I met with rich about 5 times regarding my kitchen cabinet. We selected a 30 sink and a peninsula and new cabinets/countertop. The original measurement guy came out and had said that he has no idea what hes measuring here. They sent a second gentleman out who never showed up. It took several follow up calls to find out when and who was coming to measure. Finally the guy measured the job about a week and a 1/2 later. Come to find out those measurements were wrong and the actual installer had to come and measure. The actual installer came and put his 1st cabinet up covering my exhaust vet and did not say anything. Then he put in a 24 kitchen sink base and nailed in the rest of my cabinets before telling me that the 30 base that I ordered was not there for the sink and he installed the 24 sync base. What the hell how did my salesman mess that up. Then they are not offering any kind of fix. The installer did a shoddy job installing my cabinets the sales people at the headquarters and the salesman rich and Stamford are taking no responsibility for messing up my 30 sink problem. This company has absolutely no accountability and no responsibility. The salesman rich did not even apologize for the mistake and did not offer us any kind of conciliation. Now were stuck with somones mistake and some irresponsible Company not wanting to correct their problem. Thanks a lot rich thank you Annette and bill for doing absolutely nothing to fix this problem. Ive called you several times you always say youll call me back But no one calls me back and I have to call your company chasing you guys around for no answer and no resolve.When I do call and reach Annette or bill, they act angry and only offer to call me back. The circle continues. Do the right thing either give me a refund or fix my problem thank you. I hope this post reaches someone who will take the reins on this project and actually correct this problem in Stamford Connecticut. Truly no one shud be treated like this. The whole experience was and is horrible. Please call me back with a resolve asap. How pathetic...my first appointment for measurement was March 2021, its late June now. Cmon guys pick it up and do the right thing as people. Not caring about your jobs and the company is fine, but dont screw over innocent people

I decided to redo my kitchen and walked in the showroom of “Exspress Kitchen “ in Stamford Ct. on Hope Street. On June of 2018I met Debbie. Very nice friendly person. Made Me feel like a friend of Hers.I had an ideal what my kit. going to look like . Measuring the room drawing pict. Of my “design” very soon relized that what I have in my mind and what they have is two different thing,Very first Quote was full of mistakes .Debbie corrected them and at the same time ordered 2 items from My design. The Utility cabinets(6 pieces) and the Cabinets for the Island (5) pieces. I also give them $5000.00Down payments these cabinets are called “ Echelon” it’s a cream color cab. made by a different company.After Debbie corrected all the mistakes The price was changing too all together 3 times 3 different QuotesThat’s when I realized this Lady not sure the pricing and the design is not going as it should be.Next time I went there I talked to a guy name Mike Greerer . Another so called designer at “exspress Kitchen” showroom.The price never changed but the designe did.The cab.From 36” to 30” less of it also.Mike was also so nice giving me all together Over $2000.00 “credits”The only problem is that this amount was only on paper.It never changed the charges. The amount I had to pay was the same As Debbies 2nd. Quote. Mike used that Quote all alone. Dated July 1 2018 Mike made that an “Invoice”I start to complain about how come what I ask for you cannot get for me. He would promis me the moons deliver what He want’s you to get. He ‘s such a good talker every time I go in to see Him about somethingHe would convance Me that Black is White. Had explanation for everything.He and another guy was in my house to do a measurement of my kit. Yet not until I realized that the Island has to be smaller to fit in my kit.Well Mike said they cannot do any changes to the Island b/c it was already ordered by Debbie.I do not ever said go ahead “ order something.”Mike start to raising his voice with Me had to tell him numerous time do not do that.6 mo. Later in December We are not done with my design and the charges.I ‘m getting sick and tired to go 2-3 times a week to change something b/c either do not fit the item or some other issues like the charges/credit issues.The gentlemen became a very tall guy with a loud mouth.Few weeks after We did the ordering Mr. Daniel N. the manager called Me saying”Mrs.Kovacs I got good news for you We realized We over charged you . Sending you a check for over $200.00 “‘I sent him an e-mail to him telling him a detail how the numbers are wrong and over charged a much more amount.First He was “out” do to sickness . Second time I called He was on vacation. The check he promised never made it to me.I received some cab.on December 21 . 2018Missing items, damaged items,etc.After sending e-mails to Mike also Daniel about these, answer “You signed the papers when they delivered to u. “ Every piece is in a very heavy boxes also on each other had no chance to open them to check what is in the boxes before I sign. Also the delivery guy said I’ll receive the signed papers in an e-mail .Some of those papers I did not sign. Signature said “customer” not my name.The pieces what missing (except 3 x12” cabinet under the island ) is the very same pieces what Debbie ordered in June.One of these 3 pieces should have an open shelf not a door on it.Very disappointed say the least.Sorry I ever put my feet into this place.’My recomendation is STAY AWAY from this place. Save yourself a headache and a nightmare.Etelka Kovacs home owner.
