The only thing that outshines the quality of the paint you get at Sherwin Williams is the quality of the people who work there. Dean and Rob were absolutely wonderful and helpful when we came in 6 min to close and they offered to tint paint with a smile and willingness to help even though they were about to go home for the day. We will definitely be coming back for all our paint needs. Thank you Travis W and team!

We had a great experience at this store. Incredible service from the moment we walked in. Emmett helped us and took time to understand the scope of our project.Another customer walked in while he was helping us and started to ask questions. He welcomed them in a professional manner and politely directed them to another associate so he could continue to help us.He offered suggestions to help us make the right decisions. The paint quality was excellent and the new color palette is warm, inviting, and just what we wanted.We chose Intellectual Gray for the wall behind the bed, Gossamer Veil for the wall behind the fireplace and a bright white for the ceiling.You dont get that kind of service, paint rewards, and such good quality paint at the warehouse stores. Well be back again for the next phase of our project.

Profesional, Knowledgeable, friendly, Staff . I appreciate the service I get when ordering paint or stain from Sherwin Williams. They keep records of what they sold me as far back as 2 years, so I can order more, this has been so helpful in projects that are in phases. Their products are superior and their paint is so nice to apply. Their color mixing is consistent and they always carry quality painting supplies for most any job. There exterior brand of caulking is a premium caulk.

Absolutely love this store, and especially the multiple times we have gotten professional and friendly assistance from Travis. In the past, we have always purchased our paint at one of the Big Box stores, but our builder recommended Sherwin-Williams and we have found this location to be phenomenal. A big bonus? You can order after hours on the Sherwin Williams website and have the paint waiting for you the next morning. Great paint, great people. Superb customer service.

Customer service at this store is awful. I sat there and waited at the desk while I was ignored several times, will not get my service here.

We were in the store for more than 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There was not a single customer in the store. Finally a very nice, helpful young lady asked if we needed help while we stood in front of the counter. There was 3 or 4 guys in the store just talking and doing stuff in the back. Home depot or Lowes paint department has better customer service than that. The lady that helped us was very nice and helpful. I think she may have just gotten there and came out and helped us.

Very helpful crew members that can help you select the right product and explain questions on the different grades of paint they offer. Honestly I am partial to Benjamin Moore paint but the customer service is the bigger part of it. Ive worked both sides of the counter in the paint industry and appreciate these guys. Thanks!

I was very surprised by how quickly they acknowledged me and then did the best for me. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then found me exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone who asked.

Everything was going so well until I caught the associates lying to me. I came into the store & asked if they were still having the 30% off paint sale. The associate told me, Yep - all of our paint is 30% off. They proceeded to help me match the stain color on a piece of molding I am going to sand and repaint. Then I had them mix 3 gallons of custom colored Ovation paint for my living room, bedrooms and hallways. The total came up to about $30 more than expected, so I asked the associate to confirm that the 30% discount had been applied. He broke out his calculator, and determined that only a 10% discount was applied. Then he said that the sale prices never apply to the Ovation paint, because they have to price it so low to be competitive with Lowes. He acknowledged that hed told me ALL paint was 30% off, but he could not match his previously quoted price. For me, its not about the money - Id have been perfectly fine with only 10% off on that particular brand of paint (Id have likely chosen a different brand) had the associate been up front with me. My issue is with the associate not telling me the truth at any time BEFORE he had mixed up my paint color for me. (Custom colored paint cannot be returned or switched out.) I will not be back.

The employees know about their products and are very knowledgeable about which individual colors go into each color of paint. This really helped me to avoid samples that had too much maroon or green tints. They also explained about the reflective light value so that I could avoid too dark of color samples, making it easier to find the right colors to compliment each other.
