I highly recommend this location of Life Storage for your storage needs! We had a great experience storing contents from our house for 2 months while house was on market, from reserving the space online to seamless moving in and out. The place is clean, bright, and parking for moving contents is covered so you do not have to worry about moving items on bad weather days. Pattie in the office is super nice and extremely helpful and made the whole moving/storage experience wonderful. Price is also very reasonable compared to other storage spaces in the area.

Fantastic facility! Staff was incredibly helpful from guiding in our truck to park, to helping form a plan on to best move in all of our furniture and boxes, and providing extra hand carts.

I’ve had a storage unit here for years. The facility is clean and bright, and my unit is a great size for a pretty good price. There’s always carts handy, and the office’s hours are pretty good, if you need to interact with anyone (the staff is helpful). The cars from the Splash upstairs can sometimes make entering and exiting annoying, but otherwise, this place is great.

If you’re thinking about leaving your stuff here just sell it on Craigslist because you obviously don’t care that much about it.I rented a unit online and during the process of the move the storage was a mess!!!The manager Pattie was surprisingly shocked, pretty incredible that a place like this can even survive.

Utilized Life Storage for extra space during a large renovation project. Overall, we were extremely happy with the decision. Life Storages entrance and office is located in the back behind Splash and access could not be any easier. An extra perk is because of the building design, parking and access are covered...with the amount of rain we experienced during the time we had our storage unit that turned out to be a great. Inside the facility is spotless, easy to get around, and staff is pleasant and helpful. Two large elevators and four carts make it easy to move things in and out, it is rarely busy and we never had a problem.I felt the price was fair for what we got, after having the unit about 8 months we did get notice of an upcoming price increase, however we were moving out just in time to avoid that. If your in the market, I certainly recommend heading here.

Very friendly, personable, and professional. We came in thinking we wanted a 5 x 10, but after talking to the manager, she was helpful in showing us why a 5 x 12 may be better for our needs. Uncle Bobs Hope St. Location is conveniently located, remarkably clean and staffed by professional and friendly personnel. This facility is clearly managed by someone who cares about both her customers and her employer. In the three years that I have stored there, I have never seen an unlit bulb or stray piece of trash on the premises. I feel safe visiting at any time and am confident that my belongings are secure.

On December 29, 2018, I visited the facility on Hope Street to inquire about an immediate need for short-term parking space for a vehicle. I spoke with Pattie, the Store Manager. Although my need was not available there, she assisted me in pursuing it. That is, defining what I need, possible expectations, availability elsewhere in her company, etc.,However what I was most impressed with was Pattie. Her poise and pleasant demeaner quickly put me at ease--net result was that I believed her. She even took a bit of time to show me whats generally available in the business. Tactfully, she interrupted our discussion when necessary to promptly handle her business. I was impressed; she is definitely an asset to Life Storage.Beause of her, I was successful in my pursuit.
