We recently purchased a tractor from Tatum and they were super easy to work with. This was our first tractor and I told them up front I needed someone to help me learn how to use it. I had it delivered and Allen did a great job walking us through everything and did not mind answering my 500 questions. I did call around before purchasing and they were the lowest priced around too. So glad I went with a Mahindra. Ive been using it to move gravel and its a great tractor. It feels well built and easy to use!

Excellent selection and friendly staff. They have all types of lawnmowers and zero turn lowers, tractors, and even repair mowers.

Paul has done everything he can to help us with our tractor and communicating back and forth with the manufacturer for us. When we bought the tractor they delivered it for us. Customer service has been top notch on the Dealer’s end.

Bought a Ferris mower 1yr and 2 months the seat fell of as well as the arm rest call the dealer in tonitown and they told me that they tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of the dealer with no luck, I got in touch with them via email and with in 30mins they messaged me back they had to call the dealer twice before they got ahold of them, then I had to take the mower there for pics a week later they called and had the new parts bring it up. When I did the guy in the shop said he didnt have time for me really a 15min job warrant at that, told me he couldnt get to it next week either really ???? No service after the sale I would not recommend buying from these place if they dont have time to put a seat on they dont have time for you. After writing this review Mr Paul the owner got in touch with me and did more then make it right with and didn t know this had when on he send a mechanic with the new seat and free oil filter so I was very pleased with how it all turned out and will keep doing business with them thanks again Paul.

I bought a new tractor from them in 2010. Had many problems. One of the problems was part of a recall (engine bolts backing out) that they neglected of informing me. Instead I sold the tractor at scrap value 5 years later and found out about the recall. They do not provide good customer service.

Staff is super pleasant and knowledgeable. Love that its a smaller business where the owner is equally invested as the staff.

At $95 hour for repairs, you may want to invest in a DIY repair manual. Tatum has good customer service and will definitely make you a deal on a new tractor.

What a great company. They went above and beyond in order to make things right. My mower was in the shop for several months due to a warranty/recall issue. The parts were back ordered and the grass was getting long. Mind you this was through no fault of Tatum - this was a supply and demand issue that was out of their control. Tatum Motors loaned me a mower until mine was fixed. Great customer service!!! A special thanks to Paul and Justin - you have a very satisfied customer that will be spreading the word about your willingness to make things right.

I cant say more than what a fantastic experience and service from these guys. I bought a Max 26 XLT Hist tractor with implements and LOVE IT! Tatum Motor Co (Tontitown) gave me a deal I could not pass up! If you are in need of a tractor, look into Mahindras and buy from these guys. Customer Service is top notch. On day of pick-up, a little snag happened while going over important features and operating procedures and the seat sensor bracket busted. No worries since the guys quickly ordered the part for me at no cost. A truly awesome buying experience that has gained my trust and loyalty. Thanks again

We had multiple issues with a 2540 tractor we purchased. If you have problems, I suggest getting a hold of the owner in Missouri and he will take them seriously & Resolve them.

Mahindra tractors are heavier with more lift capacity after all my research. Great pricing and friendly staff. Service has been excellent.
