Miss quote and miss lead you on prices.They are the best service. Always have connection that is fabulous.. To make sure payments stay low they talked me into basically 398.00 down when I could have left with no money down...and bill suppose to be 120.00 with two lines, now first bill with nothing purchased an charged to account, is 298.00 ??? For what ??? That means I could have walked out with 2 lines,Two phones( iPhones)and no money DOWN. Now they are expecting a person in one mo. Time to pay close to 600.00? I just think they should value their customers a little more?? Do associates work on commission base??
Ordered a new iPhone 12 through apple, there was an issue with setting it up from home. Went to Verizon to get it sorted out Peter was very helpful in getting the phone initiated and transferred over.Was back in today to return a screen protector. While it technically fit it was the wrong one. The glass covered the speaker. When you use the phone in handset mode you could barely hear the other person even when volume was all the way up. Speaker phone and AirPods still worked flawlessly. I had thought there was an issue with my phone, the 12 apparently is known to have an open recall on speakers and microphones. Didnβt have the packaging but did have the receipt Mya was very helpful in sorting it all out. Staff is very helpful would recommend.
The two I went to in Vidalia was a nightmare! All I needed was a sim card You would have thought Id asked for the Presidents phone number!! The very rude woman at the one close to Walmart looked at me and snapped I dont give sim cards i sell phones while playing a game on her ph.and never looking up! Will never bother them again!!

The last several times we have visited this verizon store we could not get any service and this last time we waited over and hour and watched the lady walk around that was supposed to be helping us. This should be unacceptable from a company that charges someone as much as they do. On top of that everytime we walk in and tell them we are interested in upgrading our phones they tell use that they do not have any and dont even bother to try and order any for us. We have been paying them for years and our bill has been 245+ and never missed a payment we are thinking off swapping to a different carrier with better service. Sorry to rank but this is truly unacceptable

No help for my problem
Took over an hour to get seen about getting a new phone. Was told only 2 people ahead of us and it would only take 20 minutes. Iβd rather drive to another town than go back.

Do not recommend at ALL. We were with them over 10+ years, they did not recognize paramedics as first responder for certain plans and we got no service when we moved. So we switched to AT&T in July and now fighting a battle where they didnβt collect enough when we paid them out. Thatβs on them. Not us. When we specifically asked when we paid them out, they told us we were good to go. Now 3 months later we are fighting over $379 that they all of a sudden say we owe. They are not in the business of making things right.
Always feel like just a number. They do have more in stock and can do more since they are a corporate store. When you buy a product your on your own to set it up.

We would give 0 stars if we could. We went in the store here a few weeks ago and purchased what we were told was a free phone and added a line to our business plan. Being we have a business plan we were told there were no activation fees. When we received our bill we found where they have added a device payment for a phone that was suppose to be free, charged us for the activation fee which was suppose to be free and a 170 months for the line. We were told it would only change our bill by about $5 because we were a business. Well we have been in business with Verizon for about 6 years. After this and no one would let us speak with a manager when we came up there we are considering changing providers. The associate lied all the way around to get his commission. What a shame. His name was Cleveland. Hopefully this review will save someone from making the same mistake we did and use Verizon. Yβall should be ashamed of yβall self.

This is the only store in the corporation or any retailer in general where you have to beg for their time. Your time means zero. Iβve never had to beg just to buy something. Just to buy a charger you better allot an hour and itβs not just because of covid-19. Itβs been like this for years. Between my family and my business I spend nearly $1000 a month in services and fees and I canβt even get a representative to sell me an iPad for my child for Christmas. I set up an appointment online and jumped through the hoops only to drive up and not surprisingly I wasnβt on the list. If there were any other provider with coverage in the area I would change in a seconds notice. Instead of striving for 6G service how about we try to just get a call in Register Ga covered. We talked to a man in the moon in the 60 s but I canβt talk on highway 46 on my way home without dropping three or four times. Please donβt reply with how everything is important and will work harder because itβs a generic answer and nothing will change It hasnβt in at least three years and it wonβt anytime soon. Iβll keep paying my bills and hate the service until somebody else comes along Itβs only due to the local monopoly that this company has that it does any business whatsoever. Donβt believe me? Try calling the store and talk to someone .... Hope you arenβt busy when you try

