Not a happy customer. Really has nothing to do with the service that Quick Lane provides they are doing their jobs. But when it comes down to FORD I am NOT IMPRESSED!! We bought our car with the EXTENDED WARRANTY that we paid $2800 for by the way. And it was explained to us then that it extended over the 100,000 miles warranty that was ALREADY ON THE CAR. BUT today IM told it STOPPED at 100,000 miles so its expired. So why would FORD sale us a $2800 package if it ALREADY HAD A FLIPPING 100,000 MILE WARRANTY ON IT THAT WOULD COVER THE EXACT SAME THING I PAID THE $2800 EXTRA FOR???? I smell a SCAM!!!!!

Their Auto Techs are very good. They get things done once theyre on your vehicle. Prices are good. Service advisors just need to have some people skills. I love the one older gentleman and thats it.

’ll never come back again!!! Had works package done which is supposed to include a tire rotation and “inspection”Told them I had a noise coming from left front. They said it was wheel bearing and would cost 170 plus labor. And of course told I should replace both. Had the work done elsewhere and was told bearing wasn’t that bad. Still had noise snd even seemed louder. Went to Bob Sumerel who inspected front end and told me my tires were bad and really “cupped” I called the desk at Kerry Ford Quicklube and asked why that wasn’t caught in the Works “inspection” that was done 4 days prior?!? All he did was to keep questioning me about how I knew the tires were cupped. He said I would have to bring it in to have them “inspect” it again. Gave me a price on what 4 new tires would cost. Got a quote at Tire Discounters for about $400 less. Had new tires out on, noise went away and car drives smooth!I’ve been taking two vehicles to Kerry Ford Quicklane for at least 4 years. Really feel like the quality of the whole experience has gone down. Definitely lost a longtime customer on this debacle!

Excellent customer service. I was able to get the work service and under 90 minutes. Please make an appointment if you can. They are very busy because they are very popular. By your car here. They will give you the best deal.

Worst service around first in line for oil change. Didnt open on time took well over an hour for oil change. Never go back Mazda just down the street better service.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Kerry Ford quick lane. Everyone has been friendly and anytime my oil change or any repairs have taken longer than expected they have discounted one thing or another.

I exclusively bring my car here. They do such a great job. Usually I am in and out, but if there is a wait they are super flexible to make sure I have a way to get around. They are really great about making sure I take good care of my car, but they never push me to do anything more than required. I highly reccomend coming here for your oil change, or any other service.

The new guys in charge of Quick Lane are horrible. Cant pick up the phone, dont give callbacks with status updates, saying the repair will be completed and over a week later it still isnt... this will be my last visit to Quick Lane at Kerry Ford. If I ever get my car back.

WENT TO KERRY FORD QUICK LANE ONLY TO ENCOUNTER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JEFF. FIRST OFF HE DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE ME AFTER BEING THE ONKY PERSON STANDING AT THE COUNTER. I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON AT WHICH TIME HE TOOK MY KEYS AND WLAKED OFF. WHEN HE RETURNED TO THE COUNTER I ASK ABOUT HOW LONG WHICH HE STATED. WHENEVER WE GET AROUND TO IT. AT THIS POINT IF THIS THE SERVICE KERRY QUICK LANE IS PROVIDING I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Pleasurable experience getting my works package oil change before my drive to Nashville. Friendly service,quick,and inexpensive. Second time here, and I will be coming back.

Brian Groves of Kerry Ford in Tri County was super helpful, and professional. I felt that he was honest ( which I dont always find with car dealerships) and his customer service was great. I would recommend anyone to him. I often find people over promise and underdeliver, but that was not the case with Brian and Kerry Ford. -

Way losing patience. Ive been here for 1 1/2 hrs. Nobody was in front of me. They said they couldnt fine wheel locks. Um, in the glove box. Trying to talk me out of tire rotation. Probably my last trip here. Lacking customer service big time!

I would like to make a comment concerning the reviews of Brian the manager of Quick Lane at Kerry Ford. We were one of three people who brought my vehicle in one evening around 6PM to have my battery checked since my car would not start one morning. My husband Joe brought the car in and told the person in charge at the desk if they could just check the battery he said yes. As my husband waited he noticed everyone who should have been working were having a pizza party and not working at all. After my husband and another gentleman who have been waiting for quite awile decided this was unacceptable and they both lett. We always take both of our vehicles to Kerry for any service and Brian the manager is very present and makes sure you are taken care of in a timely manner. I have heard that the person in charge that evening was let go which he should of and that whoever have posted unfavorable things about Brian the manager. They are all very untrue and should be retracted. It shounds to me that the person let go is doing a little smear tactic. Joseph and Mary Jo Farrell

This place is ran by racist thieves and liars. They always get white peoples cars into the shop before anyone elses no matter who was there first! The expensive flush services or any services that they recommend, arent even recommended in your FORD owners manual, go look! There are 2 service managers there and both of them treat people horribly and they get away with it because their managers are their own parents! Yes you read that correctly.... everyone in management here is a big family. The service manager Brian is like 45 years old and still lives with his own mother(how pathetic!) The last time I had my car there, the technician who was working on it was actually watching a youtube video so he could see how to do the work!!! How is THAT certified!? I could have done that myself!!.... I was going to talk to the manager about it but he was too busy running around calling one of his black employees racist names so I just took my car and left.... Any positive reviews that you see for this Quicklane location are obviously from people who work at Kerry Ford.. Adam Hendrixson is one of the managers and he is one of the 5-star reviews that you see here.. Duane Fuller is a technician there and he is another one of the 5 star reviews you see on this page... Did you know on top of ALL OF THIS that NOT ONE of their technicians are ASE certified to work on your vehicle!? But if you ask them about it theyll try to sugarcoat that fact by saying well they arent ASE certified, but theyre FORD certified which literally just means that they watched a few videos online, and instantly became certified... Ive heard that its so hard to come across technicians to work for the dealerships pay nowadays, thats why they go ahead and take in any Joe Schmoe who owns a tool box...

Called Kerry Ford to make appointment for an oil change and tire rotation - was told I couldn’t, just to come in. I did and was told about an hour. Ended up taking over 2.5 hours for an oil change. Won’t be back.

Horrible customer service! The manager is so unprofessional. I will never take my escape here ever again!!!! Went in for an oil change, asked how long it would be, the manager Brian said an hour and a half and rolled his eyes at me, so I left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Terrible place. Came in for an oil change and the guy not only refused to have my car serviced, he wouldnt even let me schedule an appointment to have it serviced later. Wouldnt work with me at all.

AWFUL service, extremely long waiting, and the worker said hed help me out, he just took me to the waiting area and left!!!!!! NEVER going there again, will make sure my friends and family wont go there EVER!!!
