Yesterday i needed to access the storage room that I have had for three years so far. However in these three years I have not revisited our storage room and had somehow lost our keys. My husband and I are moving and it was very important that I get into that storage room. Armanie was the young lady who greeted me and proceeded to assist me. Immediately I could see that she was not only professional in her demeanor, but she helped me by cutting my lock, selling me a new lock, assisting me with everything that I needed with the kindest and fastest service that I think i have ever had. I was able to witness her with other customers and somehow she managed to accommodate everyone quickly and efficiently. Did I mention that when Armanie was using the special lock cutter to cut my lock, the cutter broke! She proceeded to locate a chisel and broke the lock with the chisel. Cool, calm and collected was she. Very impressed am I with the competence of this very lovely young lady. Elizabeth Abrams FIVE STARS!

I had a great experience storing some items at CubeSmart on Hamilton Avenue in Stamford. The facility is clean and secure, and some units are climate-controlled, which was important for me. Carey, the manager, was very helpful and professional. Overall, customer service was great.

I reserve the unit for myself online the other night. I got a call the next day to follow up and went in and signed My least the next day. At a great price on my unit and Kerry who helped me was very helpful and thorough with explaining everything. They also give you flexibility on how you pay your bill I knew can conveniently set up for auto pay if you like. Its very conveniently located and I would recommend this location for anyone in the area.

Leroy the manager is Great. Super nice and helpful. It seems expensive but the prices were good compared to other places. The location is good as well and easy to find. Always clean.

I had an exceptionally good experience today with a billing problem I was having. I had tried to rectify it at another time but was not able to. I called today and spoke with Debbie who was filling in and she was so amazing.Not only was she very pleasant but was able to permanently fix the due date of our two units so we are able to only get one bill instead of 2 separate bills due at different times. It was very frustrating. She figured out how to prorate one unit and update billing so we will get only one bill per month...Thank you Debbie, you are a real asset to Cubesmart...

I use this CubeSmart location for work. Leroy and Carey are the absolute best. I constantly hear about my colleagues having issues with their Storage facilities. I have NEVER had an issue with these guys. They communicate well and are always willing to help. Make the right choice and use this location. You will not regret it.

Very convenient! Shout out to Carey who was very responsive and accommodating, answering all my questions and providing me with additional information that I hadnt even thought to ask for. Vidya is awesome too - when closing the deal she mentioned that my storage space would be similar to having my own basement - and shes right. Im minutes away and can swing by easily to store or retrieve items at a minutes notice.Bottom line is that my experience with Carey & Vidya to date is that they are professional, courteous, and demonstrated a commitment to follow up after the sale :-)

I have been using this facility for 12 years and have been very pleased. I recently had a concern that the manager, Leroy, addressed immediately and I am delighted with the outcome and Leroy’s advocacy on my behalf. Good man!!

Great customer service, they really do live up to their name. When I called the (corporate) customer service line and indicated my interest in a particular location/storage unit, the branch manager called within 15 minutes to confirm the reservation and answer any additional questions I had! There were a number of promotional deals, and I felt like both the customer service rep and branch manager were there to help me save (pointing out additional deals I didnt know about). When I moved in, the staff member was incredibly warm and friendly. He knew to expect me and was not pushy about buying their lock when I said I wanted to use my own, or a higher insurance plan when I went with one of the lower options.The units and overall facility were clean and air conditioned. My unit was internally facing (not out into the parking lot), and I had to pass through two locked doors to access the unit.I had this unit only for about a week while I was in the process of moving. Renting a 4x5x4 foot unit with CubeSmart (to store a car-load of my things) and making multiple trips was much more economical than renting a large moving truck and doing everything in one day.

The location is great, facilities are new, and Danny is fantastic. He knows how to deliver exceptional customer service. Im very happy that I chose this location to store my belongings.

When looking for storage, I compared a few places. I decided to go with Cubesmart based initially on their pricing, which after said and done was SIGNIFICANTLY less than estimated.The gentleman worked to find me the lowest price he could, and when I was signing up, I saw him work to find the best price for another customer. A+ $$The signing-in process is easy and basic paperwork, nothing over the top. I had renters insurance so I was allowed to skip signing up for that (as it is a requirement at most storage places). Paperwork when leaving was 5 minutes.When moving in, the same gentleman was amply helpful. I was moving in the rain, and so he told me to ring the office and he will meet me around back to assist. Just OUTSTANDING customer service.I actually moved out a day after and explained that my housing situation would only permit me to move in on the 31st, and my storage billing cycle ended on the 30th. They were flexible and I know it may be policy or w/e... but for the customer, this will make me come back, refer friends and overall, culminated as the cherry on top; best experience possible.

The process took longer than anticipated owing to the fact the system would not accept the first month being free.Then, I was hit with the fact that there was a MANDATORY insurance fee. Ok. Then in the disclosure, it showed the insurance to be one dollar and change while cuber smarts administrative fee was more than tem dollars. Talk about being ripped off, When advertising rates, if insurance is mandatory, cube smart should be required to reveal this fact.

LeRoys pretty cool. He is very personable and was able to assist me in deciding the perfect unit for my needs. I went in with a particular unit in mind but after speaking to him, I ended up changing my mind and even upgraded based on his accurate suggestions! LeRoy was patient with my million and one questions and was very friendly. He was able to assist us when we literally came in 5 minutes before closing due to traffic and we never felt rushed. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and he genuinely cares about his job which becomes apparent through his service. With the headache of moving, it was nice to have something go well for once and I felt that happened in dealing with LeRoy at CubeSmart.

This was my first time renting public storage and I must say the General Manager at CubeSmart LeRoy Lavan made my first experience great. He was very knowledgable and helpful. I was clueless about the space I would need. He offered to have me come take a look at the different spaces they offer at cubesmart. Terrible customer service at Hamilton Ave. Stamford location. They are never there, never answer the telephone and had me wait 45 minutes at the gate on move in day as the office was empty in the middle of the day.
