Love Starbucks! It smells so good in there. My favorite hot drink is white chocolate mocha & my 2 favorites iced drinks are white chocolate mocha my favorite Frappuccino is cookie crumble.

Not clear if they are open to inside dining or not. No sign on door about masks or any precautions. There were other customers sitting inside despite signs on some tables that said this table closed which is confusing so I asked an employee who said to help myself and sit anywhere. A few minutes later, another employee came around and very politely asked everyone to leave, blaming it on a new guy, but there were 5 other employees who also seemed to think it was fine to dine in.I have no problem with any safety measures but they need to improve communication.Clean restroom and friendly staff.

Picked up Starbucks for some coworkers and myself yesterday morning. The drive thru line was busy, so I ordered on the app and picked up in store. The service was slow, but my order was correct. Josh was helping with mobile orders and he was very nice and friendly.

EJ is the best employee that this Starbucks has ever seen. He obviously needs to be promoted. However............... yall need to do something about this drive-thru line.

Really enjoy this shop, have only gotten an order wrong a handful of times in my ten years of using this location. I do dislike the recent trend of putting a poor employee outside with an iPad to take orders (especially in this Georgia heat). I order through the app specifically so I can be more introverted and not speak directly to so many people.

Service has improved greatly. And the workers are very friendly and kind.

Every single time I order a large caramel macchiato (hot) from this location, it tastes like caramel, milk, and sugar. The espresso flavor is barely noticeable, as if they are using the same amount of espresso as a smaller size. Why am I being charged more for an upsize when it tastes worse and is seemingly the same amount of espresso as a medium?

Always great and quick service (I always order online ahead of time). My only issue is that they are almost always out of coconut milk to make my favorite drinks. This is especially annoying when I’m working on one of the challenges for stars, and then they’re out of it. I don’t much like coffee so the refreshers are my favorite.

The cashier Kate is amazing ! She’s always so sweet and energetic in the mornings when I come in the drive thru. She has GREAT customer service. We need more workers like Kate. :)

I sincerely dont know what happened to their previous service. I went in for a tall pike (basic cup of coffee), and Im told to wait in line at the end of the counter with 3 speciality orders ahead of mine. Doesnt Starbucks just fill up basic coffee and give it to you? Not anymore, I guess.This one mess up wasnt that big of a deal at first, just inconvient for my time. I couldnt help but notice 6 employees hanging around doing nothing, with only 2 working. It took way too long to get me a tall pike with that many employees hanging out. The coffee was only mildly warm when I got it too. I feel like an idiot for tipping. I only have 3 stars because theyve been better in the past.

Hire more team members! I travel and visit a Starbucks daily and have never seen anything like this. We waited thirty minutes and spent over $10 for coffee only to not receive it and find out it’s non refundable. Will not return to this location. Will stick with dunkin when in the boro.

The food here is so good and the service is quick. One cashier, a dude, is not too nice. He cuts you off when ordering and ignores a greeting like hello. Wont hold that against the store.

Service is great, but there is a MAJOR flaw in the curbside pickup system. The thing is, this location is almost always busy, and if you choose to do curbside pickup for your order, you will almost certainly be stuck in your spot because they placed the parking slots RIGHT BESIDE the drive through line. My recommendation would be to move the curbside area to the spaces AWAY from the drive through area (a good place would be the side facing the Chik Fil A restaurant) so people don’t have to deal with being stuck in their spot. The whole purpose of having a pickup service is so customers can order ahead and not have to wait. Placing the pickup slots so close to the drive through line defeats the purpose because you have people who refuse to move out of the way for the curbside cars. It also creates a dangerous flow of traffic because you have to weave your car through the line. I understand there is an option to pick up in store (this is typically the choice I select), but it would be nice to not have to go in the store every single time, especially when the curbside option is available.

All restaurants have indoor seating. Starbucks took it upon themselves to be COVID warriors. Its not necessary. If I feel unsafe to dine in it should be my choice. We have enough people who want to dictate what individuals should do. Their coffee is alright but Im tired of their social nonsense.

Great staff, perfectly mixed coffee, and a real customer is never wrong attitude! After 7 years of the horrible service at any Starbucks in Savanah ours a breath of fresh air!

Tried to go through the drive through at 8:50 PM. They were “closed”. Every bit of information (online and on door) said they closed at 9. It wasn’t like I was going inside or trying to get a drink in the last 5 minutes, I just wanted my hot drink before going home. I so miss the Starbucks where I used to live- they were open until 10PM and super friendly. These people are rude.Update: Have been here twice since my original review. Both times the drinks were super bland (watered down bad coffee taste). The wait time was 12+ min on a mobile order when they weren’t even busy (1 car in drive through ordering and 2 people on store with no other mobile orders) and it ended up taking about 20 minutes. I’ve had shorter mobile order wait times (10 min) at other locations with the outdoor line backed up to the street and the indoor one at the door.Update: I ordered the star drink and was told that it was a limited time item only available last summer. Funny how it was listed on the menu and advertised in the app. I ended up getting a pink drink and they left out the strawberry bits. At that point, I had been waiting in the drive through for so long I just gave up.Some of the reviews listed online seem to be for the other location in Statesboro which is located on campus. Unfortunately, that one is only open during weekdays and closed pretty early or id just go there instead.Conclusion: bad coffee, inexperienced workers who can’t make the drinks right, don’t know their menu, and take forever to make their drinks. I’ll continue to visit starbucks (after all I’ve enjoyed their drinks in many locations including at least 7 states), but I’ve given up on this location. It was good when I came here years ago, but not anymore.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to the hot coffee was cold I was told because I asked for extra cream which is a lie the because I always get xtra creme. I asked for a mild flavor was told it take 15 minutes to brew and they only had 1flavor ready. I sent the cold coffee back for a fresh hot cup was told they couldnt take it back. The employee sent me a cup of a foamy substance I poured on the ground

