They got me in at the last minute and fixed everything beautifully. Everyone was so nice.
Fast fast fast service. definitely recommended. my vans are usually in and out and the service is tip top. thanks guys.
I had a leaking intake on my 20 year old expedition. Not only did they fix it when it later started leaking again they fully covered it under warranty. I would suggest anyone wanting to know theyre covered take it to Firestone theyre great.
Well its finally time for me to write this review. I bring a fleet vehicle here on the regular for oil changes and even tires. Too many times things are forgotten. Last trip was supposed to be oil and rotation. When they called to tell me it was done they said the oil is changed. I said I asked for a rotation too, is that done? Their answer was Yes. (On this fleet, rotation is supposed to occur every oil change.) I get there and it was Not done. I marked my wheels due to an alignment issue and needed to check for changes, so I know for a fact it was not done. They didnt even check air pressures. And lastly, THERE IS ALWAYS GREASY HAND PRINTS ALL OVER THE PLACE! On the hood, fenders, outside door, inside door, steering wheel. And they usually forget to reset tpms or oil monitor.
The website scheduled me for a time when the shop is closed. I needed an inspection at 100,000 miles right before a lengthy road trip. I was told that they couldnt do it because a mechanic called in and the only guy on could only do oil changes and tire rotations. Co.plete waste of time. Pity, I was a loyal customer
Great customer service. Easy check in process and they were quick getting the job done. Thank you Corbin!
Wouldn’t recommend.Won’t correct their poor work after completing my brake service and tried to upsell unnecessary things. Took my vehicle in twice after getting my brakes done and still same issues continue. This time I went in again and they finally admitted it was due to rotors not being turned the first time, BUT wanted to charge me $140 to just TURN them (which is the same cost of getting new rotors all together). They also mentioned that I need to re-lubricate cause it looks like it “hasn’t been done in a long time”. However, I paid them $70 last time to “re-lubricate” cause that’s what they mentioned the first time I took in my vehicle. Trying to just sell me unnecessary things. My vehicle continues vibrate and shake when pressing on the brakes and is extremely unsafe and annoying. Finally just giving up and taking it back to the Toyota dealership to fix Firestones issue. Saving money isn’t always the best choice. Pay a little more and go to tire tracks down the road or to your dealership.
Worst customer service and highest prices you will find in town. Save your money and your sanity by going literally anywhere else. total ripoff.
We had an excellent experience with this location today, led first by service advisor Virgil, and down to every mechanic we encountered. We were pulling a newly purchased trailer out of state, blew out a tire, called in to arrange purchase 30 minutes prior to closing time. Virgil ensured us we would be taken care of if we arrived by 5pm. At 445, we unfortunately had a 2nd blown tire & couldnt make the 5pm time, so called back to see if anything could be done. Virgil was more than accommodating & immediately let us know he would stay late to take care of us while we made arrangements to get there. He & a couple mechanics stayed over an hour past close, on a Sunday, to help ensure our safe return home. Kudos to all of them for an outstanding customer experience!! We are so appreciative.
Ive used this Firestone dealer twice and will never go back. Here is why:1. They dont follow their appointment schedule. Both visits they took my vehicle in late which meant they took twice as long as scheduled to do the work. I have a work schedule and they caused me to be late both times. Frustrating.2. They found a piece of wire in my tire and refused to fix it. It was 1.5 inches from the smooth part of the side wall and according to the internet this should be an easy and safe repair. To be fair, it is the technicians call. He wanted to sell me a $175 tire instead of fixing the new tire on my truck.I took the tire 2 miles down the road and $15 later, the problem was solved.I dont trust this Firestone dealership. They dont adhere to their schedule and they want to sell new tires to make money not help their customers get the most out of an existing purchase.Thumbs down. Try another place.
Firestone has the worst customer service. You buy their warrenty and then you cannot get anything fixed because they have no one working there. I will never buy tires from them again!
Previously dropped off pickup for flat repair, wasnt repaired, still leaking. Made appointment today for 10 am to get it fixed again. When I got there, he asked if I was dropping off and I responded, no, I had appointment for 10 to get the tire repaired, It wasnt until then he advised that I would have to leave the vehicle and could not wait for it, which I hadnt planned on. They should have informed me when I called yesterday to set the appointment, but it was never mentioned, This store is not the same as it was a couple of years ago. I will use the Fayetteville location. Already set appointment online and they have confirmed that I can WAIT for the repair to be done.
Just called to tell me they could not do an alignment because they had to order me new shocks and ball joints and hubs and you name it. they said do you want the list? its going to be 3000 dollars.. i asked for a mount, balance and alignment thats it. then said ok we are going to put the tires on an balance them if you dont want the alignment. meaning they didnt even try because the tires were not even on the vehicle!
My car shakes after I took it for alignment and pulls hard to the right... don’t recommend.
Left my car up there for service and came bak to get and it was dented up... and no 1 up there say anything... i baby my car daily i would know right aways if there is exterior damage..
Rude staff, poor management, and took over three days to put two tires on, change a wheel bearing, and do an oil change. When I called to check on my vehicle, I was spoken over the entire time and then basically hung up on. When I said I simply just needed to know when my car would be completed, Bryan (most, ignorant, unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with) Could only manage to say 7 PM (repeatedly) until he hung up on me. No matter what I said his response was 7 PM. Save yourself the trouble, and take your vehicle elsewhere.
Stopped in because my TPMS light was on, they gladly helped me quickly and got me back on the road quickly. Also very kind people! Highly recommend.
Unprofessionally managed... no times Could be given for job requested. front manger had no clue on work times. Lost my business. Seemed like he was overly stressed. Only 1 mech on floor. Why be open if you can’t do work you advertise. Need more training and management skill.
