The indoor climate controlled units are clean and Ida given it 5 stars if my hot tub wouldve fit through the doorway. I needed about 3 more inches... story of my life. lol

I had to leave town. Was told it would be fixed tomorrow at the beginning of the month, 2 days of 90+ in control environment that is supposed to never go above 80 F. I come back 20+ days later and its still 90+ degrees in climate control storage.If you need climate control storage, dont come here!!!!

I had an family emergency....and manager of this facility came to my rescue when all others wouldnt even try. HeEven stayed real late to help us out to get 20 truck back after time allotted and all my brothers stuff we could get put ibto a storage for safe keeping. (wow)Heres what happened.!My brotherr passed on Wednesday in Hotsprings. I had a Uhaul for a very limited time to get brothers belongings or most or would be locked out untill September this was only june.He was a gentleman that cared and actuallly showed compassion in a very troublesome time. We WANTED TO THANK THE NEW MANAGER HERE AT ThE 20TH STREET UHAUL Location. GOT A GREAT PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAVLE INDIVIDUAL THAT WILL TAKE YIU FAR IN YHIS COMMUNITY THAT CAN BE TRUSTED ON HIS WORD. HE SAYS IT HE MEANS IT. HE PROVED IT TO US. WORD FOR WORD. DEPENDABLE and reliable. HES AWESOME!

Wish there were a -1 star available. The storage manager there (Cheryl) is unprofessional and irrational. I ve never had a business person hang up the phone on me when I was asking a question in a calm and rational manner. She stated that I had broken the leasing agreement, but refused to site the section of the agreement that I had broken. She then refused to give me the owner s contact number when I called back and asked for it. She is rude, and has no regard for the basic rules of customer service.

My mother in laws Storage gets broken into and they do nothing about it. Police reports were filed by others tonight because a car literally was stolen from there. Dont go here unless you dont want to see your stuff again.

Payed in advance an now that I don’t need the spot they won’t refund or credit my money.

Ive been out of this unit for two months and they continue to charge my debit card. Have to change my account information.
