Purchased a home theater receiver from this location . Tried it at home for a few days and the product was good, but just didnt meet what I was wishing for. So I reboxed the product the exact way, and returned it to location. They understood exactly why I returned it. They knew it didnt meet my needs,But, they knew I would be back to purchase another item at a later date. A great company to do business with. Their Magnolia Rooms for receivers and speakers are seconds d to none in Cincinnati.
We bought a TV today & it was one of the best experiences in Best Buy.. ever. Joe was super helpful, friendly, & has great customer service! From the start of our visit until we came back later that day.. it was really appreciated & his information helped us pick an awesome product. Although, everybody here is eager to help.. but we really appreciated the time & dedication from him.
There is this man named Dewayne who was super helpful. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions without hesitation. My boyfriend and I ended up not buying for there but thought it was necessary to stop by and let him know. They have a good team.
Great place, great people. It is important for the crew to be friendly, which is very true of this Best Buy store. Although the interest of the people working inside is generally contingent on the target of top dollar they get out of your pocket, the better side of the story is that one gets attention and time of the crew members even if they know you are not buying anything. At least, that is my personal experience.

Darius took my list and walked me through getting everything on the list and took the time to help me order something that wasnt in the store to be shipped to my house in record time! Theres something to be said for being able to see and touch an item you are considering to purchase. Plus, you can get your item same-day without the wait for shipping. The selection at the store is adequate. The service has always been great.
Best buy is one of the best electronics stores around! The prices are fair and the selection is amazing. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful! You can sometimes find really great deals on many different things! Always have great black Friday deals!

