My experience was great because of Delaney, the sales person. He made the experience fun and very personable. Relaxing and easy to talk and be genuine and no awkwardness.Sometimes in sales situations and business situations people forget that its people theyre dealing with, not just a robot or just another average person looking to buy something, every person is different with a different personality.Delaney did not forget that, and made the whole process great.Also, Denver Mattress carries every major brand of mattress. They allow you to try everything out before you spend thousands of dollars. Its very apparent they want you to be satisfied and not waste your time and money. They are not biased for any certain brand, theyre only interested in finding what works best and feels best for you.

Amanda was invaluable in the search for a bed for my mother in law. Took plenty of time with her and made her a great deal on some clearance they had in stock. Today I purchased a new king size mattress. We purchased our current mattress from Denver Mattress Co. too. Mattress shopping is pretty much the worst but I had a great experience buying from Amanda at Denver Mattress. She answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy and helped me find a nice mattress in my planned price range. I also was happy that unlike most of the other mattress stores around here they take COVID precautions seriously.

We were very happy with the service Amanda gave us! We went to a store right before trying Denver Mattress and the sales man literally said, I dont ever listen to what the customer says they want, because they never know what they need....he then, after 30 minutes of making us try every bed in the store, agreed with what we said in the very beginning. Our experience here was great. We didnt really know what to look for or how to shop for a mattress, but Amanda made it surprisingly quick and easy. I really appreciate that they seem to be taking COVID seriously. Everyone was wearing masks. We were allowed to lay down, but were given napkins to lay on, and they were spraying the beds as people got up. My mother is immunosuppressed, so these extra steps mean a lot. We will definitely be back when we are ready for furniture.

Amanda was so helpful. I had been texting with her for a couple of weeks trying to get a specific pillow for my daughter before her thyroid surgery. Because of covid they didnt know for sure if they were going to be able to get them in or not. They received a surprise shipment the Monday before her surgery. Amanda put one behind the counter for me so that I could pick it up the next day. I was was really happy that Amanda was actually there when I went in to pick it up and I finally got to meet her.
