Already have hearing aids. Sent by ENT doctor for baseline testing to check for any additional hearing loss. Quick, efficient, and friendly staff. Provided me with me the results of the testing and options to upgrade my 10 year old units. No high pressure, just information and alternatives.

Jodi worked with me to find the right hearing aid. Hearing is mostly back to normal. However, the jury is still out on the supplied earpieces and they may need a different type. Im confident that will be taken care of if needed.

Prior to purchasing I went to several local audiology facilities to compare prices. Gardner Audiology saved me $1200.00. So shop around for your hearing aides. I go to the office in Spring Hill. They are so kind ..Ive been with Garner ever since I moved to the Nature Coast..6 yesrs ago....2 different offices..the service is always impeccable.

Service very professional, friendly and courteous but fees are quite pricey. For example, a less than 15 minute cleaning costs $30.

If I could give a 10 I would, Gardner and it’s staff treated me like family and the products recommended and received by me opened up my life. I had other hearing aides that I found didn’t do what I needed, My new ones are unbelievable,!Thank you Jodi and Neal! ❤️❤️
