we would have it delivered on July 1st. Now it’s September 9 and nothing yet. Not sure if the salesmen are lying just to get sales or if their inventory website is never accurate. Ashley furniture costumer service is the worst! Every time our delivery date gets pushed back, we never get any updates (call or email) until we have to call to check why they didn’t show up.
Never have my husband and I purchased a mattress, we’ve always had hand me downs. Today we purchased our very first mattress and not only is it not a hand me down it’s a Tempur Pedic! We are thrilled and can’t wait to get our best night sleep! Thank you Victoria for helping us, we truly appreciate you!
Enjoyed the experience getting my lovely furniture from yoda for my new apartment although while being there the back desk lady not sure what her name was but was very disrespectful while making the purchase don’t recommend talking to the lady in the back she’s very rude.

Terrible furniture buying experience! Will probably never order from here again. We purchased a dining set on June 27th, with the estimated delivery being august 4th. They have delayed our delivery MULTIPLE times with no regards to contact or inform us. It has been two months and still no delivery. Every time we call, they say the exact same thing and push the delivery date even further. Honestly just thinking about cancelling the order completely. Very very disappointed by their customer service. Not very helpful at all.

Here we go.. I shouldve looked at the reviews BEFORE purchasing with Ashley HomeStore but instead, I checked out the reviews on BBB and google AFTER my purchase. Big mistake I purchased a dining room set and a couch the week of 4th of July. The salesman told me that the couch wont be delivered for 4 to 6 weeks but the dining room set would be delivered before the couch. I got a call last week from the call center informing me that my dining room set would be delivered first as partial delivery. We scheduled the delivery for tomorrow, 8/4. They told me I would get a text 2 days before delivery. I didnt get a text so I called them today, only to be told that the delivery has been pushed to 8/6. A 2-day delay isnt bad but after reading the reviews, THIS is how it starts for so many customers. Now Im already worried. I asked about my couch. They told me there is no official ship date for my couch and the estimated ship date has now been pushed to September. At this point, even though its JUST the beginning, I dont want to go through what so many other customers have gone through. Im hoping my dining room set gets delivered this Friday as promised and not pushed back repeatedly. If it does, cool. Ill keep it (if its not damaged which seems to be a common issue in the reviews). If not, I want all of my money back. I hope I dont have to fight for it either. I deeply regret purchasing from this store. These reviews are disheartening.8/16 Update: I received my dining room set. 2 of the barstool chairs are wobbly but other than that, its nice. But.. No couch. I sent my contact information to the number in the reply to my review below. Ive been communicating with someone at the number via text since 8/4. I dont know their name but they told me back on 8/4 that the estimated arrival date of my couch to the warehouse is 8/17. Today, Ive been told that the estimated date has now been pushed out to 8/27. Im sure its going to continue to get pushed. I have zero hope that I will have my couch anytime soon.
This has got to be the best furniture store ever created. The people work here are incredible and they do whatever it takes to earn your business while making sure they don’t annoy you - and they’re not pushy either!The prices are insanely low too! I don’t think they can be beat by any other furniture place. I’ve looked!
The Katy location has a very friendly welcoming staff. Travis helped us as soon as we walked in and Jillise was amazing at getting us approved in a timely manner. And everyone in between was so nice and understanding since I had my children with me. And the show room was very clean and easy to navigate. So far, the process is very smooth and effortless on the customers end and that’s what I need.
Great customer service and great prices overall. The staff were understanding and excellent when it came to explaining everything and the process to receive our purchases! Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service, they never pick up the phone and keep pushing back delivery dates. They quick when it comes to taking your money but they act dumb when they should deliver your furniture.
11/2 - By far the worst furniture buying experience ever. We just purchased our new home and went to Ashley to furnish one floor. We were told one item was a month out which was fine. 4 months later still no chairs to a dining room set. We bought on July 4th, 2020 and delivery pushed until January2021. The service has refused to take the refund without a restocking fee.... Travis Wiethorn(salesman/conman) assured me that it was just a month... Now no one at the store wants to help. We will NEVER shop there again .Update 11/24- Ive messaged them per their response, and have yet to get a response. Yet another indicator of their service. Their response on a review has been the only sign of haste.Updated 2/23- I am still missing dining room chairs. They said by February, and now Im being told April 7. Not only was I promised delivery, but a 10% refund on my order and delivery waiver.... None of those things have happened.... Each time Ive called customer service they see no notations of the promise. Luckily I have a receipt of the promise. I will personally be visiting the story tomorrow morning to raise hell.... Lewis B. was very helpful. I had issues with another company. The furniture I had ordered was on back order for months. I went into Ashley’s and met with Lewis, I expressed my frustration and asked if he could guarantee the delivery dates. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely matter and received it before the actually delivery dates. I will be shopping here again.
