Unfortunately, I had to come to the store several days. Kayla, Sierra, Deirdre was very customer service oriented and provided superb customer service. Also, the above representatives are very knowledgeable about the information supplied!Initially, Kenyan and did not understand each other very well?! However, after days of coming to the store we were able to come to an understanding! Additionally, Kenyan is very knowledgeable about AT&T’s purpose, practices and the operational structure of AT&T, internally and externally!! Kenyan’s passion for his job is well noted!!The above employees are a valuable asset to your company’s operational goals!!

Would not recommend. I’d rather travel for better customer service. The manager here is not concerned about providing good customer service and would rather focus his efforts on his bonus and audits. It’s already been reported to ATT and the corporate office resolved the issue that the manager, Jay, refused to assist us with.

The most horrible experience I think Ive ever had.Thursday evening was helped by a very nice, kind young lady and was told about the teachers discount. Came back friday evening with the required documents.Wife and I arrived at the store with masks on and I received an important call about 10 minutes into our wait. I walked to the farthest corner of the store at least 30-40 away so I could hand the call and about 2 minutes into the call I pulled my mask off so the caller could understand what I was saying.A minute or so later a young man named Kenyon verbally assaulted me while I was trying to finish my call. Without one shred of courtesy or kindness he continued to be extremely hostile then told me to leave the premises while standing between me and the door.As a 52 yo man I was somewhat concerned so I told him that I would call 911 - which he laughed and said to do so. So I did and I explained it all to the police officer.I seriously think that He was playing some kind of game with the other employees for a laugh at our expense, but bottom line Ive never been treated like this as a customer.Keep in mind I walked in wearing a mask and was at least 30+ away from anyone else (total of less than 10 in the whole store) and only for about 2-3 minutes while on a call. If he had any kind of customer skills at all, I might have shown him my vaccine card!At&t just might lose my 5 person family plan and $300/mo over this jerk!

My boyfriend and I went in yesterday to switch from Verizon to AT&T and it was the best thing! Karen was the sales representative and she was the sweetest! This store has HORRIBLE customer service. They often close unexpectedly for very ‘vague’ reasons. They often have customers waiting outside, without ANY policy or person making sure everyone is helped in the order they arrive. It is usually a FREE for all. Resulting in people waiting 15 + minutes without receiving service because a representative randomly selects someone in the line. Its ridiculous and a waste of time. Anyone with an elementary-level education could think to put a list on the door. Additionally, the prepaid kiosk is ALWAYS down, which is even more inconvenient. All in all, this store needs to improve its policies!

It isnt often I have a great experience at a utility office (yes, a phone is a utility) because I dont like going in the first place, but the service at Statesboros AT&T Store during my most recent visit was above and beyond my expectations. The sales people are there to sell (duh) but they werent pushy or obnoxious, and they were well informed and well trained. My hats off to the management.
Dropped Verizon after 20+ years and chose AT&T. Best decision ever! Phenomenal customer service experience and remarkable wireless service. Highly recommend!

The employees here are awful. Broke my phone and came into the store and said I’d be back before 5. And than at 3:30 all four employees took a lunch break at the same time and so they closed for two hours. This is ridiculous. The worst service I could ever imagine and I can’t wait to switch providers.

I went here trying to get my wife a phone on my plan while doing a trade in and port in of her current phone and number. We was under the impression from another atnt store that we could get the 11 pro max for 210 down plus taxes of phone but when he tried to scan the phone in it wouldn’t let him add to my plan. The salesman made a couple calls and finally got the phone to be added to the plan but at the cost of 1000 down which I didn’t do. The salesman failed to mention he started the port in process. So a week later my wife’s phone stopped working, come to find out it had been ported to at&t because he started the process even when we didn’t get the phone. Besides that they’re a decent staff but better attention and care to customers would be nice had to go spend money on a new service plan and SIM card and she lost her number she has had the past 5+ years.

Some of the best customer service that I have seen and dealt with in a long time. They were very fast paced at getting the phone hooked up and working, gave me a decent plan and didnt try to con me into getting something that I couldnt afford... I recommend you go see Colby when you go in there and need assistance with your pre existing phone or even wanting a new phone ..
Called several times and they said they had prepaid phones in store, but each time I went they say they dont have prepaid phones.
Knowledgeable staff. Friendly too. They take their time talking with you, helping you make choices. A big selection of phones, tablets and accessories.
If you go here ask for ms Rhonda she is very knowledgeable with there products and she is a very nice and helpful person I gave this store 5 stars because of her.

Ive watched some questionable things go on in this store. One being, the store was crowded and all the representatives were helping customers except the manager. She was pretending to be doing some type of work on a computer...on the floor. So this customer approaches her for help, evidently she brushed the lady off. I have no idea wht she didnt help the customer, thats the only reason she has a job. The customer!!! Anyway the customer ended up calling corporate and then the manager was more than happy to help her.Also I know that this store has purposely NOT ordered and note 10 cases so that folk using an in store credit wouldnt be able to get one. Aint no way theyve been OUT OF THOSE CASES SINCE SEPTEMBER. SMH
