I purchased a 5 year warranty on my Samsung Microwave due to expire on 11/12/21. In March, 2020 I had the thermostat and wiring replaced. Now Geek Squad emails me that my warranty is now expired due to costs incurred to replace the thermostat. Apparently there is a dollar value cap on the warranties offered, and does not have anything to do with a 5 year protection plan. I have never heard of anything of the kind.
I ordered a Samsung fridge from Pacific Sales inside this Best Buy and the fridge has broken twice. Ive had to wait a month for a second claim only to get the run around from the repair center that states they dont work with them anymore and back to Pacific Sales that states they now have to file a claim with that repair center. They didnt even call when it was booted back to them! I WILL NEVER order another product from this company because the warranty is AWFUL!! Still have a broken fridge.
I ordered $6,000 + worth of new kitchen appliances from this company back in December and its been a huge mess since! The dishwasher still hasnt come in, it was paid for in December and all I get is excuses from the customer service department. The refrigerator doors were scratched and dented when delivered and it took a month to get those replaced and even then they were they were installed wrong. I do not recommend ordering your appliances from this company!
