I was very impressed with my experience at Audibel. Elijah Morris was very informative regarding my hearing loss. I have had poor hearing all my life; and have experience with many audiologist/hearing centers over those years. This place was more involved and the time spent with me was to test and explain it all. So happy to have experienced this. I need to note that the gal who greeted me upon arrival there, Mikalya is very pleasant too.

From the first contact with Dakota at the front desk to the fabulous personal attention to detail from Elijah, I cannot say enough good things. So pleased that I took my mother too and she was treated with such respect and caring that she too bought new hearing aids there. Thank you for going above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and valued . You took the time to explain every detail and answered all our questions in language we could understand. I can’t say enough good for the Spring Hill Audibel. They worked great with my husband. From the time we moved down here 5 years ago they made my husband feel part of a group again being able to hear. Recently and sadly I just lost my husband and Elijah and Dakota went over and beyond to help me with an order my husband just made right before he passed. I went in one day randomly to get my ears checked with no appointment thinking I would be there all day! Then I talked with Elias and he said he would have me in in minutes! Elias was such a funny and helpful person through the whole test, he gave it to me strait and said that I could use one hearing aid in my right ear. Then went a step further and looked in to my insurance and found that it would help me with the cost! Thank you Elias for your great expertise and fun attitude while helping me through my experience with Audible and family! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

I chose Audibel because their reputation proceeds them. My hearing specialist Nicholas Boehm certainly lived up to my expectations and then some. He was friendly, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable and did an extensive hearing exam. I was able to see my eardrums on the large screen computer, look at graphs of my hearing along with word and number associations. He also tested my hearing loss to see if a physician recommendation was needed. I am so impressed by Nicholas who went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything in each test. So thorough. I must also give credit to Stephanie, the receptionist, she is awesome. I spoke with her on the telephone, she again reassured me, seemed to know the stress I was having not being able to hear and got me in for testing quickly. Not only was she kind and understanding, she made me feel comfortable when I arrived for my appointment. The end result ..I now am the proud owner of Platinum hearing aids which I can adjust on my I Phone. Isnt technology great ! Thank you Nicholas and Stephanie for your outstanding care. I highly recommend Audibel for their attention to detail. I CAN HEAR !!

I have been wearing my Audibel hearing aid for 7 weeks now. I cant believe the difference it has made in my life!I have experienced hearing loss over the past couple of years, and though I was nervous about seeking help, I finally decided that I needed to do it.I am a school teacher and my hearing loss was causing a problem for me in the classroom. An Audibel TV commercial finally convinced me to go seek the help I needed. The Audibel Spring Hill office got me in right away. (The receptionist there is awesome!) Nick, the Hearing Aid Specialist, provided a very thorough exam and carefully explained everything. My husband was invited in to observe as well, and all our questions were answered. The whole experience was very professional, yet also personal. I walked out of the office with my hearing aid that day!The follow up services helped us make gradual adjustments until everything was exactly right for me. I am so pleased with the results!