Dont get me wrong - Ive had excellent service here before and this location was always my go-to for electronic purchases.I recently purchased a Blue Yeti Microphone for my girlfriend this Christmas and the screw housings turned out to be defective - couldnt screw the mic in to the stock stand. Waited for my microphone arm to be shipped and that didnt screw in either. Best Buy has a 15-day return policy. Told me they wont accept my return,even though the integrity of the product is the exact same as the day the order was fulfilled. Policy is policy.Walmart has a 90-day return policy and Ill now be purchasing all electronics through them.
Needed a new microwave with certain specs. The young lady showed me several that might work. I asked for a few minutes to think about, made a final decision and showed her which one. She brought the cart around, loaded it, made the purchase and off we went. Great service. Cant wait to try it out!! Thanks for the no pressure sales, Best Buy!
Friendly and helpful. The manager and two reps tried helping me find what I was looking for... Instead of telling me, sorry, we must be out of that item, they looked for an alternative option and they checked their inventory for what I originally wanted. Also this was 15 minutes to close, where they COULDVE. said, Im sorry you couldnt find what you were looking for, we might just be sold out, hope you find it, bye. BUT THEY DIDNT!! Great service!
Best Buy has the worst customer service ever. If I could I wouldn’t of given them any star. Unfortunately I received their gift card for Christmas. I decided to purchased a Samsung tablet. I specifically told the salesperson which one I wanted. When I arrived home it was not the one I asked for. Secondly, I went back without complaining and the sales person had to reorder the one I wanted because they had no more in the store. I received a text after a week stating it was in and went to get it only to find out that again it was the wrong one after arriving home. This one was for a child. I found this out by calling Samsung because Best Buy doesn’t answer their calls. I called the 800 number to no avail. No managers etc to speak to. It was a waste of time. The next day I went to Best Buy and both Managers were on vacation. Seriously!!!. Bottom line I left without any table, my money back on my card and totally disappointed. This is totally unacceptable for any business that treats patrons like this especially when they are getting our money. Also, I was told that they don’t answer their phones. There’s one phone for the entire Cincinnati area. It just continues to to repeat because she said they get too many calls. However, Best Buy wants our money. BUYERS BE WARE. I will be selling my Best Buy card on the web. Great gift but definitely the wrong store. Thanks for nothing!.
I took a very old computer that had crashed years ago, to them to extract some pictures that I had scanned from my mothers collection. She died three years ago. It was wonderful that they could save those pictures for me.
Wow best buy is still swinging for the fences and around when most electronic places have closed. The exterior of this location is showing its age, but the interior is clean as a whistle. This store has a huge footprint so there is lots of space inside- no narrow aisles. The sales guy who helped me was knowledgeable on what was in stock and what the best price was. We needed a new TV and I didnt trust having one shipped through the mail. I wanted to see the resolution myself. Call me old school. I was in and out quickly, which was wonderful.
This is the best buy I will be going to for all future purchases. They have large selection of products on demo. They have more appliances and really good home theater setup for demos. Far better than one close to my home. Also guys in home theater section were friendly and had good knowledge on products. Loved this place.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received (or I should say did not receive) with the delivery and installation of a dishwasher I purchased recently. I purchased an in store open box dishwasher on 3/25 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 3/31 with a couple other appliances I purchased at a different best buy store. I was very excited and happy with the service I received in store.Delivery Day came....the call came that they would arrive at my house in 30 minutes with my range and microwave but no mention of my dishwasher. I asked about this and the delivery guys said the dishwasher was not at the warehouse and that is all they had and I should call the store for more details. (I never received a call from Best Buy alerting me to the inability to deliver on the scheduled date/time) I called the store while waiting on hold for 45 minutes with no one answering. I then called the 800 number provided on the delivery information with another 30 -45 minute wait where the representative was nice but did not know what was going on. She politely said she would look into the issue and give me a call back shortly.....I never heard back from her.As the day continued and 4pm approached without a call back, I called the number again ...waited 30-45 minutes again...and was finally met with a very nice customer service rep who said she had the ability to connect with a manager and that they would give me a call back in 24-48 hours to address the issues I was experiencing and that in the meantime they could deliver my dishwasher the next Monday but install would have to be Tuesday....This is now 3 days I have to stay at home and be available for delivery and install.Not only I have never heard back from a manager regarding this issue or heard back from the two customer service reps who said they would call back but I had to stay at home to be ready for delivery 3 days in a row. And....no one from Best Buy or the delivery service even contacted me prior to my originally scheduled delivery/install date to let me know it was not going to happen or to reschedule....I think this is ridiculous especially since I had to pay for the installation and delivery!Best Buy needs to learn to communicate changes in the system and working with customers and ensure they have management call back when they say they will let alone the horrible wait times just to talk to a person who really has no way of resolving the situation.
Came in 30 minutes before closing to purchase a TV, employee was helpful in suggesting a model, during checkout they did not aggressively try to sell a warranty plan, and they even helped me put it in my car. Overall great experience.

Nice store have been there many times. Employees were friendly and helpful. Have shopped here for years and havent had a reason to stop unless I found it cheaper but thats with anything nowadays. Bought our daughter a Amazon Echo and she loves it. Hope this helps someone out. I ha e not had a bad experience with this location.
Wow looks like this Best Buy store is somewhat empty as if they are closing down.but the guy at the door say they were not.they did not have the Drone accessories that I was looking for, nor did they have a new selection of drones.A-Plus is they had a whole one or two sections full of 4K and large screen TVs, just so happens I was not looking for them.
We were looking for a TV stand but they didnt have what we were looking for you would have to order it and we were looking for something to put on the back of the truck and head home put the TV on it and be done with our day but that did not happen so were still on the hunt. But I do like Best Buy generally they have exactly what we may need.

Great staff 👍 that know what they are doing. If you have a question about certain products or parts this is the place to go to. The only thing is that this store is somewhat confusing in the way the remodeling was done. Now if you go to a Best Buy store in Fields Ertl lt still has the same look of the old Best Buy stores. I like Best Buy 😁, because I am a techno junkie and always love looking for the latest new gadgets out there. And the staff know what you need if you ask for help.