Loved loved my visit! Absolutely the best customer service ever, Tammy Took care of us helped us from beginning to end. Made me feel very comfortable with asking question. She was very knowledgeable in all styles helped us make the best decision on our furniture. Definitely will be back for more.
Great store! Rodney did great job showing us around and was very patient with me and my wife as we were overwhelmed with so many choices. He did the process quickly. They did warn me that there may be shortage due to supply chain being behind. He said that we should be getting our deliver in two weeks.Update 7/20/2021 - All furniture has been delivered in three weeks! My server has delivered today due to backorders. I was impressed how quickly we got them after worrisome from all these bad reviews about not getting their furniture in months. NOW! I dont recommended Rodney after his attitudes on customer services had dramatic went downhill after the orders was done. When I had concerns and I went to the store to speak with Rodney in person. He quickly left the store refusing to talk to me. Manager ran out to talk to Rodney, but he took off speeding in the parking lot. Manager shook his head. So dont buy from Rodney. Stay away from him.
I am LIVIDNO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. IVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS HERE SINCE JULY.Tried to give them a 4th chance and was never contacted back. Again I leave this review because my last one seems to be missing. Horrible furniture. I was happy with it until the leather on my couches started peeling when I was told there leather does not do that. That’s the only reason I bought it. Now they are giving me the run a round. It’s been months and nothing done. We payed for the warranty and it is not covered. My furniture is discontinued and they are willing to let me pick a new couch. That’s great but the love seat is starting to do it and I am not having two different pieces of furniture. They want to charge me to have someone come look at the love seat. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I sent the email to the feedback team and got nothing back. Horrible customer service and furniture.
Horrible service…all they want to do is make a sale, i really tight they actually cared. We went in looking for a living room set and unfortunately forgot to get right measurements. We found the sectional we were interested in and expressed our concern about the size. The sales lady, lisa kept saying that we can buy now and cancel over the phone if we were to cancel. She made it seem like it was the most simple thing to do. All of that was false information! I paid the set in full and had to cancel. I called her, and my number was blocked..i called the “store” and i just got random customer service people that do t even know what they are doing…they kept sending me to different people and no one is able to help me…some hung up on me…some said i had to go to the specific store (which was 30miles away!) and some said i could go to any store….some said i was going to get a call from someone that can help me…which i never received 3 days later! And some just answered the call and had it on mute until i hung up. I went to a nearby store to cancel and they said i had to go to the specific store. So i went to the specific store and they couldn’t help me until the specific manager was there 😑 so i told them no i was told she would be here by 12 and it is 1pm i need my refund!! So another manager helped me and told me “you know you could’ve gone to any other Ashley’s?” When everyone told me i couldn’t !!! They said i would receive my refund soon and have yet to see it! HORRIBLE place to buy from…just run
TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered some items and I was lied to by the sales person bc they told me they didn’t have the items in the color I wanted. A couple days later I checked online and sure enough I found it. I placed an order online and tried to cancel the store order but it’s been 3 months and I still have that charge on my card after they told me “it will be removed in 72 hours…”By the way, they signed me up for two different credit cards but I only signed up for 1. They said I have to wait 3 months for the other card to be cancelled.I kept hearing about the bad customer service from people but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened!My order keeps getting pushed back, and it’s been 3 months now with no sofa or chairs. Nobody is willing to help and when you call the customer service, they keep transferring you around and eventually someone sends you back to the main menu. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!

