I will never refer anyone to Ashley Furniture. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Was told it would be in 1 delivery, Then changed to 3 because they said out of stock, but then I went to store and spoke with district manager there and they said it wasnt out of stock that they would change it to 2 deliveries, then today for my 2nd delivery told me they forgot to put a piece on the truck and the delivery driver said that wasnt the case, they just didnt have it there(which they lied to me) then offered me a 3rd delivery which every time my husband has to take a vacation day for. We have to cut our actual vacation short to go see my parents in Florida because now my husband had to cut his vacation time due to your company cannot get their act together. Also the time I went to the store after the first delivery, the district manager promised to call me that night to see what she could do about a different delivery, she never called me at all and I just got an email stating that it was rescheduled. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to shop to your store!!!!

Absolute s@#tshow. Have waited since September for bedroom furniture. They have made 3 deliveries to assemble everything and there are still items missing. None of the bedroom furniture has been asembled. I guess thats how you can offer free assembly. Now Ive been on hold with the customer care team for over 30 minutes. Never stepping foot in a Morris furniture business. Can you give 0 stars?

Bought a brand new recliner last may and the delivery guys brought in a couch that wasnt even mine had to argue with them that that wasnt mine didnt bring all the pieces to my recliner finally had to call the warehouse and tell them that they didnt bring my manual recliner so we had to make a trip out to warehouse they gave us back our delivery fee so we come home and wait for the piece that was missing to be delivered in a few days after it was delivered about a week after someone was sitting on the manual recliner and it wouldnt go back down so we had to have that replaced then about a month later and recliner that is electric a motor went out so I called they had a guy come out about a week later he had to order the motor piece for the top part of my recliner waited about four months for that to finally arrive called Morris told them the motor arrived sent out a guy about a week later he went to put it in and it wasnt even the right motor so he had to order the right motor to be put in we have been waiting another 3 months I call in December and the girl says oh Im sorry the person that takes care of that has been off because of illness so it was just put in the end of December so now we are going into April almost still no motor have called they dont wanna replace the piece thats their policy they say. Believe me I will never order or buy anything from Morris furniture again and then to beat it all my son goes and buys him a bed they deliver it and they dont have the slats for it so he had to turn around and wait on that for about 3 weeks so hes no longer a customer of Morris furniture either I will never deal with this company again they are awful. Customer Service people it should never take almost a year to get my couch fixed for one motor

Pushiest sales people ever!! Follow you around the store and pounce on you if you touch or look at anything!! Was such a turn off we left!!Response their responseI did not place and order obviously this is an auto generated response!! We left due to the extreme pushiness of the employees!

Frank was Awesome and he was Very Knowledgeable and cared about helping My Sister find what She wanted.

Furniture does not hold up. Although I purchased additional warranty . They find excuses why not to honor it
