Mixed. Helpful parts department, some great people working here. I had a repeated issue that could have been dealt with a little better, but ultimately they helped as best they could with the problem. Almost a 5. Kubota is better than most tractors on performance, however Im still a little scared of long term maintenance and repairs as they can be expensive.

Needed a seat for my backhoe attachment. I was in and out with a seat in 10-15 min.

He was very respectful and listened to my concerns and never tried to make any silly excuses. He brought up some valid points that I had not looked at and spoke to me like a human being. I have never had someone reach out to resolve an issue and be so respectful. Allen if you could also improve the taste of crow I sure would be grateful ( LOL )

Bought my new Kubota here, the financing was easy. Everything else was was not so great. Salesman didnt seem interested in helping me upgrade or customize my tractor packages at all, I didnt even get an owners manual, they wouldnt even deliver it and they delivered my friends to his house in Prarie Grove. Just wasnt a great buying experience at all. The only paperwork we got was a bill of sale my dad had to ask for because he had to pick it up and wanted proof or purchase. I hope the service department and parts department do a better job than sales if not Ill start driving to Muskogee because I really love my Kubota.

My mother-in-law needed a bigger mower for her new piece of property. She is older so I went with her to make sure she didnt get the run around but there was no need! The folks at Springdale Tractor treated us like family and took the time to find her what she really needed. She was so excited to get a really fair deal on a zero turn mower.I was so impressed that my wife and I went back the next day and got one for ourselves!

They answered my questions about a tractor

While stopping by to purchase a set of replacement keys the owner John was extremely rude and got in my face and told me that they are out of the complimentary snacks and drinks, (while they were obviously fully stocked) after being told by the staff that I can help myself. I was extremely shocked by his blatant disrespect to a paying customer. I have previously had problems with John saying that he would send me a refund in the mail, and he never sent it, forcing me to make another trip over to springdale tractor to straighten it out and recieve my refund. This complete and absolute respect of customers shows the owners attitude and willingness to satisfy his customers. I would recommend to give your business to another company that values your patronage.

I have had a lot of different encounters with this company and every time it was great! Whether it was purchasing a new unit or just some help on a couple minor fixes for older equipment they made it a great and pain free experience.

Ive bought multiple implements from them and they have done warranty work on my tractor. I buy all my filters and fluids there. They are probably the largest Kubota dealer in the U.S. Most of the time, they have what I need in stock. They have always been very helpful. John has always returned my calls. I plan to buy my next tractor with them.

Unfortunately I have had a really bad experience and want to make sure others know what to watch out for. I will try to be brief, but thorough. I purchased a used, like new(75hrs) L4060 from an private seller 2 weeks ago. This particular tractor was purchased new in Russelville, AR(seller said they had the best price). I used my new tractor for one day to make sure everything was good to go before taking in for the first service at 80 hours. When dropping it off I told the very kind lady in service that it was due for the initial service and asked her to have the guys check the range selector to make sure it was shifting properly as it seemed hard to get in to gear to me and told her it may just not be broke in yet. Dropped tractor of, no big deal until they called to tell me it was ready. When I was called they told me it was $660... ouch. Based on research this typically runs $350-500 depending on the unit. So, I asked why so much Service guy We had to charge you for the time we spent looking at your range selector since there wasnt anything wrong Thats right folks, I paid money for someone to verify that a new unit was functioning/Shifting as it should. I told the service guy I did not agree with this practice and I would like for him to remove that... I assumed it was some BS practice to see if folks would actually pay it... Guess what, it isnt, they charge to answer questions about new equipment. I kept my cool and manners, but I told the parts department what I thought about it when paying, the sales department on my way out the door and the service writer when he walked me to my unit... Guess what owner.. They all agree with me.... They couldnt make eye contact and they all, 7 or 8, hung their heads in shame. I get it if I put gas in it or dont operate the tractor properly, not a warranty issue. But, to charge folks to tell them the unit goes in gear properly in just crooked. For what it is worth I dont know or care how much it cost(they dont provide a labor break down, also shady) it is the practice that is the problem. I intend to call another dealership to get a quote on 1st service and I will report back here as to that price vs what I was charged. Next I am going to reach out to Kubota to make sure they know. Grand Finally..... A very nice and accomplished salesman came out to talk about the tractor(he was honestly concerned about my grievance) and while talking he informed my that they are all a little harder to get in to gear the first 200 or so hours THAT was the answer to the question I asked ole girl in the first place. I have spent $2500 in this joint on repairs and service across the fleet in the last 3 weeks and I will NEVER darken the doors again. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

To the lying response from the owner on my previous review. Do not even make up a rebuddle line excuse for about your opinion on the condition of your inventory. Its obvious in the pictures why would I waste a flight to come out and see for myself as it shows all the rust and damage in the pictures, and your forks are over msrp. You also had it for 2000 more when I called and then dropped it after I called Your 1st salesman said that the broken glass was suppose to be replaced and still wasnt after he said only a day to do and then 2 weeks later still nothing !!! And it wasnt for land pride . You have horrible business ethics Also .Dont say I didnt get along with a dealer That is absolutely the biggest lie you can input and if your the owner thats really a shame you can stick up to make yourself look good instead of resolving the issue. Obviously your staff does not belong in sales if they dont wanna help regardless where somebody is and Im not in California !!! So another miscommunication!!

Called in on a used Kubota. Pretty much like buying from those used equipment dealers at least being a new dealer I could have a piece of mind but no. Was beat up, rusted and overpriced and then dropped again and still overpriced. Nothing but junk here salesman does not want to call back or seem to wanna deal . Had the nerve to try and sell me fork attachment for 400 over MSRP!!!! and lower weight rating than another Kubota dealer. Pretty bad ethics to the Kubota name.

Buyer beware....Bought a great looking Kubota UTV (used), with about 1,000 hours on it, wheel bearing was out, cap for the diesel tank is stripped so it leaks like crazy (can only fill it about 1/2 full otherwise it splashes and runs out), it lunges ahead when you put it in gear...whiplash! Front passenger tire leaks, need to air up every other day.I only use it around my farm, I think Ive put maybe 50 hours on it, not sure how many miles...not many.Also, at the same time I purchased a Kubota tractor w/loader, it also looked solid. Got it home no gauges ( they did come and fix them), once the weather began to warm up and I started to use it more it was getting hot, really hot. I called them, they picked it up and had to put in a new thermostat and clean the radiator, before bringing it back they wanted me to pay for the repairs. I fought it and won. The oil clearly has extreme hours on it, so Ill be changing it, I could keep going but am tired of typing.I know buying used you get used, but I do expect a dealer to go through the equipment to be sure their customers get a good product.Ill be taking the UTV in for repairs somewhere else.Kubota does make an excellent utility vehicle, ideal for the farm!!! At 1,000 hours, the engine is just getting broken in!!!

Paid for something two months ago they have had it for a month plus. Still dont have it I am even making payments on it. Everyday I hear it will be tomm and just rinse and repeat. Even try to get there management involved.Dunno what the problem is but all i get are excuses.
