One of my favorite stores. Its close to my house and most of the prices are really good. And I like that they get new stuff often so its always something new whenever I go there. Plus the employees are helpful and friendly

I have had good and bad experiences here. Have gotten bad fruit a couple times but they get it from other places usually so its not all there fault. The great low prices keeps me coming back and didnt feel morally right shopping there and leaving a bad review. Ile just choose my fruit carefully.

My first time in a while. I was lost. I found more than I needed and the staff was very friendly. Checked out fast and with a smile. Great experience all around.

Always something new. I browse in here for at least half an hour every time and always find something exciting to buy. Good for basics too, and especially snacks for school lunches at the last minute. The wine is also really good value for money and they have frequent specials on it.

I love the downtown store, so many healthy vegan options. The prices are still amazing considering the other big chain stores have raised their prices on a consistent basis. Downtown and Northside are fun places to shop, make sure you sign your receipt, both stores have drawings every month.

Dont go there if you are hungry! Lots of good snacks. Its also good to know your local grocery store prices as I bought some soup thinking I was getting a good deal and then found out I could have got it for about 79 since last at the grocery store this week because its on sale there. Its important to be knowledgeable about sales at all stores, but Grocery Outlet does have the majority of the time, better prices on special items, such as Frozen and vegetarian items.

I was looking for Ezekiel bread and they never had any. But it looks like a clean store and I ended up buying a few items anyway

Absolutely terrible, poorly managed store. Was mistreated and yelled at by a cashier and then mistreated by a manager who allowed the cashier and several customers to continue yelling at me while i tried to file a complaint.Seemed like they trained these people to get customers to shut up and leave the store rather than handle problematic issues with their service.

Great deals. Meat and cheese selection for cheese plates is amazing.They dont necessarily have everything I need, but by going here once a month, I am saving a ton of money on groceries. They always have weird deals on odd items I have never seen before, or items I love for super cheap. Sour Patch Kids cereal in a giant box for 50 cents? Discount ice cream? Handmade pasta for less than the normal stuff? Gourmet red sauce?They always have great veggie protein like Quorn or Gardein, even Impossible burgers for way less than other stores.

Great deals as long as youre flexible. One never knows what youll find. Many one time deals so stock up and save big.

Wonderful people work here that are upbeat and brighten up the day. I saved 60$ on my 40$ shopping trip recently, and numbers like this dont even feel exaggerated. Check out the pic of allllll this food I got for 13$. Boxes of 5+ healthy nutrition bars go for a dollar. And alot of times they arent even cheapo brands. Its like a 4$ or 5$ box for 1$. A box of cheezits is 1.50$. Where can that price possibly be matched. I initially found and liked Winco cuz it was cheap. But no comparison. Grocery Outlet is the best. The deals to change, but the base prices are REALLY good. And almost always, the things on sale cause me to think how can it possibly be this price. The big 25¢ oreo candy bars are a good example of the pricing. My dreams noticeably improved because of the increased nutrition since I was able to get healthier things cheaper. Pretty amazing.

They make you put your backpack in a locker while you shop and there was creepy people in the parking lot

This particular Grocery Outlet is spectacular. Well stocked, organized, clean and nicely staffed. Its location is a bit off but DONT let that dissuade you. I stop here despite it being in WA. This is worth wondering in. Bring a mask.

Never know what your gonna find here as their inventory changes a little the time! Downfall.... a couple of the workers are rather rude/snobby.... however, they do have 1 or 2 younger checkers that are super friendly as well.... its hit or miss.

If you like Grocery Outlets like I do then you already know they have random varieties of name and off brand products. Well nothing different here, you never know what neat item your gonna find. My deal of the day was Captn Crunch Berries for $1.07 a box.

The store its self is exactly what you think it is and the employees are always friendly. The only reason for such a low score 7 out of 10 times Ive been there Ive seen shoplifters . Its not the stores fault its Spokanes fault for the overwhelming homeless population especially in that area

A solid budget store. Good prices, good layout, and great cleanliness, which in this pandemic is a big deal.

