Seems that in the last 3 years the selection has dwindled. The customer appreciation program has basically ended. (New corporate direction?) Still for the items we still are able to find, the prices are comparable to other brick and mortar stores.

Basically everything that’s good for you & at an affordable price. They have a good rewards system. And the owner is really nice.

I suggest going into the store instead of ordering online because the few times Ive ordered online Ive tried to go pick it up and they didnt have it in stock and then it was cancelled and I didnt even get a refund for it

They have a large selection of supplements. One draw back is the staff never asks if I need help, but they do seem friendly when I check out. Definitely do your research before coming here and know what you need.

Went in and there was a new employee working. Did not have an answer for what I was asking and there was nobody there for her to go to for assistance. Pretty poor customer service and she was not willing to go the extra mile to answer my question. Just told me no. The guy that usually helps me is the only thing saving this from a 1 star. Hes the man.

Ask for Keith a very knowledgeable young man. He knows his supplements and very pleasant person to deal with.

They often have a lot of really good deals if you are on the lookout. Unfortunately their coupons dont usually works with the sales. Also, it seems they are constantly rearranging the stores making it hard to find the item you want without asking.

I am usually blown away by the help and willingness from the employees at this store, however today was a totally different experience. The manager (a male, I did not get his name) was completely rude when I asked about the rewards points. He seemed very irritated that I wanted to know how it works and when I did not fully understand his answer and asked more questions he treated me like I am stupid. I am pretty bummed out because I usually receive excellent service here. Hopefully the issue will be confronted as management should have the best service. I am thinking of finding my vitamins elsewhere now.

Sales people were rude and discourteous. They messed up my coupon and it took 10 minutes to figure it out. Then they wanted to charge me for a bag to put my stuff in. I wont be returning.

Well rushed all the way here an turns out the 2 old hags they have working at the division store closed 1 min early an layed on horn as they clearly seen me, Pull up an standing right there directly in front of doors. I think its bull. Im sorry excuse me if Im wrong but I believe in customer satisfaction an I am appalled that such a well know buisness would have flaky disrespectful lazy people working.

Customer service was lacking. Normally, everyone is friendly and helps you find what you need. The last 2 times Ive been in, Ive gotten an annoyed response to my question. Its fine, I can Google it later, but really?

Super spendy

I love this store, wanted to get some oils like lavander and peppermint one for restful, peppermint keeps all spiders away and that works great, it is a good store and very nice sweet workers. I recommend this store to everyone.

I have been coming here for years it is a very nice store. Good location, staff is always helpful. The prices can vary a bit sometimes I go in and find what I need for same price I can find it online and sometimes its a little bit more expensive. Either way it is worth it to stop here for any supplemental need
