Never go here. The attitude is insane. The laziness is just as bad. I was asked to never come back and I will kindly oblige. What a terrible place. What a terrible staff. Cant imagine TMobile is will allow this to continue.

Absolutely LOVEEEE this store. Very very caring and generous employees!Both Quez and Sami were super helpful in helping me get a lower bill, switching from Verizon! They helped me set up my watch, my ipad and got me HOOKED UP with less than half of what I was paying!Dont forget Josh ! Hell talk you into those fancy new airpods ! Thanks Josh! I love them !Definitely head over to this branch if youre looking for good service !

Worst tmobile I have ever been in. Staff is not helpful. Staff was very rude. Went to return a defective phone that stopped working. Staff stated that the phone was damaged and would not take it back. I would not recommend going to this store at all. I was doing all this for my mother. I was planning on switching to tmoblie but after this experience I will not be going there.

A surely horrible experience here at the store. If you need assistance of any kind use the 800 customer service line. This store is not an actual Tmobile store its a third party store. Took three days to rectify a problem with a one week old new phone. They were found to lie several times to us. Were in the store 4 hours. Josh was very disrespectful to us. Josh used my cell phone to call CS several different time. Each time CS stating replace the phone. He refused. CS at Tmolile stating one thing, Josh stating another. Very confusing.Although Crystal was helpful a week ago with opening the account she was was found today to not honor anything she said the previous week.. .y husband who is 80, myself 58 wittnessed them misquoting what we said to the actual store manager on the phone.They ultimately did not want to work with us. We ended up call the tmobile company. I will be following up with the better business bureau as well as elder fraud abuse. phone. They do not realize I taped much of our conversation on my tablet which I had with me at the time.. my son brought the phone back to the store after it was pre arranged with TMobile Corp.. when he arrived the were extremely rude and refused to honor the arrangements from customer care. I forwarded my notes to the senior Manager at the statesboro store location as well as will be publishing in the local newspaper. Stay away from there. Not good people working there.. I do have to say TMobil Corporation did finally work out issue with me.. they forwarded my complaint and it is now going to elevated management for review..

Please people, avoid this TMobile store, they are a third party store. We were there yesterday Sept 13th. We originally switched the week before to T Mobile to save money by going to thier 55plus plan. We went into the store due to one of the new phones not charging. it appeared the phone just died.We were orignally planning on going back to add a tablet anyway so we brought the phone to exchange it. Crystal was the original person to help us open the account. We walk in stood for a little bit. Josh came out of the back room walked over to help us reluctantly. After a few minutes he started with sying, rolling the eyes, he clearly did not want to be there to help us. at one point my wife asked a simple question and he turned and snapped at her rudely. My wife said nicely, did we do something to you, why the rudeness. He said, no its not you.??? Long story short we were thier 4 hours, after 6 calls to TMobile CS Support josh along with Crystal had been caught lying to us. CS (on speaker phone) was saying one thing the store was saying another. each TMobile rep said the same thing. phone is within the 14 days must do a buyers remorse and to exchange the phone. I left the store abruptly i was so upset as i had just had heart surgery and was feel very stressed and anxious. My wife stayed inside to try to rectify the problem. My wife had a manager from TMobile on the phone at this time that requested to speak to the manager at the store. My wife said Crystal took the phone pretended like she was talking to the rep. She realized when the CS Rep kept saying are you there??Hello? Are you there? that something clearly wasnt right. She walked over grabbed her phone off her counter to find she had muted the phone. At this point Crystal and Josh threatened to call the police on my wife. She walked out of the store upset with the store manager while still haveing the manager of TMobile still on the phone. The rep could not believe what she was hearing. The call was dropped as we proceeded home. i again called Customer support and ended up reaching the original rep that spoke to the manager at the store who authorized a change of the phone. Thankfully the customer 800 service support each had thourough notes in the system. TMobile Support did follow through with good customer service. We were were very satisfied with thier help. i will never ever go back into that store. I will continue to do business with actual TMobile on 800 number. Now, to follow up some more, a complaint was filed with upper management at tmobile, by both myself abd the customer service manager. They are not making light of this situation. I also have a call into the better business bureau as well as Elderly Abuse Division for trying to take advantage of the situation, They clearly did not perform thier duties as the contract stated. We had our tablet with us and have some of the ending conversations taped with the store reps.

