We ordered a grill and paid in full on 5/28 with a promised delivery date on 6/1 as the salesperson told us they had them in their warehouse and it would take a few days to get to us. Each week we called when the delivery date passed with no grill we received another delivery date and as of today 6/23 the grill has not been delivered despite getting another reassurance from Ryan stating the latest we would get the grill was on 6/22. Last week was the first time we heard the grill was on back order from their manufacturer and they didnt have any of the grills in stock when they sold the grill to us with a delivery date of 6/1. Completely, get that the manufacturer is now delayed because of Covid-19 but the sale of the grill was made misrepresenting the facts the they had the grill in stock and would get it to us on 6/1. Today I called and Ryan who is is the sales rep now new store manager since the David the previous manager quit said he has to call the manufacturer to see what is the new delivery date. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!Update on 6/26/20: The same day 6/23/20 I posted the original review Ryan called and stated they are unable to provide a date when the grill would be available due to manufacturer delay as they are not being able to get metal from China to make the grill. We told them to refund our money in full. We are still pending our full refund from them. We found the same exact grill on Amazon on 6/23/20. YES! Amazon has Blaze Grills! The grill was delivered this morning---within 3 days of placing the order!!!!!

Highly recommend this store! I had been searching for weeks for a Camp Chef Woodwind WiFi 24 with a sear box. When I spoke with Ryan he said they had a shipment coming in Monday so I purchased one. Then he gave me a discount over the phone for being active duty without me even asking for one. I had mentioned I couldnt pick it up right away as I wasnt local yet due to being active duty. He then offered to hold it for me until I could pick it up. Then the closing on my new home was delayed and hes holding it for TWO weeks without giving me the slightest bit of a hassle over it. You can spend money anywhere but true customer service is what sets a store above the rest. If this store is a little farther from you than another take the time to make the drive.

I bought both the Blaze grill and the green mountain grill. I love my pellet grill. I cook on it 80% of the time. Best ribs I have ever had. We just celebrated my wifes mothers 96 birthday. We fixed hamburgers and I could not believe the comments I was getting from everyone. You guys have a great show room. Cant wait for your auto ship program for the pellets.

The worst customer service!!! Grill was missing hardware took them over 2 weeks to get but only after I called to complain!! Still waiting on the cover that we were told 2 weeks ago was in Now it’s being overnight this grill was over 4K You would think that the customer service would be a lot better!!!

Charlie and his team are AMAZING. I had a terrible experience trying to buy the gmg pizza oven attachment online. The prior company made a mistake and were giving me heck trying to fix it. I called Charlie at grill people, not only did he help me return the wrong product. He put aside the right product for me at his store, gave me an amazing discount and his team was so nice to me. In and out in less than 10 min. I know where my bf and I are going for anything grill related from now on
