I had the best experience with New Hope Kitchens in Stamford. Not only were my cabinets installed beautifully, the cabinets arrived in perfect condition and when a hinge fell off weeks later, Jimmy came himself to repair the next day. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a new kitchen.

My wife and I cant say enough good things about Hope kitchens. they did a phenomenal phenomenal job designing our kitchen and installing. my brother-in-law who is a master Carpenter raved about their quality and craftsmanship and the way they installed. and no, no one paid us to write this review. I would highly recommend hope kitchens to anybody considering upgrading their kitchen or redoing their kitchen. Went in to buy some cabinetry for my home, and had the most horrible experience dealing with the owner Jimmy. He was completely rude and disrespectful, using profanity and making derogatory comments. He made me feel very uncomfortable and look at him with such disgust. Jimmy is the furthest thing from a good business man and is certainly not a man of his word. I’m starting to wonder if he is the way he is because he’s dealing with shortcomings elsewhere. I do not recommend doing business with this man. However, Adam was very pleasant to deal with and quite charming. Shame on Jimmy for being so arrogant.

Pretty good experience working with Jimmy & Adam. Stuck to their deadlines and worked with me in terms of budget and the finished product looks great. Lacks customization, but if you want a good looking kitchen and a few options that make sense in terms of whats in style - hope kitchen is where to go!

Great customer service and I love my new kitchen. I got new cabinets and a new granite countertop - the installers were able to work around uneven floor and some awkwardly placed pipes. All around good experience and you cant beat the price!

Wonderful--easy transaction with good cabinets and counters -- we are even doing our pantry. The pricing is unbeatable and the install was flawless.

I recently used their service to update kitchen counter-top. It turned out unfinished, terrible, careless job done. My hand can get in the gap btw cabinet door and top that they just made. The owner irresponsibly told nothing wrong with new leveling to protect granite top. I found they leveled up because the support they newly made was just little higher than the previous top. In doing so, all level got higher and gab above the cabinet doors was shown accordingly. They just didnt care to match the height of existing support. Please dont be fooled by cheaper price they offer. Less paying get you more work to do later on.

BEWARE !!! They scam the hell out of you !! Very unprofessional mode of business and they ask for CASH to make shady Deals to keep the original committed price ... they have a cheap quality quartz and wood !!
