Be careful when using their service crews, the hourly rates, minimums, and weekend rates are absolutely out of this world.A trip to the emergency room is cheaper than what this outfit charges. I have to think all their locations are the same rate but I dont know. To make matters worse they have poor customer service skills when they are on your farm, thats probably because they know they are the only supplier of Chore-Time in this area, absolutely no competition. It would be fantastic if they had some competition. They can charge anything they want, and they do. Call their competitors and check their labor rates, youll be amazed, try to keep spare parts so you at least have options.The store personnel seem decent.This may be upsetting, but these are not false statements. I dont know this other Randy you mention, nor do I care. These statements are accurate. Because you are the EXCLUSIVE dealer in the area for Chore Time you are able to charge the highest service rates in the region, this is indisputable.I have to wonder the service rates you give us independent growers vs. the company farms? With all the new construction going on this may not be much of a focus now. I have 10 houses and an off farm job so we have little choice but to outsource a considerable amount of our repair and even some of our maintenance, on average @ $50k/yr., it seems to me someone would be interested in taking that.All the best.

Should be called unreliable! Waited almost 2 weeks for lightbulbs! Went in to see if they arrived and they just didnt let us know. No lightbulbs. They called a little later and said theyd order them, should be a couple weeks, exactly what they said 2 weeks ago. dont waste your time or money. This isnt the first time weve waited for parts to be ordered that never did. Ended up going to Georgia poultry and spent $2 per bulb rather than $10 each at reliable. The customer service at reliable is a joke. Georgia poultry is by far the better choice!NEVER GOING BACK TO UNRELIABLE POULTRY!!
