Recommended 100% the guys there are really professionals and quick. In and out less of 2 hours. Oil change, pm service and replacing my license plate light. The woman at the office really professional and nice helpful.

Stopped in on the recommendation of a fellow driver and was not disappointed like I normally am. I was lucky and arrived with no one there. Needed a lot of stuff done. Service, new batteries, new drive tires, and an air leak. While they were working on all this they found that a recent repair was done incorrectly by the last service I had done and got it corrected as well without going overboard on the charges. I was out in about 3 hours with everything done correctly and in good working order. You can yell these guys actually took pride in making sure I would be safe on the road. Will definitely make sure I will use them again anytime I come to Washington.

FANTASTIC service! The service manager Chalyce and her service staff are on top of their game Professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. We had an exhaust issue on a Sunday and she made special arrangement for her welder to fix and in addition provided names to other options available in the area. Services provided were oil change and lube, exhaust and trailer electrical work. Highly recommend this shop. 6 stars !!!!!

Great place to get your Truck serviced! The Mechanic was wonderful he figured out the sensor I needed when every other shop did a diagnostics but could not find the problem. Great Staff! Pay them more money because they deserve it!

I and my fiance who drives tuck long haul, checked in an hour and a half ago and have seen 3 guys just either standing around or all doing one task other than doing the task at hand. We have been waiting for simple oil change and they keep finding something else wrong with a new truck. Taking longer than usual. BUT Hutt had great customer service and did the job as he was doing our service solo.

Great service, I called to find out if they would do an oil change on my Ford F450, they typically only service big rigs, but said that since it was a diesel they would, they didn’t have the filter in stock, so they drove to the autoparts store and bought one. Top notch crew and went above and beyond.

Please don’t trust them. I took my truck for a break chamber replacement. The spend so long time to replace it and they said they added some stuff to the break chamber, while I brought a ready to install one. They changed me $215 for a job deserving half hour.If I own a truck, you don’t have the right to share what I make!!! It’s not a free money!!!

There is an employee there named Alden, he deceives the drivers, I told him they would check the tire pressure on the truck, he told me he checked it, but he deceived him very badly there and he has a bad attitude towards drivers. I ask Speedco bosses what mechanics shouldn’t work there cheating drivers is bad.

I would like to share my appreciation to Lantz, a mechanic at Speedco in Spokane. Urgent problem with my commercial truck occurred. It was Saturday. But the guy found the correct parts immediately and replaced them in the next couple of hours. I think that he is a great person and great professional. It is good that you have Lantz at one of your Speedco locations. Thank you very much!

I asked them to check my transmission fluid on my Semi Truck they said it was full and it did not need any more transmission fluid and they said no need to charge me I am good to go so they did not change me or did anything with paperwork . I drive west on I-90 for 2 hours and my transmission losses a gear going up the big hills after there Columbia river after that I take it to a shop to see what happened and told me that I only have one qourt of transmission fluid and I need a new transmission that cost me $11,000 🤯 I called the shop and told them this and because they didn’t have paperwork on what they did that they can’t do anything but they do video on when I went to there shop. So I can’t do anything 🤬😤🤮🤒💔 if I knew they were like that I would of never gone there. But I can not do legal stuff because I don’t have paperwork 😱⚖️🧾. recover from this is super difficult because it’s the only income we have and we had to use all the credit cards we have and ask people for money just to keep working and pay for it 💔🚛 so we are struggling.

One employee basically doing my entire oil change.. 3 others roaming around.. 1hour and 45 minutes .. service is not what it used to be here.. even the rest room was a disaster ..seriously understaffed unless the roamers helped out? Another 20 minutes to get my bill 🙄😢

If u get a flat tire don’t go here it ll waste ur 2to2.5 h just to get it fixed. Plus don’t go into the shop they say u can’t walk around even I go check ur trailer around also don’t sit inside the truck the mechanic have a problem

Staff is very nice and helpful, but they are way to slow I don’t understand why the name is speedco. I was the only truck at 7 am, had to fix a flat on 1 tire and they took 2 hrs .

Fast service, time is money so these guys don’t waste your time and you can make more money, definitely recommend.

Horrible wait times!!! 1 mechanic on duty. I left after 3 hours of waiting. All I needed was to get my ABS light fixed on my trailer. I’ll take my business somewhere else!!!

