They even offer a free truck rental to help you get moved in. Life Storage is much cheaper then any other storage unit location, and they really truly care about you and your stuff. I rented space from Mike Brown on May 23, 2015 after having just driven 18 hours from Texas. I was tired, cranky and ready to unload so that I could get some rest. Mike was very very helpful, calming and reassuring during the process. He explained the rental process in great detail and was very helpful explaining how the locking system worked. He even showed me how to properly lock my unit before giving me the lock to try it for myself. He stood nearby to ensure I was able to lock my unit securely.I cannot say enough about Mike Brown. He was courteous, kind, willing, personable, knowledgeable...the list goes on and on. In a world where the term excellence in customer service is near non-existence, Mike Brown renewed my faith that great customer service is not dead. Thanks, Mike, for all your help.As for the grounds, very very clean. In fact, when I first arrived to the facility, Mike was out back sweeping. Very nice first impression.

Wonderful experience!! Due to some legal issues with my apartment, I was in a pinch where I had a day and a half to get everything out of my apartment so I could terminate the lease. Everyone at Life Storage was SO helpful with my stressful circumstance! While I stored my things at another location, I came to this location for the truck rental. I received excellent service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a secure storage facility with caring staff.

Mike brown was extremely helpful when it came to my needs. He took the time to show me all of his available units to include their usual use. Id definitely recommend life storage.

The grounds, office, and storage areas are very clean and well maintained. The storage areas are also secure with great lighting. The individual storage areas are constructed so that entry to animals or rodents are not permissible, or excessive moisture. Heavy duty latches also secure the doors of the units. Almost forgot to mention that the rental prices are very reasonable, and not a lot of red tape to get started. They will even allow you to use a truck without cost, as available.The attendant, M. Brown, is very professional and friendly; makes doing business at Uncle Bobs easy and enjoyable - even paying your bill. Have rented for approx. 5-6 months, and glad I found them!AKA C. Jenkins

Rented a unit as we were downsizing and preparing for a move to a retirement facility. This Uncle Bobs was just between home and our new cottage, a mile away in each direction - very convenient!!Property is always clean, free of vermin. Michael unfailingly pleasant and accommodating. Very handy to have boxes and other supplies on sale at the site. Great to have 24-hr. access.One suggestion: better lighting in units.

I currently am one of 6 who rents a storage unit for business purposes. The storage unit is in a nice safe neighborhood and easy access right off of the 275 highway. The staff is really great. Always friendly and smiling as well as helpful!

I have been paying my bill on time and I informed Mike at Life Storage in Springdale that I was looking for a place but wasnt sure when it would be available. He told me to let him know my move out date and he would make sure that he prorated the expense for the month.I called to let him know my move date and he told me that I could come in and he would draw up an agreement for me to make that last payment.I came in later that day and told him that the initial move out date was incorrect and that it was one more week out. Mike then informed me that because of the change, he cannot prorate it. That was not my understanding when we spoke on the phone. There was no criteria for the prorated expense. I asked him why it couldnt be prorated, he said those are the rules and I just follow them. I let him know that I was under the impression that he was trying to help me out and I asked if he could simply ask upper management if my storage expenses could be prorated. Mike told me, I know the answer so I am not even going to call. As a patron of any business how can you be sure without attempting to ask? I was not satisfied with that type of service. I believe that he didnt want to make an effort because it was about five minutes before closing. Mike called me to get my ETA and method of payment because he has already counted his drawer. As satisfied as I was with service in the beginning, I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received as I was trying to plan my move.

Good customer service. They always graciously remind you in case you forgot to pay your monthly unit rent.The place is kept clean. I have not encounter any moisture or rodent whatsoever.Keep up the good work.I highly recommend Uncle Bob Safe Storage in Springdale, Ohio.

It is a pleasure to come into the office and pay my bill to Miss Adrienne. She is so upbeat and always has a smile. It is a complete contrast to the store manager whom always seems to be burdened, yet somewhat personable. The grounds seem to be in great condition, as when I have been in my locker the past few times, Miss Adrienne was outside cleaning walls in the walkways and the outside of locker doors. As a customer who was recommended this location from a former customer, as long as this pleasant young lady is working for Uncle Bobs, I dont think you can find a better storage unit anywhere in the city.Thank you Miss Adrienne for taking great care in your business!
