I hardly ever leave reviews but the staff was so helpful that I had to leave a review. I came in for a new phone and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Katelyn assisted me and even allowed me to play with her phone so I could get accustomed to how my phone would operate when it is delivered. So glad I stopped by awesome people.

Tysen was very helpful today. He was both knowledgeable, patient and friendly. If I were giving him a number rating it would be 10+ out of 5. Thanks again Tysen you were great.

Justin and staff are amazing and so nice! He made sure everything went smoothly with transfer of data from my old to new phone and the whole process was very efficient! If I had any questions he was sure to explain them thoroughly. I will be back when it is time for an upgrade.

Carlos was awesome he was able to get me back on verizon service from leaving at&t and gave me a better deal give that man a raise!!!

The salesman simply lied to two of usDidnt disclose costs for setting up the phone, told us the accessories came with the phone, also a lie. I paid for the accessories. When confronted he said he would waive the 45 dollars. The receipt, emailed, showed two different set up fees for 20 dollars. One was discounted. The other customer happens to work for the state of Georgia and she said that Verizon will hear about this. If he hadnt tried to hide all this and lie to us then it would have all been good. Recommend that others use the corporate store or just order online.

As a small business owner I truly must live by the philosophy time is money. In the past I have wasted HOURS in Verizon stores or on the phone, whether I was buying new devices or just had a billing issue I needed resolved. Every time I have worked with Mitchell he has made the process quick and easy. If something is going to take longer than expected he lets me know ahead of time, he resolves the issue and then reaches back out to me afterwards, so I can minimize my time spent on the phone or in the store. Ive never been dissatisfied when dealing with him!

TCC Verizon is AMAZING!! walked in here as soon as they opened with a charger stuck in my phone. they don’t even offer that service but helped me get it out in 2 minutes. THEY ROCK!!

I had a very poor experience at this store today. To begin with, the initial lady who helped me, while nice, did not take her time to explain to me what was going on, I was told I just needed to pay $150 for the “deposit” on the IPhone 12, only to be charged almost twice that when I checked my account. I never received a receipt or anything. Apparently with the “$150 deposit”, I could pick out $150 worth of stuff from the store. Well she just decided I wanted a screen protector; a case, a charging cable, and a wireless charger. Before I could even say anything my phone was out of the box and she was putting the screen protector on it. Unfortunately, I could go on and on. I will admit, some of this could have been avoided if I had asked more questions or made her be clear, but after an 8 hour shift at the hospital I just wanted my phone and to go home. To make matters worse, I got home with my new phone and it wasn’t even activated. So, I took it back to the store, and while four employees watched TV, one of them tried to fix my phone, said it would just take a moment to activate and sent me on my way. Fast forward an hour and my new phone isn’t activated and I started receiving texts on my old one for some reason. So, I head back to the store for the third time, they finally take the time, call who ever needed to be called and my phone finally worked. So all in all it was a pretty poor experience and we will be moving our account with 7 lines on it to another carrier ASAP.
