So where to begin. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the carpet replaced for a manufacture defect and also to replace my cargo cover. I called earlier in the week and was assured the carpet and cargo cover would be there for my oil change appointment. When I got there the carpet and the cargo cover were not there and were never even ordered. They told me they wouldn’t replace my warped, discolored I’ll fitting cargo cover that constantly falls down and they stated they would order little plastic pieces to help keep it on track. I want to add my car doesn’t even have 10,000 miles on it. After the oil change I was called and told it was ready for pick up. I showed up 2 min later and sat waiting for 30 min while the service guy messed with another customers windshield wipers. At this point I was so irritated with the lack of service. As I was leaving the girl behind the service counter said to me this happens all the time and asked if I’d like to speak with the GM. I spoke with the GM Francisque. He apologized and stated to me that he had no problem replacing my cargo cover and carpet and made sure that it was ordered. He even filled my gas tank after I drove two hours to be there and gave me his personal line if I had any other troubles. 2 weeks later I called asking about my items. He assured me they were ordered and would call when they came in. Now it’s been almost two months and I still haven’t heard anything. Terrible service by the service department staff and I’m still out my ordered items .
