I have gotten a washer and a dryer from there on rent to own. They were good quality, reasonably priced and they even brought it to my house and installed it. I have even pawned a few things there and they always give me a fair price for my items. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome they have tons of great Rent-To-Own stuff. The staff here is great they never fail to have everything so low priced and the customer service is the best in town. Great experience from beginning to end. I came in to sell two items to them and they patiently explained to me my options as I worked to make a decision. I did go to other pawn shops before and after and they were helpful as well but at Castle they were able to provide me with better financial options.

Pretty much the best pawn shop in town (NWA). I usually only pawn items, and Ive found comparatively to the others in town, they have the best prices hands down for pawning items. I love the fact as well you can save money on your pawn by having the ability to pawn for 7 days /15 days or 30 days. Saving you money upon pickup by having the option to choose how long you would like to pawn for. Most of the others dont give you an option, only having a 30 day pawn period (meaning you pay a higher rate on pickup)The icing on the cake as well..is you no longer need to show up at the store in person if your late on a payment or need to extend a pawn. Their mobile pawn app makes it surprisingly easy to make your payments and see when your pawn is due. This is especially helpful if you have more than one item at a time in pawn.But if you do need to talk with someone, Ive never had an issue where I couldnt get into contact and come to an agreement.Highly recommend!•Best prices•Most accommodating if your late on a payment•Easy to use app to keep track of your pawns•Best overall customer support•Easy to work with employees

Bad place. Been renting a bed frame and mattress for couple months now and came close to pay off. Both worth $49 weekly. Asked if I can pay biweekly for $100 which is the legit coverage. Turned out my bill came with much more costs. Heard about the place from other customers. They don’t sell in a great manner. They must change for the better. Share the news!!!

BAD PLACE!! I wish there were a zero stars option. I have been doing business with Ron for 20yrs or better. Back when it was 71 Pawn. Lots of my money went there. Tried to buy an item today. Employee agreed to pay the sales tax and I didnt even ask. Filled out paperwork and had the money (CASH) on the counter. As I watied for another employee to verify his work I waited several minutes while he was on the computer. Then the other employee proceeded to tell me it was priced too cheap. Showed me where they were priced online with no bids for about $80-100 more. I then explained I can ask anything I want for an item. That does NOT mean its worth that. And obviously it wasnt because nobody had bought it or even bid on it online. I proceeded to tell him to keep it and he offered to honor the price plus taxes. Such a shame they are like this. I have spent tens of thousands there. Not a penny more. They pull nonsense like this then wonder why they cant get business and have to close stores? I spend a LOT of money at Springdale, Rogers, Harrison, and Centerton. Not anymore. Such a shame. I honestly hope they keep failing now and have to close every store they own. Send the business to the other shops in town that appreciate people that spend money in their stores. PAWN CUSTOMERS take your business elsewhere. Just look at the gimmicks on their sign. Take your item down the road and get more for it and a lot friendlier staff to help in your time of need. Avoid this greedy business like the plague.UPDATE! found the same item at a local shop for $18 less and in better condition with original packaging. Plus, they covered the taxes! Now thats a score! In a way im glad this dump did me a favor

Went in the store for 15 minutes no body wanted to help me after two ladies ask me what I needed I said furniture and other things, no one wanted to talk or help me. Two women where helping one customer looking at a phone and talking it was my first time in there and last time in there.

This branch in Springdale buys and sells stolen merchandise, I had instruments stolen from me and pawned and this location. When presenting the manager and employee staff with evidence they became very hostile and defensive until the police arrived to view my police report. At one point they denied me my property after showing proof which was later overturned by county prosecutor.
