So recently I relocated for work. My original travel plans got changed and needed to accelerate my timeframe for moving. Of all the companies I called Maxforce was the only company willing and able to meet my time line. I want to give a shout out to Preacher and Dain the two movers who showed up that morning on moving day!!!!! They both worked in a very professional manner, and it was pleasure interacting with them!!! From their hard work the final cost came in under budget!! Also, I used their deep cleaning service. The cleaning people did a great job on my apartment!! Thanks Team :)

They do not issue refunds. Even if it hasn’t been delivered. Hasn’t been loaded for delivery for that matter.Disclaimers should be posted somewhere.Search for the item you’re wanting online before purchasing; you may find a better deal, like me. They also seem to have to order what you select anyways, so you may as well cut the middle man. ;)

Unfortunately I had to change this review because after we got the mattress home and my daughter used it she realized it wasnt nearly as soft and squishy as the model bed on the showroom floor. I realized the mattress they put in my truck wasnt nearly the softness and quality of the model one that I thought I was getting. I dont know if this was a honest mistake or they just lure you in with the nice showroom beds and then give you a cheap knock-off, which is definitely what it turned out to be. It was not what we thought we were getting. The right thing for these salesman to do would be to put the bed you are actually taking home down next to the one you liked on the showroom floor and let you make sure it is the same bed. We ended up having to buy another because it was just too hard for my daughter though the showroom one was very soft and comfortable. So I lost over $200 on this uncomfortable bed.

We ordered a bed frame the beginning of August we were told it would be 6 weeks because of COVID-19. I called to check on the bed during week 5 and was told it would be the middle of October. We are now almost 12 weeks in and still do not have a bed. The employees are very nice and friendly, but waiting 12 weeks for a bed is unacceptable!Update: finally received my bed frame, however it is the wrong color! Not very happy!