Not impressed. Posted phone number doesnt even belong to them. Pointed this out and Rep, she wasnt too sure what to do with that ( think Ill let the Mgr know was her response ). Hard to social distance without a good working #. Also didnt even know one of their own phone products. Asked about the Galaxy Note 10, and she hadnt heard of that one.
You have to check in and wait outside if you dont have an appointment due to allowing a limited number of people into the store. Appts are allowed in regardless of capacity. Also, if the scheduled appt arrives, you have to continue to wait because you are not considered a priority. Everyone that has service should be a priority.

After talking to the manager Tina, I had a better understanding why they canβt help any phone technical issues because they have limited staffs and people are complaining the long wait. Tina was very patience and actually donβt mind to get people to help me even though my issue was finally resolved through the technical support via phone. The technical support person was very very patience and also called back for follow up.
All digital; no comfortable place to wait- and you will have to wait. Forget trying to understand what your bill will be when you purchase something; no one will write it down or print out exactly what you are getting in to. Too slick. When you go in for help rather than buying something, you wait longer; then they tell you to wait again while they go to the back to talk to their manager - forever. The manager never shows up.
Wanted to buy a phone case. Made me give my information and sit for 45 mins until someone had the time to show me the wall that I had already looked at and made my decision about. Greeter was super rude and had an attitude which definitely didnt make the wait easier.
Was greeted at the door by a pleasant woman. And the man that assisted us knew exactly what the problem was. In no time we were happily on our way. Thank you for getting good help to service your customers.
Went into upgrade to the Pixel 2 XL. They sales rep I worked with was very patient and showed me EVERYTHING I needed to know about the device. He offered the proper accessories and plans for this particular device. Very happy with the service here.

Had to get a new phone, phone screen cracked and warranty deductible wouldβve cost me more than just getting a new one. Decided on a new iPhone XS Max before coming in. William installs a screen protector like nobodyβs business. Busy but friendly. Showcased new products but not pushy, actually peeking my interest. If youβre a Verizon customer thereβs another retail store in Statesboro, but this one has everything the other one doesnβt have.

Waited a long time, awful customer service, and the store itself has very little seating for customers. You get skipped in line and then lied to. I did not enjoy my experience and will never go to this store again . The other Verizon store just 5 mins from that one, was so much better and nicer! I do not approve of how this store is run.
Ran into the store, got immediate service to buy an accessory. Im doing 4 stars on this visit because they spent time tracking me...meaning they wanted to know who I was, my phone number, and place of business all just to buy a vehicle charger. Big Brother!

Everyone please keep in mind that these guys are limited on what they can and cannot do. They arent going to be able to fix all issues. They only have entry level access to your account.All in all, the store is clean, people Ive dealt with were helpful. Its Verizons business practices you have to be wary of.

Not calling police for a ....verbal threat. In line for a new phone. Customer without mask said I hope your mom gets cancer and your dog dies. Scary and still upset. I am still crying and upset. Its hours later. I had my mask. I think Verizon should let staff call verbal weird threat. It has set me off. Im still .....scared. I dont think the staff should be harrased or us in line with a mask. Its wrong!!!! Who cares if it works or not. Its wrong !!!

I needed Internet access on a tablet, so I chose verizon for my service. I wanted a prepaid data plan, so that I wouldnt be stuck to a contract. One of the sales reps lied to me and tricked me into signing a contract service plan so that he would receive commission from the contract... I guess he thought that Id be easy to take advantage of because I had small children in tow. Once I realized what he had done, I ended my contract and will NEVER be using this Verizon location again.. if I ever use Verizon at all.
ALWAYS has an insanely long wait. Have had my account royally screwed up by employees at this store more than once. Go to the smaller store near CVS for better service.

