I come here often, went through the drive through. The college girls are always so sweet. This time there was an older man at the window. Who was rude. Usually everyone here is nice. Only gave the 4 stars because the coffee & I try to support small local business. He needs to learn customer service. No one also wants to feel rushed through a drive through I understand being quick & attentive, but fix your attitude.I will be back but only because I enjoy Ellianos not because of the customer service today.

We got a hot caramel coffee and a frappé. Both were delicious, even tho my coffee could have been a little hotter,but the taste was very good. I think the pricing is fair for what you get. We were served quickly and the lady at the drive through was super nice and helpful with choosing from all the options.

I came here yesterday got a freezer that was pretty good. Come back today and nearly went into diabetic shock after 1 sip of the exact same type freezer. I got a cup full of sugar and threw the entire drink away. Ill NEVER support this business again. I honestly feel this was intentionally done.

Awesome flavorful shakes and smoothies for when you want something on the healthy-ish side and nothing too heavy. Ive been going there for years and the people are always very friendly!

I went through drive through and waited 20 minutes to get helped. Once someone asked to help me, i asked for a $25.00 gift card and was told they couldn’t take a $100.00 Bill, you could imagine my frustration and I asked for the manager whom was very nice. She did give me the certificate. If there was a sign or notice on website it would be more than helpful to the customer.

Love this cute little coffee shop, I actually prefer it over Starbucks. I’ve been through several times prior but today the girls and I went through for a free coffee special they were doing for ogeechee tech students for finals. Even though we were getting free drinks the service was just as great as any other time. We needed a pick me up and really appreciated this, thank you Ellianos!

I ordered my drink and decided I didn’t want ice in it. I paid for a Large, and when she brought it out it was half empty. I understand if not getting ice through off the measurements, but at least tell me and I will order a smaller size. She also looked like she had an attitude b/c I didn’t want the ice. I usually love Ellianos, but today I didn’t get the best service.

I have been to many coffee shops around the country, I am glad to have this one in my home town. They have top of the line machines, and do a great job. I wont say it is the best coffee shop I have ever been to, but it certainly is in the top few. When I bring my friend that love Starbucks here, the normal comment is, wow this is much better than Starbucks!

It is soooooooooooooooo much better than Starbucks and the people there are soooooooooooooooo sweet and they put a lot of effort in to there drinks i literally just got a Sicilian smoothie and it is one of my FAVORITE drinks on the menu please go try this place and I hope you like it as much as I do! I gave it five stars bc it is so good and WAY better than Starbucks or any other coffee shop I EVER been to please have a great day and hope you like it!😁♥️

Everything I read says the open at 6am but I got here at 6am and no one was here so then I went to McDonald’s, the next day got here at 6:30am and still no one was here so I went to McDonald’s again. I even asked the employees and they said they open at 6am??? Idk what’s going on

I arrived shortly after opening on a Friday morning, it wasn’t busy at all! I was helped by a nice gentlemen who took my order. My drinks were made correctly an prompt. Although the drinks were a drinkable temperature, I do wish they were hotter.

We only go here on Sundays cause 3 three is closed. They always put too much cream in. Never fails.

We visit here weekly my kids love there coffee. You can get out quickly 2 drives

I tend to always arrive during the peak hours, but service is very quick and friendly! I usually have my dog with me and she gets a little doggy sundae! I recommend an iced tuxedo or turtle latte!

They were good but like I said to pricey. Got to make their overhead though so I understand.

Waited in line for 30 min with 3 people in front of me for an honestly mediocre coffee. It should be 2 min tops per car at a coffee shop drive through, that’s the whole point...

Ive never taken the time to write a review about anywhere but this is the best coffee joint Ive ever been to. The coffee and food genuinely make my days better. And the people are so dang happy like happier than Chick-fil-A employees. 10/10 go there if u wanna have a good day

Love it! The menu offers some excellent and delicious choices, staff is friendly and prices are decent. My only complaint is the unwillingness to make freezers in decafe. Ive had them before but lately it seems to be an inconvenience for them.

Best coffee in the Boro!!! The staff is always cheerful and helpful!! You may have to wait in line because they custom make everything and they take the orders at the window. My favorite is a Carmella with skim milk.

Cheap. Took 30 minutes to get coffee on a sunday with 2 people ahead of us. Barista knew nothing about coffee and messed up the order multiple times. Only redeeming factor of that visit was that she gave me a refund

Ordered my husbands coffee with no ice and it came half full. Some people like coffee without ice, especially since the coffee is already cold.

I’ve always been a fan of Elliano’s, until this morning. I’m a nursing student and have super early mornings for clinical rotations. Elliano’s opens at 6AM on weekdays - or at least is supposed to.I came to the store at 6AM on Wednesday for my morning coffee and breakfast, super excited because I (used to) LOVE Elliano’s. I got there and the store was closed. Waited until 6:10 and still nobody showed up. I had to go to Starbucks for my morning coffee and breakfast instead, which I hate.On my way back from Starbucks I saw that Elliano’s was open (it was around 6:20 now). I stopped by to let whoever was working know that I was there once they were supposed to open and how disappointed I was. I proceeded to sit there in my car for 5+ minutes while the guy working glanced at me and didn’t come to the window at all, not even to say to wait a minute. That was the rudest service I ever got there - I left.Not only does the store not open on time, but the customer service from (some) employees is horrid. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I was really happy to have found my favorite little coffee shop, only to be let down.

I would rate the Ellianos in Jacksonville 5 stars this one however is worst than Starbucks.

Compared to other coffee shops in Statesboro, this place is super overpriced. I will however say that their service is great. The drive-thru is always short and they make your drink super quickly no matter what time of day it is. Plus I’ve never had anything even slightly comparable to the green tea chai freezer. That drink seriously takes the cake!

Love their coffee over other chains, plus reasonable prices. They dont charge extra for milk choice and such.
