My previously ordered part finally came in and was totally wrong.Kendall was great to contact me and got right on getting the ordering the correct one shortly after I informed the service service dept.Friendly people and nice store.Ill add another star if they get it to me and I get my yard mowed before the wife kills me. 😂Update 8/18...Kendall called me this morning telling me the part was in; which be said is the last one to be found at this time. As he promised...it was the correct one and he worked extra hard to keep his word.Great customer service and friendly people. Im a happy future customer. Thank you.
I want to give a huge shout out to Randy Atha sales representative! This man went above and beyond. My dad bought a hay mower on Friday. He made one swipe across the field and the blades flew off. Took it to P&K this morning. Randy did everything in his power to address the issue even reporting to management. The management and sales department are amazing! However the service department manager is ridiculously rude saying he didn’t have time to even walk 20 ft out the door and take a look at the issue! Needless to say management came and it will be fixed within the weekI would highly recommended anyone looking for tractors or hay mowers to go here! Ask for Randy he is amazing.
Am looking to buy a tractor, went and salesman came to my car (as Im in a wheelchair) and answered my questions, gave me info specific to my needs, and gave me a flyer with info on it about the tractor we need for the property. So happy I stopped by. Ps...Im a first time buyer, so he was very informative and not pushy to make sale.
What I liked is I called for service but they were busy so I started calling other tractor dealers for servicing my tractor. Later I got a call from P&K and the gentleman, Stan, ask how he could help and I told him. He listened carefully and was writing instructions down and repeated to me to make sure. Then he called the next morning to let me know they could pick up my tractor within an hour as I had no way to get to them. I was delighted.
Awesome John Deere dealer that has been there every time weve needed them. Almost every new implement on our farm has been from here.After the sale Cody and the folks in Parts are helpful and knowledgeable as well!
I had 10.5 hours on my mower when it stopped moving. Mower worked, just wouldn’t run. Called the dealer. They picked it up on Monday. Returned it on Thursday. Had a cracked pulley. They replaced the pulley and belt. Not only do I have a great lawn mower, I’ve got a place to take it that cares about their reputation. Pretty rare thing these days

Trucker be aware. Dont come here they are the laziest humans. 10 people they cant unload me for one machine. Arrived before appointment waiting 2 hours. Because of those lazy a** I have to Wait until Monday for my next delivery. They have no respect for Truck drivers either for customer, thats why their rate is low.
Good place to get Stihl equipment and parts. Cant speak for the John deere products.

I bought an X350 John Deere mower at this dealership on August 18,2020. It was delivered the same day but to the wrong address. I had a trade in also but the driver wasnt made aware of it. So after calling him, I went over to the neighbors house and picked up the mower. The driver then came back and picked up the trade in. Today, October 13th 2020 the mower quit working as it would not move forward or backward. Naturally its under warranty. I called the dealership and they said they dont do warranty work on lawn and garden products in the field so they would need to come and pick it up. The charge for this service would be $120.00. If youre not interested in these kinds of charges Id suggest finding a different John Deere dealer.

My Deere 105 lawn mower was stuck in 1st gear. I called and spoke with Kurt in the service dept and he was able to help me fix it on the spot over the phone! He even went out of his way after knowing that it was fixed to go over some other items that I should be aware of and sent me diagrams on my phone to follow. He was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I highly recommend P&K to everyone.
Very disappointed in my recent experience. P&K had my mower for a week to fix a belt and adjust blades - had to call them for updates. Mower stopped working during the first cut. P&K had my mower another 5 days before determining they missed things the first time - I had to call them 2x for updates. Finally got my mower back on the 7th day. Very poor communication (customer should not have had to call for updates) and lack of thoroughness in fixing issues the first time.

I stopped in to the springdale location Adams spoke with BJ about 3 different mowers that were there. He had given me a price on the mowers. I said Id like to look at my new property to determine if one would fit my needs, he said no problem just to let him know. I called back a few days later to say Id take the one mower and at that time he informed me that hes no longer going to honor the price he had given me and they are now $2,500 more than what he originally had priced me. I said this was unacceptable and not good business at all. I will be purchasing my mowers from a different dealer and suggest everyone else do the same.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with them. I bought a JC lawn mower from them many years ago. The sales experience was great. Repairs have always been great. They are VERY backed up on small tractor repairs but its still not too bad. Just bought some land and bought a larger JD tractor. That sales experience was great. They delivered. Had a problem with it, called them and they came and got it and fixed it for no charge since still under warranty. The parts desk is great and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

This was a nice John Deere dealership they had every size tractor from little push mower to the big farm tractor that can handle thousands of Acres every attachment that you can think of and a showroom floor with all of them smaller Stihl equipment and in that category they had everything you can think of also that you may need to prepare one sometime years down the line they have a mechanic mechanic shop that was busting and Booming, doing something, these people stay busy and it shows and a business that is this busy means this is a business that is very well Trust and liked.

Terrible parts service. Went in on a Thursday at 10 AM, needed a part for lawntractor.. Deere out of stock, told they would get it from another dealer. I offered to pay for expedited shipping for next day delivery. Was told it wasnt needed, part would be in next day anyway. Called back on Friday, was told part had shipped but no UPS delivery on Saturday so it would be Monday. Called back on Monday and parts person says the part was scheduled to ship that afternoon after saying it was to ship the previous Friday. I gave up and drove to Ft Smith to SpiderWebb dealership who had 2 of the parts in stock. 3 hours (including round trip to Ft Smith) my tractor is up and running. To make it worse, Countryside called today, 6 days later, to advise me the part I needed had been delivered. Pathetic parts department. I gave them 1 star on this review because there arent any zero or minus scores.
Called the parts department ahead of time to see if they had a cap I was looking for on my 20+ year old JD tractor. They did and gave me the part number on the phone so I could save time by giving it to them when I arrived instead of looking it up again. This is my first time visiting since they were bought by P&K.
When I need a part or a new piece of equipment, they always have what I need. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.
GOOD HELP IN PARTS DEPT.
Dropped off my tractor, gave them a repair limit of 3,000, they gave me a update and told me they were at $6000 and it was still not even close to working. I had no choice other then let them have machine. I feel abused. This is an update, they offered to renegotiate the price of the tractor and the repairs and due to this I am increasing my star rating
