New in town and on a budget. Was amazed to buy an actual mattress (it didn’t come vacuumed in a tube) of this quality for way under $1,000. There were at least three less expensive options and even more on the super premium end. Jess and Andrea were super low key and way over and above in terms of customer service.I would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. We walked in at 5pm and said that we wanted a mattress, box spring, bedframe, and a sofa sleeper. They immediately showed us what we asked for and explained it all. They gave us the lowest prices we have seen anywhere. Believe it or not, by 6pm we had everything delivered and assembled in our place. They made loyal customers of us in no time. We have never received such a fantastic service from any mattress or furniture store. These guys are the best.

Jess and Andrea were so great! Really friendly and helpful! They helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for and assisted us with the finance process and delivery, walked us through the steps which was quick and easy! I ordered a bed set for my son, and the manufacturer didn’t have it in stock, Jess had me come in and find a new and better bed that would still be shipped to me around the same time as the first originally ordered bed. Completely hassle free. Would highly recommend. They take care of their customers.

Came to try a few mattresses and was encouraged to try several different sizes and styles to compare. I even left to go find other mattress stores to try different options but ended up coming back to iDeal furniture because of the comfort and price.When I bought the mattress, I left with the wrong size (my fault)!! But Jess and Isabella worked to fix the issue with no headache and in the end I had the mattress I wanted and Im very satisfied with it.

Jess is the BEST!I found this company on Facebook and they were advertising good prices for beds and so I wanted to check them out.After messaging back-and-forth and letting Jess know what kind of problems I have medically, he helped me find the absolute best mattress for my condition and didnt push me or pressure me into buying anything at all yet alone what he thought was best or most expensive. What can I say, I went into IdealFurniture with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Jess was very welcoming and listened to my needs.