I went here and they test my truck with a coolant leak. They confirmed it was a water pump. Water pumps are on national back order but they done the extra work and found me one. Just took two days and they had me back on the road. The only reason I took a Star ⭐ from this review is they also replaced my hood shocks but left off the ties that hold down the wiring harness. That’s a minor thing so I definitely recommend this location Speedco.

Today I went in to get a tire rotation and replace 2 tires. I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours, they took my trailer in after 3 hours. Within the hour they changed the tires and did the tire rotation. I got a great discount for having to wait longer. I was happy with the service. Greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

When you are unable to find anyone after 7 in Washington.. do not forget to call here they are open till midnight and the best customer service and mechanical service so far. Not very expensive but call first to book your slot. I arrived before midnight and still they took my truck and fix it took 1:30AM. Highly recommended to everyone

Went for minor truck repairs. First come first serve facility. Day shift guys were pretty quick but the Second shift guys are slow as all hell. No sense of urgency to get things done.

I would like to start off by thanking Speedco employee thank you all I came in to see if my compressor was going bad Gary a service person reassured me that was not the case I was truly thankful for that although I do have a small air leak that can be addressed at a later time Gary immediately troubleshooted my truck the check engine light was on he replace the part that needed to be replaced he also noted that my slack adjusters also need to be adjusted and that two of my drive tires where dry rotted and needed to be replaced I thought this was amazing as most service places don’t do anything further than what you asked the three gentlemen that work that Monday midday work very hard for everyone that came in even though I had to wait for my part my experience overall was very pleasant except for your female manager she get a little flustered and overwhelmed when handling phone calls and customers at the same time but I did not let it affect my experience I didn’t have to deal with her I dealt with Gary your other service managers and service person I thank them all with the exception of this manager who needs a bit more training but let’s talk about the terrific service persons and service managers who perform work at a pace that most places would not do I understand inability to get parts right away I understand the ability not get things done in a timely manner There are a lot of interruptions with drivers walking around trying to coach these people to do more for less drivers need to appreciate our service people without them most of us could not operate our trucks may they always be there may they always want to be there and I still will always think them yours truly up front courier and delivery LLC

It was a busy place we stopped in because we had a shock mount break off . It was in a tight spot they had to drill and weld it in placeThey did a great job we had our front air bag’s installed by them and again they did a great job. Definitely this is a place to get stuff done ✔ Thank you for getting us back on the road

Went for a mid service. Had no wait was in and out in no time. The 2 guys working were polite and professional. Definitely recommend for grease jobs or oil changes.

Not wasting my time stopping here again. I’ve done business here many times in the last few years. Always done a good job but as of late they are extremely slow. Don’t be fooled by the name Speed in their name. Only 1 truck waiting to pull in and they told me at least 1.5 hours till they could pull me in. Been the same BS the last few months that I’ve stopped. If you have lots of time you can waist it here.

We had a low tire on our 5th wheel and it was 9 at night and these guys were open 24 hours they didn’t have a tire for us because they only service semi trucks but they were able to plug the hole and stop the leak and we were extremely grateful for their help.

I’m not going to rate this Speedco due to the fact that a manager of this store should be fired. I’m sure the manager knew how short handed it was going to be. The manager should have been here to help these employees that are hard at work and no help.

I’ve taken my truck to 3 dealership locations and one oil change facility besides this speedco. During all of these visits I’ve gone in with same problem, after my truck gets a few thousand miles into an oil change, oil pressure drops. This shop found a oil filter in my truck dated 2014. How has noone caught it. These guys are absolutely amazing! I’ll recommend to anyone who ever asks, go to Spokane speedco to get all your service needs taken care of!!!!

My wife and I had our Subarus front passenger window smashed while away from our car at Medical Lake Lakefront Park. It was about 6pm so most places that could have assisted us were closed or close to it. We called SpeedCo to see if they could supply us with tape and cardboard, and if we could use thier shop vac to remove the broken glass. James didn’t hesitate to offer help even though we didn’t fit the typical clientele/trucks that passed through. He was waiting outside when we pulled up and got to work right away. Zachary and Skylar sized up and secured the window, the shop vac did the job, and the light hearted company while all of this happened was great. Thier humor and kindness after a very stressful and scary moment was very much appreciated. Y’all got us the last 5 hours home to Portland and we can’t thank you enough!

Quick as usual. Anyone that’s used Speedco before they got bought by Love’s... they’re similar but a few less options... namely oil analysis Not available anymore, etc. But as far as regular Lube & Service... They’re great.