They were professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, helpful. These are honest mechanics behaving as professionals. They got me in and out in 4 hours - amazing. I highly recommend.
The worst place ever,my jeep runs worse then before I had them work on it..wouldnt recommend them to anyone..I had one thing for them to fix and they wanted to fix EVERYTHING..
They prey on people who don’t know anything about cars. (Most people) beware
I highly recommend this Firestone location. In an iffy industry, car repair, this location has consistently been honest and provided excellent service time and again. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I made an appointment to get some more worn tires rotated to the rear of my 17 year olds car. Our appointment was at 4:00 and the car was pulled in at 5:30. At 6:15 (store closes at 6:00) we were informed that they didnt want to do a rotation because then my rear tires would get worn (really?). We were told that my tires were under warranty and could be replaced on Tuesday. Considering today is Thursday and I have been here for over 2 hours, obviously I am more than displeased. Pretty certain if my appointment time had been met, I would have tires and be able to travel for the holiday weekend, but now I am not. There is no amount of money that would cause me to ever set foot in this store again. Going there was completely pointless and I was charged an inspection, when the only feedback I got was something I informed them of. I wish there was an option for zero stars.
Our appointment for a tire patch was at 2:30. It has taken them roughly 20 minutes to do a patch in the past. It took them almost an hour to actually get to the vehicle and then another half hour to do the patch.
They were closed when we stopped by but it seemed like an upstanding place.
First time there, last time there! Took my elderly fathers truck in for diagnosis. On the 3rd day, they told me it would be about $1200.00 to fix it. I gave them to OK to fix it.On the 6th DAY, yes 6th DAY, they said itd be ANOTHER 3 or 4 days before they would even BEGIN to fix it.When my dad went back on the 6th day to check on it, we thought it was being worked on all or most of this time. NOPE! They parked it in the back and pretty much just let it sit for 6 days. We decided to take it to another local shop since nothing was being done 3 days after having the ok to fix it.When we picked up the truck the final paperwork stated that it WOULD have cost over $4500.00 to fix! Really? What happened to the $1200.00?6 days for computer diagnosis is a long time to wait. I can only imagine how long theyd have kept it to fix it.A person should be told itll cost $117.00 for a 6 day wait, no fix, computer diagnosis at Firestone in Springdale AR.They need more techs or tell folks itll be a week or more before we can get to you.Only good thing I can say, is that the staff was courteous.
Nice employees, fast service
Great place to get your tires and your tires checked for air.
Booked an appointment at 3 an oil change. Waited over an hour and 15 just to have my car mats dirty with shoe prints. Wow, not coming back
Very helpful. My techs name was Jesse, he was the best. Talked me through what I actually needed and didnt try to load me up with unnecessary junk!
Really friendly and helpful the young man that helped me couldnt be nicer
Extremely friendly staff and they will do anything to help you. Speak to Virgil, the man is a great staff member and is very knowledgeable.
We have always had great customer service here!
Awesome Service needed help with my tire. Wonderful expedient service. Front desk attendant was so helpful. Thank You!!
Jesse was able to help me quickly and kindly and educate me on what was going on with my tires, and helped me make the right decision for my tires. I didnt feel taken advantage of at all for being a woman, and they were more than willing to help.
You know how most of the time you call an auto repair shop and you feel like you’re just being a complete inconvenience and that they don’t have time for you? NOT THIS LOCATION!! Seriously, I called and they were SO nice and their willingness to help was above and beyond. They just made my family customers for everything we need!
They didnt give up til they figured out the problem. They were heroes for me. David made the process comforting and virgil took care of us the rest of the transaction...wonderful people
Very friendly, did a great job, prompt
My experience was okay & fast service. But wish they have seats to sit while waiting.
The last 2 guys on duty didn’t turn me away even though I arrived at 6:56 for some air in my tires. They looked at my tire pressure and put air in fast and no problems! Thanks
Went in on 8-8 @ 1 PM for an oil change on my Jeep Liberty. I didnt get names but everyone that assisted me was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They had a special for $10 get everything checked on your vehicle, so I got it. After they completed all of that, an employee came and sat down and explained everything they found and the prices including warranting my tires. He went through the list very detailed and I decided to get new tires, an alignment, new spark plugs and a pressure test on my coolant hose (had previous problems). It took them about 5 hrs total but I had alot done that you dont want rushed. I am so pleased with the worked they did. I have been a customer for 10 years and this location is by far the best Ive dealt with. I will definitely be doing all my business at the Springdale Firestone.
Everyone was polite and explained my car troubles in laymans terms to not go over my head overall great experience! :)
Only place open on Sunday. Friendly and quick service.
Virgil the Manager always takes care of you.
Walked in at 1:45 and it took them almost 3 and half hours to put tires on my truck. They pulled it in right away there was 1 guy working and the rest stand around on three phones. This will be the last time I give them my business.
Highly recommended this store for mechanic work. Friendly staff and good prices
No high pressure sales, well informed and explain everything. Highly recommended.
Good prices and they were pretty fast too. Good quality service.
Good company
Top quality work. I highly recommend this place.
Wonderful service and they do auto repair 7 days a week
Needed brake light repairs. They were quick and courteous and not too costly.
Typical upsell behavior(Mr. We found 5000 things wrong with your car...) Bro, just change my oil! Also, they took twice as long as they were supposed to but the work turned out ok. I mean its a oil change so... Whatever.
Came in a nervous wreck and left out well satisfied...Thank yall soo much!!!
Great tires and good prices
Caring people, good service
Excellant friendly service
Excellent service
Taking care of my Jeep
Too high
Virgil is the man!
Good
Not very good
The worker Mario is very friendly, very respectful, I think he should have the managers position, the manager is not helpful at all, very negative, his way of attending does not respond to greetings or thanks, very rude, but he gave Mario 5 stars