Guys at front were nice and tried to be helpful. The only reason for the bad review is that when I was looking at chargers I could hear the manager/overhead YELLING at an employee in the back. That’s disgusting. Made the experience horrible. I get employees make mistakes but when you get a job you don’t sign up to get verbally abused. So sad.

This store was amazing. All of the employees were so friendly. I was greeted right away. Josh was was vey knowledgeable and polite. He answered all of my questions. I will be back for any of my needs. This was a fantastic experience.

Wasnt impressed with the company and store . No help from either . Locked in a contract with a phone that quit working on their merger of companys. Did learn Verizon has a buy out program in place to pick up the disgruntled customers. Wont be a customer long

Walked in, two young men were talking. Went to look at a phone to buy. A third man came out started talking to the two standing there. No one said a word to us. One of the two men talking started working on the PC and went to the back room. The other two were still talking and all three working there. No one said nothing to us. Maybe we should already have a phone so we could text them for help while standing there in front of us. They dont need a job here. Nor anyone money. Wasted my time and my partner.We wont be back.we didnt appreciate being treated like a nobody. Your employees are supposed to be professionals!! Service sucks!

It was a VERY unprofessional atmosphere. First, a loud altercation broke out amongst the staff members. Then a man was told to help us.... He clearly didnt want the task. During his minimal assistance, he answered a Facetime call and proceeded to talk to me and a friend of his simontaniously, causing confusion. During which, the manager proceeded to gossip and gripe about the other staff member with which the altercation had occured. The altercation was over one of them being outside of the building.

I usually have a decent experience when I go to the store. This has not been the case recently. I was instructed to wear a mask while a young lady inside had her mask around her neck. I waited to be greeted as the employees carried on their own conservation and then one went on some sort of break during what I would think would be peak hours. It would be nice if they appreciated the customer.

Your service is horrible and your associates need training. You lie about your coverage area and then take a $140 restocking fee when your service doesn’t work. I had the phones for less than 4 hours! Not to mention Josh, who forgot to activate my SIM cards and then the problem with the system that wouldn’t allow him to ship a signal booster to me.

Yes, 5 stars. I came into this location with a ton of questions holding a set of twins. Not only did the manager, Kela, quickly answer all my questions but another associate that was free, i forgot to catch her name, came from the back to keep the kids busy while we finalized the transactions.I was informed on all the current deals that would save me money on my account without having to bargain or demand anything.I left this place feeling amazing and happy to be a T mobile customer.Great experience PERIOD.

This is absolutely the WORST t-mobile store Ive been to. Yes these people are scammers. They dont know what they are talking about unless its about scam. Thats all they know. How to scam people. Be careful if you are trying to purchase anything in this store. They try to lure you into some kind of deal, but it isnt any kind of deal. I guess you cant punish stupid people because thats all they know so thats what they do. Hope this store close down asap.

Scammed me for over $120. If they tell you phone cases, memory cards, or pop sockets are free with you phone they are lying. I have already reported them to corporate, but I just want to warn other Statesboro customers. I love T-Mobile, but this store lied to me about items being free. Corporate later had to courtesy credit my money back to me because the store would not let me return the items because it has been over 14 days. Had I of known they would be showing up on my bill I would have taken them back before it was too late. Be careful when shopping here!

Up until today i would have given 5 stars but i stopped by to resolve an issue i had already spoken to an associate about they didnt even want to discuss the matter told me to come back when she was there then asked to use the restroom beimg i drove 30 miles to come to the store to begin with only for the manager to be rude amd tell me it was for the public. Im a customer whom has used it multiple times. Apparently this lady is new and needs to be taught how to keep good customers.
