I walked in to buy a game that ended up not being available. I ended up finding it at another store. That’s not why I am giving this review. I’m writing this review because one of the employees assumed that I was a guy just because I’m a woman with shorter hair and was wearing jeans and boots. My job requires me to wear that type of outfit. He asked me if I needed help but called me man. After that, he laughed and said never mind once I turned around, and he realized that I’m a woman. I’m very offended, and I’ll take my business elsewhere where the employees won’t assume what my gender is. Women can play video games too… At least the cashier was nice and tried to help me find the game at another GameStop.

Went in looking for some charging cable for a Playstation VR, they didnt have one but the individual working was nice enough to point us in the right direction. I appreciate that, not everyone will be honest and send you elsewhere.

Relatively a good place in general as its a game store, and has other available products you dont see Everyday. Ive gone in for pokemon cards but can never get any preorders. Seems like most preorders are wiped out almost instantly.

Your typical GameStop, helpful service but nothing out of the ordinary in terms of selection

This store gets 5 stars. Great employees and great selection.GameStop as a whole gets 1. I finally secured a PS5 bundle, only to have them tell me my payment failed despite me having plenty of money in my account. Now I gotta try one again and it’s probably not gonna happen until June.

Amanda, and her people, are amazing! They are helpful and it helps that they too are gamers. They assist in my searches and helpful with any and every question I have. I doubt I could be happier shopping anywhere else thanks to her staff.

They try a little too hard to upsell. I dont blame the store because corporate pressures them to do it. The game deals are really good and the employees deserve to get paid a lot more.

The manager, Amanda, is fantastic and her staff are usually very good. The stores are getting a little cluttered after the company acquired Think Geek, but overall this is still a good place to shop for all things gaming. Definitely the best Nintendo selection in town

I love to stop here to see what types of Pokémon premium plushies they have available every once in a while. I also purchase all my gaming supplies here. The staff are very well knowledged and seem to love their job which is great to be dealing with. I can also chat with them about game related stuff and they are super fun to hang out with! I’ve traded in old games here and they usually give me a pretty fair deal. I like the atmosphere of this store, it’s not too crammed and it’s buzzing with nintendo, Xbox, play station essentials to the gamers delight!

Best Gamestop I have been in for a long time, I disagree with the way the company operates and encourages employees to be dishonest in some cases, but didnt really feel that in this store so great job.