Rude service multiple times mainly with the later shift. Constantly running out of either Frappuccino or cream and will not let people know until they are stuck in a slow moving line. Cant get drinks right and had times when we would tell them a drink we got at a Starbucks in Augusta they say they dont have time to make it or the ingredients for it. I hate coming here but my wife loves her coffee and ever since Ive known her has loved Starbucks but we have been going to dunkin more often until we can find another coffee shop she likes. For me Starbucks is over priced especially at this location for some half made coffee and rude attitude. I dont recommend this one go to the one on the college if its open

I come here regularly and it’s always been good. But I came today and Did my online order and got a pink drink and they gave me what was essentially just a venti full of coconut milk with a splash of strawberry. Pretty disappointed. I would’ve stayed and gotten it fixed, but I had to wait so long I was almost late for work as it is.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I am a coffee connoisseur, and am from Boston and Rhode Island. They cannot make coffee to save their life. I dont know if its because the staff doesnt care, or if they arent knowledgable. Its just this store.Ive tried to go here 3 times, and they have been unable to make my coffee correct every single time. The last time, I had to leave there, throw out my coffee after it was made 3 times, and grab another one somewhere else. Boo!!!!Get it together Starbucks!!!

Extremely slow. 6 people working, 1 actually making drinks 5 standing around talking, 15 cars in drive thru line and 5 of us in store. 25 minutes to get our two coffees. Do not go here unless you have an hour to kill waiting for a coffee. Terrible service

I ordered a disaster of an egg white and turkey bacon sandwich, that both looked and tasted like something from a gas station. Unfortunately my coffee was worse. My Sweet Cream Cold Brew was really just bitter water. Sadly, the barista, who to his credit, replaced the cold brew and followed it up with a latte, couldn’t salvage the order and all the coffee, even the hot latte tasted completely watered down.

I am sick and tired of the Baristas being Rude!!!! I will give my business to the other coffee shop that actually appreciates their customers. These employees need a serious lesson in proper customer service.

Usually they are ok when i order on the mobile app. But today 11/06/2020 they were ridiculous the amount of time we have to wait to get 1 cup of coffee. They truly need major organization . Over 20 minutes of wait for 1 cup of coffee. I ordered it via mobile they need to get there ducks straight.

This was my free drink today. My favorite- Mango Dragon Fruit with Lemonade, no dragon fruit (dont like seeds and cant have them now)U Sometimes I get guava juice added. Refreshing and you get your caffeine. Love the staff there too❤ Love the Nitro Brew with sweet cream and 7 pumps of caramel witch is not really sweet but awesome, I just cant have them anymore 😒

Normally I love this Starbucks, the employees are always punctual and very sweet; however I’ve been ordering coffee on the app just to have it be poorly made, even when I only change my milk option in my coffee. I was told by an employee that the drinks should be known to be normal with any notes for substitutions when they come in for mobile orders. That means that there is an employee who is completely incompetent, as this same screw up has happened the past two times I’ve ordered within two weeks. Any new employees should have had any habitual mistakes they make corrected by then if there were new employees.I should have reported that my drinks were incorrect sooner but I assumed I was the one who had ordered wrong until I walked in this morning. Please properly train your employees on the contents of the drinks; my order was never difficult. Always one coffee add almond milk but everything else (the syrup/sugar) should automatically be assumed to be added unless I added more/held my sweetener.I’ve gotten coffee with just milk (which I will drink but EVERY TIME NAH) !!!!! That’s completely incorrect . Again, please train your employees to understand all the materials they’re using/

At this placed was up in Statesboro GA I went there Visited my elderly parents and it’s beautiful town, known as College and University. It’s amazing starburst over there. Friendly service good and customer service are very friendly. I strongly recommend to everyone, go there Visit them and experience it. At this point I don’t have the shop picture. Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered ONE muffin and it took over 15 minutes before I had to remind them about my order and it wasn’t as if they were really busy. This is my second time visiting this location. Last time I was here, I waited over 30 minutes just for them to tell me (after I reminded them) that they had run out of the sandwich I ordered. I’m definitely not coming back a third time.

Friendly, helpful staff. I ordered a caramel cloud macchiato, very pretty, but something, either the espresso, or something else, tasted burnt. I could not finish the beverage. Their prepackaged fruit and cheese plate is nice.

Margo was very genuine and sweet and provided amazing service and was very friendly and made sure our orders were correct and asked me how i liked my drink and remembered my name since i had ordered something new :)

Best customer service that Ive had at a Starbucks! Will, who is usually at the drive-thru, really stands out. He is so upbeat and I always hear him happily giving out suggestions to other customers. The atmosphere in the store is always cozy as well.

Love our Starbucks in Statesboro. It is a very comfortable place where you can take a somewhat quick spin through the drive through, have a relaxed cup of coffee inside, or sit outside when the weather is nice (not during our 100 degree summers!). Price of coffee is always too high, but it is good.