Ive been a loyal customer of this store for twenty years. Too bad my loyalty wasnt reciprocated. I asked for help with the cell phone I bought here and Im turned away with nothing. Im done here. Places like this are the reason brick and mortar stores are going under.
I rarely find what I need here as compared to their online options. The stores seem overlarge and with those high, industrial ceilings, impersonal and even coldly institutional.The out-of-box specials are sometimes good, and youll get the basic info if you engage an employee ... but I dont think Ive ever engaged a happy employee. The Unhappiness seems alive in greater percent when Im trying to talk tech or specs on the sales floor with any of their youngish male staff.While theres no eye-rolling, you can feel its barely constrained presence ... though I have to say I had top-notch service from the Geek department at a Cincinnati location.Overall, Id rather shop just about anywhere else, but with big box stores closing down ... whatcha gonna do?
I received really bad service here. I ordered an item and paid extra for same day delivery. Ordered it a noon and was told it would be at my house by 9PM. Never showed and never called. I called Best Buy to cancel the order they said I couldnt cancel and had to wait for it to be delivered the following day. After I received it I would have to drive it in and return it. Feel like it defeats the purpose of same day delivery.Also, waiting around for a scheduled delivery and it never shows... upsetting. Really disappointed, I will stick to ordering from Amazon for now.

Best Buy is even worse than I had read about on the internet reviews. Nine out of every ten reviews are negative. My experience is a long story but I will say beware. Customer service with this company does not exist!!!! I went on to make my purchases at Costco.

I wasnt planning on visiting this Best Buy location but my mother wanted to look at some laptops. I was loath to go because weve been been absolutely ignored in other Best Buy stores in the past but not these awesome people. From the Time we walked in until the time we left we were met with attentive and helpful customer service. The attitudes of the employees were great. Though we ended up not getting my mom a laptop, Im very pleased with the way we were treated. Great job ladies and gentlemen!!! There is a Best Buy store in Southaven, MS. that needs to take notes.

Great sales associates at this store. Both Mark and Keith were constantly there to answer questions and I didnt feel swindled into buying more expensive options at all. In fact, Keith gave great guidance into making the selection that was right for both myself and my partner. Im happy with my visit and purchase! Mark was awesome for helping us load our new smart TVs into our cars and thoroughly assisted us throughout the whole process.
The young man was very helpful in finding the Nintendo 2DS for my nephew .Not only did he find the gift he also rang me out and secured a bag for me. My time was well spent and the price was right.
The customer service was very friendly and helpful I got The Geek Squad out to help me with my new purchase of a laptop Geek Squad came out and went over everything on the laptop and was very helpful and informative they took their time and made sure I was content, and knewn all that I needed to know leaving leaving. And yes I would go back there again and I do recommend that store to anyone.

I purchased a car stereo to be replaced by BB. Appointment time: Dec. 4th, 2 pm. I arrive on time, told it would take 90 minutes or so. At 3:30 I walk back to install bay. My car hasnt been touched, and the other car that is being worked on is still torn apart. (they were getting a complete set of speakers, so door panels, weather stripping, etc are laying on the floor). Only one tech working, and I dont blame him. Manager tells me it will take 15 minutes to put other car back together, then 90 minutes or so to do mine. I tell him I have been waiting at his store since 2, and I have to go. He gave me $40 off for my trouble, and he can take some more off when the work is done. He asks me if Im sure I have all the parts. I said I have what the salesman told me to get. He checks, and finds out I need another $85 in parts. Next appointment on December 13, at 10 am. I arrive on time, the General Mgr. comes out to speak to me. Says there has been a personal issue with the tech, and he is not coming in today. (mgr. said he received word at 8:45. Why didnt he call me?) Reschedule for Dec. 16. Everything went as planned, although I did not receive any other money back as promised. To top things off, Its now December 17, and I get an email saying my Geek Squad reservation for Dec. 4th has Officially been canceled . Cannot recommend this store. All it would have taken was a little honest communication from management.
I was hesitant to trust best buy with a remote start installation for my new car... However my old go to shop closed, and theyre prices looked pretty good. In addition my old system had a lifetime warranty, but the company went out of business... At least best buy will still be around! So I go visit the installation bay and talk to the tech. Brian knew his stuff, and was super nice and helpful, so i decided Id give them a shot.When I bought the installation package i was a little worried because it said there could be other parts up to $150, so I expected to get nickel and dimed. He ended up telling me no extra charges would be incurred.They installed a great remote start system that works wonderfully well, and Brian went over everything with me and was super helpful. He even literally left my car better than i left it with him.It was a wonderful experience, and I cannot recommend Brian and the Geek squad auto techs enough!

