Great storage facility when u know u be cutting it close to put everything in a 10×10 storage when u have to be out in 2 weeks.

Dont recommend! They dont honor the agreement they offer when you first rent a unit & they dont work with you on payment. even if just 1 day late.

David was very helpful and a joy to work with. He was also very professional and knowledgeable.

Really easy and convenient to get started, and the units are very affordable. Costumer service is outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone needing and safe, secure storage area.

Going on a month to resolve an issue where they pulled money for 2 more monthes AFTER I officially vacated... as of today still not resolved nor refunded! Dont bother calling, you will get their customer call center that litterally can only answer the phone and send messages to the actual office. Mighty frustrating, save your self some trouble and find a different facility, this one has went through 3 managers in the 3 months i was with them, ugh!

Have always had a good experience here! Ask for Jon - hes really super awesome! Even offers refer a friend incentive if you send someone there! (and yes - thats for non-account holders too!)

I appreciate the notification I received on the break-in of my trailer. I have been with 265 Storage for about 15 years and this is the first time that I have known of something like this happening. I think the coverage of the security camera have prevented this from happening. Someone has figured out that the backside of where my trailer is parked is not cover by a camera.Thank youRalph Jackson OL43

This facility is great. Very clean units that look brand new. Easy access and really convenient hours IMO. The manager, Renee, was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Checked out my unit and signed my paperwork within 30min. Talk about great service!

This used to be 265 Storage. The ownership and management just changed. My automatic payment did not transfer and I wasnt aware until I got a past due notice. The new management was very nice and removed the fee, working as best as they can under the circumstances. Im marking at 4 stars because of the disruption of my time, but if it gets back to normal (that is, being an invisible service), Ill bump this up to 5.

Cant tell you how many times in my life a place sold me on cheap storage then sold the business to someone else that comes in and doubles the rent along with forcing you to get storage insurance. They make the Sinaloa cartel look like ethical business men.

Came in on short notice got a calm and direct response was able to get my unit in 30 mins and tamala was really helpful and straight up. My needs were met perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

Speakers and battery were stolen out of my boat. I cancelled, but they still charged my account the next month. No call backs when I left messages and could not talk to a person on site. Not a safe place to keep anything.

Great experience would definitely recommend this to everyone that is looking for storage space friendly staff and great prices would go back again for sure in the future.

When we first chose the storage facility it was because the manager lived on site, made regular rounds of the facility and had video surveillance. Now having had a break in of my rv I find out nobody lives on site anymore and the new management company doesnt want anybody living on site. I may cancel my site and leave the rv at the house.

I only rated it a 3 cause it opens at 9am and closes at 10 pm. my kids have a harder schedule than that. i need 24 hr. access. the management is awesome along with the facility and the deal they gave me. really inconvenient hours....

I hope my review doesnt get too long, but I must show my appreciation to the ladies that were there at the end of the day. They had no clue what my day had been like and that I Ive used a tank and a half of gas for the last 2 or 3 days looking for another storage unit to put 20 years of my belongings into, (recently divorce two weeks ago) the only good thing that has happened was my primary custody of my daughter in child support. Going further and further away from my home City I was in another city most of storage facilities close at 5:30. A truck load full of my stuff still hauling around luckily Super Storage was not too much further away without even saying much of anything, the two ladies must have seen my desperation on my face and got me in there I was so thankful, being that I live in a college town, the university is letting out and there are almost no storage units. I have one in which it closes at 8 oclock they put their own locks on, I have no control of no keypad access Gates just stay open till they close and costs probably about 15% 20% more for the same size unit as Super Storage a very well took care of and managed facility. They gave me a rate for the military they gave me a rate in which I was able to get a lock I didnt have, with minimal or no charge, fenced and gated all the way around with key pad access and they stay open till 10 pm. I like that they dont stay open all with also your choice of temperature control units no need to rush because Gates will open after 10 p.m. to let you out they even also have coupons for certain rates and offers. An automated system that answers the phone for better one-on-one with customer and customer service experience all the way around a good place sorry I mean great place thank you ladies so much you made my day now I can finally get the rest of my things and belongings and keep moving forward thank you again thank you thank you thank you. 👍👍👍👍👍
