I have purchased furniture at Havertys Furniture plenty of time over the years, including as recently as a few weeks ago.I find Havertys to be a reasonable blend between quality furniture and price. Theres plenty of cheaper (price) options, but in my experience they are not of the same build quality.Showroom is large, staff are knowledgeable (shout out to Daniel Platz).Only knock is Im never able to haggle with them. I think I was able to get a delivery fee waived once, but that took a mighty large purchase.For quality furniture, Havertys is recommended by me.

We really like the selection of furniture available at Havertys Furniture, and Teresa is one of the best sales representatives who spent weeks working with us to select the dining room set that is right for our house. The purchase process was easy and the company worked with us reasonably to complete the transaction. We will definitely purchase additional furniture with Havertys Furniture in the future!!

Anne was amazing. She knew exactly the pieces to select and stock info and delivery estimates very quickly. I would trust her to decorate my entire home…if only I’d give up my family hand-me-downs!

Havertys is always a great experience from start to finish. The sales people are never overwhelming like you get in a lot of furniture stores and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Todd helped me and he was awesome as well as the gentleman who processed my purchase.

What a fun shopping experience! I never shopped at Havertys for myself before but have been in with someone else shopping. When you click with the sales person it really makes for a fun time. We were very lucky to have had Anne Lilly help us shop. My husband and I had been needing to look around for a while but kept putting it off. I knew there was a rug I liked from my past experience and that was what drew us in to shop. We found the rug and loved it right away. Have it home now and it looks amazing!!! Now once we get the 2 Adrian chairs the living room will look even better.Back to Anne Lilly. She was great, fun sense of humor, we clicked right off the bat. Excellent knowledge of the living room furniture available, the features, sizes, construction. She had a wealth of knowledge. Very easy going and really listened to what we each liked.We saw some options for a couch but could not commit to one today. If only we could Frankenstein all the individual things we liked about 4 different couches!The atmosphere was relaxing and didnt feel any pressure. It was a great way to spend the afternoon. Definitely will shop again at this location and will ask for Anne!

Shopping at your store was a very pleasant experience! I have recently moved into my home and needed to select the pieces that complimented the rooms and existing pieces. My sales person was Molly Kollmann, she listened well and immediately showed me what I purchased. She knew the brands, styles, prices and explained the delivery times. I found the store inventory/furniture carefully placed, easy to move about and locate the items you needed.

Lovely furniture store with a variety of styles to choose from. We were greeted upon entering the store, but there was no pressure and we were free to walk around and if we had questions, someone was there to answer them. We found something we had been searching for for a very long time, and were delighted. Shop there before making any purchases to see the store and friendly wait staff.

Update: They have compensated me 7.8% of the purchase price which feels inadequate but I’m tired of being in the phone.TLDR: Please shop somewhere else! It isn’t worth it! There are so many great furniture stores in Cincy and this is NOT one of them!I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this Haverty’s. I went into the store with clear expectations and wants for my bedroom set. I needed furniture that was in stock or could be delivered within a month. The salesperson assured me that the furniture would be delivered within those constraints. To make a long story short, I then was notified that my furniture was delayed two weeks, then again by a month. I followed up with the store to ask for accommodations, so they offered free delivery/assembly! That was nice until the delivery and assembly cancelled the day of then rescheduled and cancelled during my delivery time! I’ve been trying to call the store and they won’t return any of my calls. Corporate customer service told me I should try to keep calling the store. I will never shop here again. Go somewhere else! It isn’t worth it!

We were greeted promptly, but did not feel as if we were overwhelmed by our salesman. We were given space to peruse, but our sales associate was available to answer questions promptly. The process went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a veterans discount with proof of ID.

We were immediately greeted but not in a pushy way. Daniel let us know about the company and gave us time to look around. Once we were done, graciously offered to come out to our home with a designer to help us plan our new room. They seem to be a mid-level furniture dealer. Not over the top designer type but much better than a Fair, or Thomas. We were going to shop for furniture all day but stopped after our visit to Havertys. Im glad we went there first.

We stopped in on a whim looking for barstools. When we walked in we met Molly. She showed us where they were and on our way we came across a dining table and bench that we ended up purchasing. I can not rave enough about how amazing Molly was helping us find new items for our house - from the first moment she said hello in the store to the personal card we got in the mail from her after our items were delivered... top notch service. Molly thank you for using your knowledge, skillset and for being you while we walked through the store! Molly is easy going, honest, is an innovative thinker and if you go to this location in Springdale/Tri-County asking for her is a must. Thank you for taking the time to help us find items to make our house our home. We appreciate you!

Our sales associate Theresa was wonderful. I had been to 9 furniture stores the day I came in. I told her what I wanted and she was so knowledgeable about the showroom floor she was able to whisk me around and show me the pieces that fit my criteria. I brought my husband back the next day. She was so kind to my children who had to come with us and let us rearrange ottomans to find one we liked with the sectional. All in all a wonderful experience!!

We had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the staff at the Cincinnati location named Ms. Saralee Lemons on Oct 21, 2020. We were looking at the Janna sectional and asked for detailed sizes of seats because they looked like they have different widths. She couldn’t answer my questions yet she was still very inpatient with me and kept saying “Jeez”. We sincerely hope Havertys will educate their staff better so that Asians like us can fully enjoy shopping there. We were very discouraged because we had purchased a couple of pieces there a year ago.

I moved from out of state during the pandemic and was downsizing from a 4,000 sq. ft. house so I decided to sell the majority of my furniture. When I purchased my new home, I started shopping online. My visit to Havertys on Jan. 4, 2020, was ok, I have visited other furniture stores in my area, and have had a better experience, the sales guy Todd, that helped me, seemed to kind of rushed me, I guess other folks were there to buy furniture, one thing I do want to say, the guy at the credit department was down right horrible, not pleasant at all, and to top it off, I was not asked or told about any credit promotions, and I know every furniture store have credit, with that said I hope I like my furniture when its delivered.Mrs. Amalthea Chambers