One of the lesser liked Best Buys in my opinion. The place really needs an overhaul/update and I would recommend that they upgrade the staff as well. Half of them have no idea about the products and most of them arent very willing to help you out. Plus you can end up standing in line for a very long time while you watch employees just standing around in groups joking, talking, having a good ole time instead of helping out at the registers.
Come to buy a new phone 30 minuets before closing time, all of the galaxy s10 phones was not working. Ask for assistance young lady, she whent to find me a rep. After 15 minutes of waiting, I see both of them look at me and turn around. So I didnt get any assistance and didnt buy me a new Galaxy 10. I walk to them and tell them how good they doing their job of assist customer. Sales representative left store 3 minutes after I did. Driving blue Ford Explorer I think 1996 . I will take my money elsewhere.
It seems like they never have enough staff here to help you, but there was a guy who stepped in to help me even though he knew nothing about the section of the store I was in. We both did research together and he was patient enough with me that he actually was the most helpful person Ive ever debt with there and I made multi purchases becauseof his customer service! Glad theres still decent humans that work there...4 stars only because no one responded to his initial request for assistance (they ignored him with no response)
Excellent service with both Geek Squad and sales associate. I was in need of a replacement laptop. I had very specific needs and unfortunately, a limited budget. They took the time to show what they had, explain all my options, answer all my questions. I walked out with an awesome laptop that met all my needs
Love this electronic. Right from the entrance associates are ready to help. Sometimes I feel theyre bothering me because Im there all the time,but for the person who has little knowledge about electronics, thats very helpful. They also know their products very well

I would give this a one star, but the only reason I am adding a star is their worker Calli. They lost my computer for a week due to it being checked in improperly, and when we returned the computer and bought an open box it said no missing accessories yet we got home and the power cord was missing. She really helped us out and made our experience better. I really hope they value her because she is the only reason we came back to this store
I primarily use this store as a location to pick up online orders, and its great for that. Prices are competitive. Nice place to try out sound systems and home theatre equipment.
Good prices since competing with Amazon. I waited 20 minutes to checkout at 4pm on a Sunday cause only one register open. They still have the person who watches over place like a cop at monitor when walk in, but no they sure dont come and open a register....that would make sense
My interaction is with the Geek Squad...always use them for repair, updating or cleaning of my laptop. They do a good, prompt job. I like the fact that they use appointment times also; only wait a minimal amount of time to be waited on. I also like and purchase their annual service contact as I know next to nothing about the internal workings of computers.
I like Bestbuy. Like any other store like this which are few these days. They all have the same high quality products. My biggest thing with this store is the lack of available customer service people especially on the weekends. During the week soonest after opening is the best time to go. I also had an experience with a black Geek Squad tech. where he suddenly started spouting out his seriously left wing extremists liberal political views for no reason wasting my time. He just wouldnt shut up. I remained calm attempting to encourage him to be on the task at hand which was dropping off my computer for service. Otherwise I really like Geek Squad as well, as long as this guy stays on point.

