I bought a new phone last month. The employee falsely claimed that there was a promotion for a pair of free AirPods with my purchase. However, I was charged for them. She also added Protection360 to my plan although I did not ask for it. This resulted in 2 $25 charges before I realized and cancelled it. When I called the manager he said he would get to the bottom of it. But when I called again, they did not answer my calls (they have Caller ID). When I called from a different phone they immediately answered and put the manager on who then promptly hung up on me.

It depends on day. I was buying phone there 2 months ago- those two guys were so helpful! They gave me best advice, transferred all info from old phone to the new one.Today we bought phone for my husband. Other people work today. Not helping at all. No answer to any of our questions. My husband still transferring info from his old phone by himself. Unfortunately there is no other T-Mobile store around, otherwise we would go to other one.

This was my best phone-buying experience ever!!! The two men working there were extremely helpful and gregarious; the time seemed to fly by while getting my new phone all set up, whereas other providers have made it feel like centuries. Im super impressed with the customer service and support they provided. Looking forward to coming back (and I NEVER thought Id say that!)

I went to Atherton t-mobile..it was a very good experience!! All 3 young man were so helpful . they are awesome!!! They really know their job and do it very well!!!

My family couldnt be happier with T-Mobile. The cellular plan, the service, the rates, and the customer support are top-notch - superior to anything provided by the other carriers, in my opinion. The coverage is great - nice signal strength everywhere I go with excellent speed. Our local store is wonderful - the store manager, Frankie, is amazing! He handles customers with great courtesy, top-notch technical expertise, and a wonderful personable approach...even when swamped with multiple customers coming at him at the same time. Hes deeply knowledgeable; hes a skillful eader for his store! His colleague Toby is an excellent customer service professional, as well -- amazingly personable; engaging, polite, professional and highly effective. Both are wonderful representatives of T-Mobile!

Store and staff are great here. Super helpful and always on top of everything and find any way they can to help you out even without you having to ask. Everyone is great but the store manager Frankie is exceptional. His customer service is superb and every time I’ve needed anything he gets it done quick and beyond expectations. I’ve had satisfactory experiences at T-Mobile stores in another city, but I highly recommend this location.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. Ive been in twice already and Brian has helped me out both times. If T-Mobile is smart, theyll do whatever it takes to keep Brian around for quite some time because hes kind, professional and is an absolute great salesman. The deals at T-Mobile are second to none and it obviously goes without saying already which is why I switched over to Verizon but having great employees at this location, including the current temporary manager Jesse really goes a long way in going over and beyond to providing a hard to beat experience!!!

First I would like to say that I love T-Mobile and their excellent customer service! While visiting, the store representative (Frankie) did everything that he could to help me. He even reached out to the corporate phone number. I appreciate the effort. Due to such outstanding customer service I plan to stay with T-Mobile for another year and upgrade my device! Brain and Demetri are a killer team who bent over backwards to help me solve some issues with my phone carrier needs. Gotta give those guys 5 stars. Brian and Frankie were helpful, efficient and entertaining. They helped me port my phones over to T-Mobile from Verizon, which should provide me with an excellent carrier at a lower price. Brian called me back a week after the switch to see if I had any questions. Most important he let me know about the T-Mobile Carrier Freedom Program which should save me quite a bit of money. (Ask Brian, or check it out on the T-Mobile website which says, With Carrier Freedom™, if you and your family trade in your old devices, we’ll pay off your device payments and service contracts–up to $650 per line Thanks.

Frankie was extremely helpful. I just showed up to JUMP my phone and he showed me some awesome promos when I upgraded to my new phone. I got a sick new tablet for only $10 a month, and a free Google home! Frankie really knew a lot about the phone I bought and flawlessly answered any questions I had. He even did a bill comparison to make sure I was getting the most out of what I was already paying. THIS is the reason I still use T-Mobile.

Frankie and Brian were very helpful. They werent just trying to push a sale. Both of them went over multiple option to help my wife and I decide what was best for us. I would recommend this location to any t-mobile costumers or any one thinking of switching carriers.

The people that work here took a ton of time going over each plan to find the right one for me! I had so many questions and not once did these guys make me feel like I was bothering them. Super polite and professional staff, happy to have a Tmobile in the area with such great customer service! Definitely will be coming back.

Recently switched over from AT&T and received great service from the staff and manager. They explained T-Mobiles odd billing practices clearly and explained to me exactly what I would pay and all the available discounts.The store itself is still fairly new and is a bit bare, but this doesnt have any impact on the great customer service.

I went to this T-Mobile store yesterday after my phone broke, and Jason was extremely helpful with going through what my options were for fixing my old phone or getting a new phone. He was able to thoroughly answer any questions I asked, and in the end I was able to walk out of the store with a functional phone that didnt break the bank! Overall, it was a relief to deal with the friendly staff here to solve the not-so-pleasant problem of my phone dying.

Went there one night and ended up staying way past closing time (not due to tmobile, my apologies Eyad). We received excellent customer service and even witnessed some great deeds unintentionally by the employee. I cant say much about service yet as we just started but the first encounter with their representative was a great start. Thanks.Having used T-Mobile for a couple months now, I can say the reception has been quite adequate for the state college area. Obviously there are a few dead zones but its all carriers and thats 29/30 times I dont even notice. I use a lot of data... A lot... I was with Verizon before who charged 4 times as much for 1/10 of what I get. The hot spot, the data, the Netflix, the customer service, friendly reps and Tuesday deals are all worth paying less and getting more. Very happy as a T-Mobile customer. Would say something about get out of red: have to take itemized bill from last carrier and bill cycle to T-Mobile before you have been a customer for 30 days. Dont feel like that was clearly explained but the representatives at the store are doing great helping clear that up. Overall, 9.8 stars out of 10.

Staff there are very knowledgeable and not pushy like other phone stores I have been in. Everything was explained in a very straightforward and simple way and they were very helpful.

They are very enthusiastic, but the signal of TM is really bad, and it also runs out of traffic. I can only say that it can be used, and it is cheap anyway.