Non corporate Verizon store. Staff is nice. Prices are what you would expect from going into a phone store. They dont always have a large stock and you may have to wait a couple days to get your order.
I waited 2 hours just to be seen by a rep, just for them to tell me that they couldnt help me. It seemed like they actually didnt want to help me. So I went to the other Verizon in town, near CVS, & not only did I get seen right away but they did everything they could to fix my problem & they were able to make my bill cheaper. It was simple but this Verizon didnt take the time to actually care, therefore I will never be back to see them.
I will never go back...NFL sponsor...not for me...any business that makes you wait to pay cash and charges a fee for cash payments...I used to be a loyal customer...not any more....

This is a corporate store. Long waits, kids who try to help you without knowing how to, and management who treat you like an annoyance unless youre there to buy something. Better to drive a bit and go to a Cellular Sales Verizon store, its a whole different experience.

Worst Verizon store ever! Terrible customer service and donβt expect to be helped when you walk in! This store doesnβt even deserve a star rating, never coming to this store again! I only came in to get my phone fixed and I waited for at least 30 minutes, and another girl walks in. She asks to talk to this lady, ends up talking to the lady and Iβm still waiting. I go up to ask why she is being helped and I am not and he says she was in line before me. She was not in line before me because I watched her walk in and ask to talk to someone. After being called a liar I stormed out of this Verizon and went to the other one in statesboro. I was in and out within 30 minutes. So again Verizon on Buckhead closest to elsom sucks and will never have my service again!

I received great service from Keyona when I needed to replace my broken iphone. I was in and out within in an hour which I consider great for the whole process of replacing a phone. She was kind, polite, and helpful.

We went in to get new service, representitive was very unhelpful. Didnt switch my number and didnt transfer info to my new phone. She was in a hurry to leave and we are left unformed with our new service. Not to mention we waited 2 hours and spent over $800. Were not impressed, had better costomer care with metro. Thats saying a lot right there.

I used to HATE this store, I would always get terrible service and I always left there with a # to call because theycouldnt help me. When I was ready for an upgrade in May I dreaded going but I was amazed at the service I got! I was upgrading from a Blackberry Curve and had no idea what I wanted. The salesman I was assigned to Jon was very patient with me and explained to pros and cons of the phone he thought best. I also brought with me a tablet that I couldnt get working and he made sure it was working and I understood it before I left. Before leaving I also bought another tablet and that was activated and all set up before I left the store. The next week I was having trouble downloading apps so I went back Quay helped me open accounts and made sure my new phone had every app I wanted before I left.

The store itself; Its clean, modern, and spacey. But itnever has anything in stock but the currently pushed advertised devices. Good luck trying to find accessories for your device, and if you do, the price will make your stomach go into knots. Ive been in there and couldnt find an LG G6 case on any of the shelves, which is supposed to be one of the top end phones. I talked to a rep in the store while there, he said hed call back if he found one. A case was found for almost $50.00. Are these people high? Only a seriously unaware person would make this purchase, or someone in a hurry.I found a similar one on Amazon for $9.00. Everything there is extremely over priced, and by over priced, its either full retail or above retail. Just like their online store. I suggest shopping around. Because their deals are over pricing something and discounting it to MSRP.They are always busy. This is what is called a corporate store, one ran by Verizon. They do have another store in town, but they are re-sellers only and if you have an issue and call Verizon, they will send you to this store.I got service here and they duped me. I was told no contract, but what they did was put a contract on my tablet. When I called.. it just wasnt worth the hassle, and they know it. So, I dont find them trustworthy.As far as service in the area. Voice coverage is fantastic. It works as expected, most all of the time unless there is an outage. LTE coverage as far as signal is also fantastic. But data speeds are beyond unusable. Running speed test will typically be under 1 Mbp/s down. Using the internet for anything is painfully slow. I literally live 1 mile from this store and suffer this daily. Thankfully I have home internet.I assume there is huge network congestion due to the College being here and there are, I also assume several thousand Verizon users at one once on the surrounding towers/network. There are enough towers, they just need more bandwidth for data.The screenshots I attached are typical. Not the exception or fringe or once in awhile. But what I usually get.

This is a corporate store. Got my new phone set up. All apps, pictures, etc were transferred. Only bad thing was this store did not have a case for my new phone. Found a case for my new phone at a non-corporate store in Swainsboro, GA.
