I have purchased a couple of mattresses, and helped a friend purchase a couple of mattresses, as well, from Bedding Mart. I have nothing but high praise for the Springdale, AR Bedding Mart store. Jay has always been a reputable, kind and responsive individual in making certain we have gotten the best product and price for us in each situation. I cant recommend Bedding Mart more. Three years ago I made the mistake of purchasing a mattress from a furniture store as a promotional deal-----HUGE mistake! Ive had progressively worse back, leg and foot pain and after multiple doctor visits trying to resolve the problems, I decided to purchase another mattress. Bedding Mart was there for me. After the first nights sleep on my new mattress, my pain and aches decreased dramatically and have continued to improve. Shame on me for buying from someplace else, and shame on me for waiting so long to do something about it. The Glacier Bay Plush paired with the Deluxe Adjustable frame was the perfect combination for me. Check it out. You wont be sorry.

I love buying my beds here. Ive purchased my daughters twin and my amazing massaging, movable and adjustable bed. I havent woken up sore since I started sleeping on it. And Landon, he is AWESOME! Employees were not wearing masks. There is no excuse for that behavior. Ignorance is no longer an option. That behavior communicates willful disregard for the safety of yourself and for your customers.If you dont respect my life as a human being, how can I expect you to respect me as a customer?

Thanks to Joe who has a lot of knowledge about the beds at bedding mart helped us find the bed that we needed. Definitely had a great first experience and highly recommend this place. Joe is great about helping the customers. Despite all the bad reviews, if you are in the market for a bed, at least go give Joe a chance, I think you will be impressed.

My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from Landon and the experience was great. The price was significantly lower than the other competitors in the area, but that wasnt the best part of the experience. Landon was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to win our business while not being aggressive. To top it off, they delivered within 2 days of the purchase, which is something many of the competitors in the area couldnt offer. I would highly recommend a mattress purchase from Landon and Bedding Mart.

Had a issue with a salesman over a transaction. Bedding Mart handled the issue professionally. He no longer works for the company. Very please with the results. Happy our family did business with Bedding Mart. Nice to see a company take action. Would recommend them to family and friends. Can’t blame a company for one bad apple. Recently purchased a mattress Bedding Mart in Springdale on Thompson Street. Landon was helpful from the start, spending well over and hour to work with us. He educated us on the current mattress types, positives and negatives for each, and urged us to lie on many of the different mattresses so that we could get a feel for how they felt. He spent time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget was. We settled on a mattress set and feel very comfortable that we got what we want and need, at a price that was better than the other locations we had checked. Highly recommend you give Bedding Mart and Landon a visit if you are looking for a new or replacement mattress.

This is the second time Ive purchased a mattress from Bedding Mart, and the sales experience was just as fabulous as the first. Joe was very knowledgeable, laid-back, understanding, and not pushy. He really helped find the right mattress for my needs without pushing his own agenda. Also, their military discount is outstanding! I couldn’t believe the deal I got. While I was there I had an accident related to my disability, one which mortified me, but Joe handled it with grace and respect and never once made me feel embarrassed. His professionalism and great sense of humor saved the day. Thank you Bedding Mart for being the best, and for hiring rockstar employees. Seriously, give this man a raise.

Was not fond of my experience. Salesmen named Andy or Randy had more of his attention with the young girl half his age behind the desk. Left after hearing some of the conversation, goes against my Christian beliefs. Salesmen didnt even bother saying a word as I left. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

Went in and actually let the sales guy talk my fiancé and I into getting a mattress then we went to Mattress Firm and theycut us an amazing deal with an even bigger mattress and box spring for the same price Jay at Bedding Mart was going to charge us for just a mattress, so we took the mattress we had already purchased back to bedding mart, and Jay was very very rude about it all. wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Mattress Firm wasnt all about making money, they helped us find a great mattress and box spring that fit us. Jay at bedding mart was all about making money and not making his customers happy.

Terrible experience! They don’t uphold warranty and salesman wasn’t helpful. He actually ignored us because we wanted to trade in mattress over buying new one. Will never do business With bedding Mart again.