Got a oil change there and they over filled the oil by a gallon and all three oil filters were so lose they had 2 turns before they fell of my truck. Almost cost me my truck for a 320 dollar oil change. LISTEN TO MY WARNING. stay away from there at all cost. It is not worth the chance of blowing a motor for a 300 dollar oil change. Got lucky got right in tire tech was a bit slow. But I believe that he’s new to the job. Mechanic replaceed air break chamber did that in a timely manner appeared to be skilled

Coolant hose was leaking. A gentleman there helped me. He was really helpful. He fixed it up.

Collin and Amanda did a great job on our diesel pusher motorhome. Glad they were able to service our RV.

Went in to replace my steer brakes. My eyeballs told me I was getting to the bottom. Turned out I wasn’t. Instead of these guys replacing the pads anyways, like most shops would. The tech showed me I was ok. Pointed out how to read the pads. Suggested I save my money on buying new pads and that I have about another 18 months of life left. I took the suggestion and put the old pads back on. Nowhere I ever been would of done that. They took the time to teach me. Not just take my money. Saved me an unnecessary repair due to my lack of knowledge. For once I found honesty and real value.

Speedco has the best-staffed shops on the interstate for oil changes, tires and basic repairs. There’s usually a minimum wait time, work is performed correctly and the technicians are knowledgeable and communicative. Head and shoulders above their competition.

No. 1 Place to get done oil change, tire change, and miner repair for your semi trucks. I have no idea other places and people for the Speedco stations. But i has a very good experience in spoken speedco station. Thank you all my friends.

BOBBI AND AMANDA!!!..keeping it positive...one of the newer and well stocked stores...nice amenities...got there and was the only truck....they did a fast and good job....more trucks came....and the only problem ia with the owner or corporate.... because they had to turm business away because nobody could do inspections or the wait was too long....the ’manager ’ was on a service call....how can you have a service truck and 3 bays including tire service and only 2 crew members?? Unfair for both customers and employees and even the company because besides losing money...you will lose customers and employees...I would come back but not if 2 people were trying to work on 4 trucks

Easy stop for truck oil change, best to supervise service being done. Have had grease points missed here and there. But generally do a good job.

I have changed the oil at this place . I have seen this after 100 miles. I m lucky by chance that I watched underneath my truck at rest area .Oil spilled from drain plug .I fixed it my self. This was loose. After this my whole truck was ripped with oil . My question is who is responsible for this?

After Love’s Travel Center purchase of Speedco locations, I can not get the truck into for a lube unless I wait 3 to 6 hours depending on how backed up they are. Before Love’s Travel Center purchased Speedco, it was the number 1 place to stop to get a lube in and out within a hour. My days to find a Speedco to even get me in for anything is a wait time of 3 hours minimum. I suggest finding another shop to get a lube! Complaining to Love’s Travel Center does no good. I have sent them a few emails about their service and how the lube man is no longer available at locations. Their response was simply we are trying to improve at our locations. A year later and we still have a problem. If I can’t get a lube, there’s other truck stops to do the service including the $4k to 5.5k/week in fuel purchased for all my trucks.

Over heard 2 employees talking one was positive for covid and not wearing a mask . The lady worked there was rude and told me it would be a4 hr wait won’t do business there again

People that are easy to get along with, you can be in the bay and watch the work being done, tested each of the batteries separately and they all needed replacement, so full service and four batteries. Love’s points to boot...thanks great job guys..Caleb, Keenan, Daniel.

These guys are awesome, went above and beyond to even call freightliner to see if they had parts in stock that they didn’t have. Serviced our APU quickly and even fixed some screw ups from the TA from our last service. Will be back again!

Show up as there is no lines but one truck in the lube bay...Get checked in as I pull up to the door.. After 20 mins go by the attendant comes out and says the truck inside needs to go to the tire lane.. ok... but they are short handed and it can be a while before they get to me...We’ll not my fault you are short handed or a shift change... I also have an electronic babysitter that dictates my time..So Spedco you snooze you loose...

I use speedco here in spokane cause there reasonable and do a good job and never really had to wait long. I quess loves bought them out so time will tell how things go.

Came here on Saturday morning no trucks outside waited 1.30 just to get inside the bay. Very slow. Otherwise they good job on service.

Horrible never get any service done from this location again.Will never recommend to anyone.Need to hire certified techs and pay more money.This way they would do better in there work ethic.1 is my rating for this location.
