Fixed my 11 pro screen for about 100$ cheaper than Best Buy or Apple and threw is some freebies. Works perfectly. Didn’t need an appointment, just walked in and took 20 minutes.

Ive gone to these folks a couple times now, and theyve been straightforward and helpful. They can service older phones too, like my current one, and can order the parts needed, and will often have them in, and the phone fixed within a day or two.

I stopped by the booth on Friday, October 1, 2021 to see if my phone would or could be fixed. Kanan said that he had to order parts and they would be here on Tuesday. I received a text yesterday saying that the parts were here on Sunday. I told Kanan that I would be here Monday.It took less than an hour to have my phone repaired.Kanan did excellent work on my phone. Its like a brand new phone.

A friend recommended I-Cell to put a glass screen shield on my iPhone. Kanan was clearly experienced --- he put on the screen shield, aligned perfectly without bubbles, in a flash. I also bought a case there. Very friendly, no wait, reasonable prices, easy parking.

My screen repair was done in 15 minutes and looks brand new. Customer service here was excellent, and much less expensive than anywhere else in town. I never leave reviews but had to share my experience here, 10/10 service.

Went in to have a battery replaced in a Samsung S8. Only took about 20 minutes. During the repair the glass back of the phone cracked. These things happen, of course. The worker overnighted the replacement part and put it on for free. Only took about 5 minutes. Much cheaper and faster to repair an old phone than to buy a new one.

My son took a rock to our iPad 6th generation.I thought it was going to be junk.Called around to see about prices, 2 places wouldnt attempt the repair and the other wanted 400$ to send it off to apple.Called I-cell repair and he quoted me 95$ to replace the screen.Dropped it off at 6 at night picked it up the next day around 4.Great job great service.Highly recommend in my book.

I have been through several iphones and had several issues with them - screens breaking, THE ONLY BUTTON ON IT stops working, and also battery replacements - all fixed or replaced by I-Cell repair in the mall. Im rewriting my review because as the person who fixed my phone was very nice, my phone is now damaged and I could have just gone to Apple. My face ID stopped working and my phone broke within a week starting with black spots on the screen. I basically wasted my money.

Do not recommend. I had an iphone XS max screen replaced here recently. When he replaced my screen he broke the face id functionality, so I could no longer use it. The 3d touch also no longer works. The phone also started crashing randomly ever since the repair and now it wont even boot up. Basically wasted over $200 because I now have to buy a new phone.

Quick replacement of an Iphone SE battery.Kanan quoted me a couple dollars more than I expected but way worth it considering he said the new battery had more capacity than the original and he did the work in less than 20 minutes.I -Cell Repair reduced the hassle of me sending it back to Apple and loosing the phone for three days.

IPhone was fixed quickly and done well. The Taptic Engine was also tightened which was a nice touch. All done in less that 20 minutes. Kanan was nice.

The replaced screen didn’t last longer than three months. The screen came out of the frame and didn’t respond.Although they couldn’t find a single scratch on it, they insisted the product is good and it’s not working cause I dropped it, which means I need to pay again to replace it. When I asked what if the screen pop out again, they said it won’t and if it does it would be my fault.At last the man on the counter just glued the screen on the frame. And, since the glue won’t last more than a week, I have to put up a heavy case to physically hold the screen in place.