Worst furniture experience ever. Similar to other reviews, we placed an order for a sectional sofa and ottoman in the first week of March. We were told at the time of purchase that the sofa will be delivered at the end of the month, due to low inventory. Because we liked the sofa, we were willing to wait a week or two for delivery. Sales representative told us he would reach out to us close to the delivery date and update us on status. Fast forward a month and no contact from Ashley Furniture or delivery. I reached out to our representative who notified us delivery was delayed. I asked him for an ETA and he went radio silent. After another week, I reached out to Ashley Furniture through an alternative store number and another representative this time told me the sofa was delayed and additional two weeks and the estimated delivery date is the same week we would be travelling and out of town. When I asked for a specific date, I was given no answer (once again). And the best part is that the ottoman delivery is delayed even further until May. Keep in mind, none of this information was being given to us proactively. We had to contact them every single time. I cant speak to the quality of the furniture as of yet, since who knows when Ill actually get to use it but customer service has been non-existent. Never buying from Ashley Furniture again.
Terrible service!!!!It was an excellent furniture store, my husband and I have been clients of this store specifically for years, I understand that because of everything they live they are late with deliveries but the time of months for a table or sofa is exaggerated. The worst of the case is that they give you an estimated time of weeks to secure the sale and commission. When the delivery date arrives they put a thousand excuses ... that the warehouse, that the inventory, that the driver, that bad communication, etc.We waited for the date they told us that by the way it was a lot, to that we added 4 more weeks and now in the same store they tell us that we must wait another 5 weeks. This really is a joke, lack of professionalism, lousy customer service.No one comes forward to show their face, no one takes the responsibility to give a TRUE explanation.Your salespeople are liars, they give their phones to help in case you need something and when you talk to them they never answer.We will never buy anything here again. We do not recommend it at all, super sorry to have made our purchase here
Very disappointed with this store. My fiancé and I are very nice people and don’t get upset too often. But they messed up our order 4 times and sent us 5 different sale invoices. Then because of this our delivery was delayed, and even messed up our social security and address on our credit card we opened for our furniture and ended up figuring this issue out by going to another store. I am extremely disappointed in the service we got and everything we had to go through to fix there mistakes. I enjoy Ashley furniture, furniture but I would avoid this store in Katy.
I have always loved Ashley furniture and I like that every time I come back the sales staff is helpful but not pushy and very knowledgeable. Sergio our salesman was so patient with us today and we are absolutely happy with our purchase

Went to the store after visiting Rooms to go, hoping to find the quality I was looking for. I’m happy to say I did! Purchased a beautiful bed set and a mattress. The deal was unbeatable! I’d recommend this specific store, the staff was great and transparent which I definitely appreciated!
Ordered our sofa, chair, and ottoman on July 11. Rodney, our salesman, told us it would be delivered 4-6 weeks from that date. Here we are coming up on week 7, and we’ve had no correspondence. When I called in to the corporate office, I was told our furniture wouldn’t be available for another 11-13 weeks!!!!! When I called the store, I asked to speak to Rodney. Conveniently, he’s not in today. When I asked to speak to a manager, no one was available to speak to me. I was told I would have to leave a message. I told the gentleman that that was unacceptable and that I needed to speak to someone immediately. I let him know that if this is a sales tactic they use, lying about delivery dates, that I needed to know today so I could cancel my order. The man on the other end proceeded to laugh. I then asked for his name before transferring me to a manager and he hung up. I will NEVER buy furniture from Ashley again. Ridiculous.
STAY AWAY from this store! Horrible experience! Unprofessional! Bought a mattress was told that it will be delivered in two weeks, waited a month, then finally received a phone call to schedule the delivery. Unfortunately it was not delivered that day! Went to the store and talked to the manager, the manager apologised and informed me that the mattress will be delivered on the 25 of September. On the 21 I received a phone call informing me that I could schedule the delivery!!!!!!!! Do not know why do I need to schedule it if the manager already informed me that it is scheduled!!!!!!! I told her that it is already scheduled! She was so rude and told me that the earliest they have is on the 28!!!!!!!Seriously a huge waste of time! Very unprofessional! It’s a shame to find this customer service from Ashley!