Even though this Best Buy has been around here for a very long time they have done a good job of keeping it updated. Sometimes this store actually has items in stock that the other new stores dont have available. This store tends to be a little bit bigger and therefore they have a better selection.
Purchased a desktop at a different Best Buy and had to pick it up at this location due to inventory reasons. Staff was rude and said we were supposed to wait an hour after paying at the previous store for this location to pull the product. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. There were more associates working in the store than customers - no reason for attitude or laziness. If the policy is an hour, then personably informing the customer and offering to finish the order quickly is acceptable.
Friendly service. I waited about 15 minutes in the pickup line because all of the best buy employees were trying to figure out problems with the customers picking their orders up. While this is perfectly understandable, it was a bit annoying to wait 15 minutes.
At first was pretty empty and staffing seemed inadequate but once I got some help the guys were really great and admitted when they didnt know something and went and found someone who did. They were really helpful and gave some good insider tips on what I was buying
Well they are a little more customer friendly these days . Both stores have improved that however the process they use to help you leaves a bit to be desired I ended up at 2 stores for a warranty repair. All it took would have been some conversation to prevent the time wasted. Then the 2 nd store wanted to play 20 questions instead off completing the transaction . That was done by the other store and they had the actual item in front of them . If I had been asked as many questions the first time on the phone I could have been at the right store the first time . They made me feel like I was not being trusted as a customer during the completion of my warranty fulfillment . I said the item did not work I was asked was it damaged . I had the paperwork completed for the transaction from the other store they just didnt have the replacement item at that store. I got asked more questions with the in hand than without by 3 different male associates. Feeling a little intimadated today.

Got a fantastic deal on a smart TV. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, was easy in and out. The TP in the ladies room was giving me some difficulty on the roll, but worked out fine in the end. haha.

Decent store and the staff has always been helpful. Of course, you have to listen to the 20 different sales pitches (you want a warranty? Geek Squad service? Credit card?) no matter what you buy.They offer tap to pay that works with Android phones (woo hoo!) to make for faster transactions.Many Best Buys can be...substandard at best, to put it nicely. This one seems to be pretty decent. If you need something quick and cant wait for Amazon, its a good place to go.
Bought an open box TV, turned it on and it had a huge circle of discoloration in the middle as if it had been dropped or someone punched it. Took it back and they tested it again and saw the problem and rectified the problem quickly by getting me another open box TV but the staff was not very friendly, almost like they didnt trust me and thought I was lying. Probably will not return to this location due to the below average service.

They sold me an open box soundbar that was missing the remote, optical cable, and pretty much every included accessory despite the tag saying otherwise. I dont even live near there and drove 20 miles to get it. Luckily my local store in Western Hills handled the return for me.

Brought a computer that stop working a few days shy of the 14 day return and the manger didn’t want to return or help and any way. The staff was smirking and laughing about the whole issue it’s was not a good customer service experience. I will never shop here again. That’s way these business go under cause people would rather shop online and get good customer service.

Came in to buy car speakers. No one assisted me and I walked around looking at different products for 20 minutes. Ended up looking up specs on my phone and comparing what few products I was interested in that were on the shelves. Ended up buying a higher end product based on my own knowledge. The only positive experience was the cashier who was extremely polite and professional. Walked past at least 5 other people who said nothing. Second time I have been to this location and similar experience.
Cashier at customer service desk needs additional customer service training in acknowledging those who continue to wait for extended time as she tries to problem solve with current customer. A little acknowledgement goes a long way. Also helpful? Calling in asst mgr sooner to assist her or assist the other waiting customers. Would help decrease customer frustration. Asst mgr very friendly and helpful.
Your average Best Buy store. This one is nice because for people living in Dayton, its the only one in the area with a Magnolia store built in. For those that dont know, a Magnolia store is a section of the store they save for high end audio/video products. The staff there is very knowledgeable, although they like to push you to the brands that either they like or management has told them to push. Im very judgmental against that. The customer should be given the choices and be able to pick what they want without this hassle. The store is clean, but you need to plug your nose as you walk in from the smell of the dog food factory next door - especially in the summer months. Yikes!

We both went the last time. Brought up 2 reasons of the possibility of getting the wrong item. Now got a 3rd item suggested to us that we bought. Currently at this time i DONT think its going to work either. So now the 3rd return here soon. Weve lost the interest of ever getting this resolved.
