We were so pleased with our service. We contacted Mr. Redford to get a consult and we were able to get services as soon as the next day. We had previously contacted other companies that either said they couldnt get stains out or when completed the stains were still present. I had no earthly idea who to call to bring my carpet and hard wood floors back to life. But after a friend showed me before and after pics of the work Extravagant Restorations did for her, I was blown away. These guys are AWESOME and affordable. My floors look amazing.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. We initially did a consult for our carpet but after further reviewing of the services he provided we also did our wood floors also. As a person with OCD always finding something wrong, I can very much say I NEVER complained about any of his work. We will definitely we using his services in the near future. He was so professional and very very nice. My husband thought I wouldnt be pleased due to bad service from other companies but even he was surprised that I never had a complaint.