I purchased a dining room set 8 weeks ago and was told expected delivery to be 6-8 weeks. I called today asking for a status and said the product is still on backorder and they now are saying delivery in January. I proceeded inquiring about canceling the order and they told me 30% fee while the paperwork states specifically 10%.

Good inventory at this store and appreciate not being hounded by sales reps when we shopped. This is a good location, too. Only cons are the delivery times (seems to take several weeks for furniture delivery whereas other stores offer same day or just a few days post purchase) and it takes forever to complete the sales. We spent hours just waiting on the representative to write up our ticket and get us out the door. I do like the quality of their furniture though and have purchased several pieces over the years.

Beyond frustrated with this company. Ordered $7,000 worth of furniture April and it is now July and have not been able to receive my complete order. There is major miscommunication between the the distribution center, the store, the warehouse. There’s been deliveries scheduled and after waiting around no one shows up without as much as a courtesy call to notify me of the cancellation. Nobody knows anything, if your item is in or if it’s not or they do confirm it but then it’s really not there?! They tried to offer me a $10 credit to keep my business 🤣 what an insult. $10 in exchange for the all the time I’ve wasted because of them and all the frustration they’ve caused me. No one even cares. Incredibly ridiculous, I will never shop here again and I don’t recommend this place.
Total waste of time. If you go in this store knowing exactly what you want, they will waste your time telling you they have what you want in stock when they really dont. I was looking for a bed that was in stock to meet my needs. Instead of being honest and telling me they didnt have it in stock, he (the bald black man) kept telling me he would check to see if it was in stock, all the whole knowing it wasnt. He just wanted me to stick around hoping he could sell me something I DID NOT WANT. Do NOT waste your customers time! For this reason. I will not be back.

I visited this store for the President’s Day Sale event The sales associate that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to take my time to just look around without anyone following me yet still available to ask questions. I did end up making a purchase since I was comfortable leisurely walking the store. I will go back for other items as they had a good selection and good prices.
Great service was able to get exactly what I wanted and it was available immediately, as I walked around the store I was greeted by every sales person, so that was comforting and hospitable & they was knowledgeable of the product and the prices
Excellent customer service. I was just stopping in to browse and get an idea for living room furniture as I felt the need for change. I saw a set that I liked, however the sales person Amir was very instrumental in helping me purchase a set that I love. It’s very modern, extremely comfortable and technologically savvy(including a USB port). I would say that my overall experience exceeded my expectations and I left there as an extremely happy customer that will definitely return for any future furniture purchases. I actually already have my eye on a dining room set!!!

This is the 5th time our couch has been rescheduled for delivery. Apparently the first time around they sold our couch because someone else wanted to buy it then and there, as we were only financing it. It was originally supposed to be delivered first week of July. It was rescheduled for the 5th time today, because of a shortage of drivers which to me makes no sense considering they were able to deliver my remaining parts to my tv stand today. So the reality is they dont have the couch at all, but theyre beating around the bush. They dont tell you until the day that its supposed to arrive that itll be rescheduled, even though they send text the day before confirming the delivery 🙄 We speak to the people at the store and they cant do anything for us. All they say is we understand your frustration 😑 like, I dont think you do. The store manager here is the most nonchalant of them all. There are plenty other furniture places near this one, go to those. If I dont receive my couch this time around Im cancelling and taking my business elsewhere.
I was more than happy with my experience here, they really worked on accommodating my wants and needs. Pricing was better than other places I looked into, looking forward to my delivery.