All in all its not a bad place to shop, they have some good deals from time to time... Unfortunately there product line changes very often so you cant expect to be able to get the same thing as you did last time... So if you shop day by day or maybe even week by week or dont mind trying new stuff all the time you should be good. If consistency is more your thing stick to your tried and true grocery store.

The workers act like everyone is there to steal. I get its in a bad location that prolly has had plenty of shoplifters. However not everyone is a shoplifter so lighten up & get back to basic Customer Service Appreciation. Might also help you get to know your customers and have a better insight as to who to watch...

It was a bit crowded in the store. I found several items that were on my list for WELL below prices of other stores and also found several organic items. The only reason for three stars is lack of customer service. There were multiple team members who were stocking shelves and they didnt greet customers and often bulldozed in front of them as if we were in their way.I am glad I received some great customer service from Jack D at checkout as well as a greeting in the store. Honestly if it werent for Jack Im not sure Id return to this store.

Good place to shop for certain things

Low prices, enjoyable brand name foods, friendly staff! The only downer is that the produce must be eaten right away because it is either ripe or almost ripe.

There are lost of great discounts on a wide variety of foods, but not everything is marked down significantly. Also, be on the look out for very close to expired foods :/ I always find at least two or three steals so its worth the trip!

To start, I absolutely love Grocery Outlet and I’m also excited they have revamped their organic/natural selection. This location in particular has the nicest employees with the best customer service! It has to be one of the most difficult locations in terms of clientele that frequent the store (and I know because I live nearby), but the employees are always so happy and handle every odd situation with grace. I have been coming here for years and they have the best deals and the best products!

I have never been one to shop at Grocery Outlet stores of any kind, and Im happy I finally decided to just check it out. They have fresh produce and meat selection. I have not found anything expired, and everything I bought tasted fresh. I wrongly assumed the food at these places would taste old or stale. I actually found some really cool items that I cant ever find at other stores, at amazing prices. They even carry a large selection of organic food choices. Such a fun treasure hunt with a ton of variety.

3 stars for employees. Other than that it aint like it use to be. Very few bargains they match the high prices stores but offer food that expires soon or food no one wanted to eat. Giving them a big discount but they charge the same price at stores. At winko u got cambel soup for 88 cents and I had a verietry. But there they are 99 and you got three choices and I bet thier date is about up. A thier items can be baught at a store and often cheeper. Your fooling yourself if think thier products are cheaper than anyplace else often winko us cheaper and unlike this store winko has the same things that wont go bad in two months. I often feel they should be ashamed of themselves for the racket they got going on.

Good place to check out once in a while. Going miracle whip for $ 1.99. has 7 months before it expires. Watch what you buy. Some prices are higher than in a name brand store.

Grocery Outlet is a very good place to shop for grocery needs. They also carry an assortment of non food items in aisles1 and 2. East or left of the front doors. I picked up a PUR water filtration for $19.99 + tax. Also, I purchased laundry soap for only $7.99. I bought 2.

Good selection. Good prices. And they always have some cool stuff in the cool stuff section.

I like the frozen organic foods n great variety of beverages n wines. Just wish they would pressure wash parking lot, update store. I like special prices, fresh produce, considerate staff. Ive been in many Grocery Outlets throughout the western U.S.A setting up my Kiosk and signing up folks for their local newspaper and I can honestly say that Sage and Jack have the best store and employees at the 3rd ave location in Spokane ! They all go over and beyond the definition of customer service and satisfaction! We are blessed to have their store in this area of Spokane !

Grocery Outlet has always delivered when it comes to quality and great service at amazing prices. I can typically get almost all my the groceries I need here and it costs 30 to 50 percent less than going anywhere else. Not to mention the fact that they have a random assortment of other things at any given time. I purchased a really nice jacket and a couple of pairs of shoes from here on two different occasions! Uh what?!? Yeah. Check it out!

Half the time you go there and find amazing deals, but the other half you realize why the groceries are so much cheaper. Steer clear of the beer/win section.
