Best donuts on the planet! If there are any better, God kept them for himself!

Hands down the best Donuts out there.So fresh, soft, and melt in your mouth delicious...And NO, taking any other glazed dont and microwaving it for 20 seconds does NOT make it a Krispy Kreme !!!

Its good in Singapore, Turkey, Thailand, and Japan, too hahahaHot glazed. Placed an online order through the krispy kreme app. Door Dash calls me and says when she arrived to pick up my order they told her they were doing something to the machines and they didnt have donuts available. Tried calling the store to cancel the order but of course no one answers the phone. I dont know how Im supposed to cancel it or how Im going to get my money back. Krispy Kreme, if you dont have donuts available, stop letting people place orders and pay.

I love Krispy Kremes donuts but the service isnt great here. Ive gone 4 times and each time they have gotten my order wrong.

Long wait ...cashier said 3xs we dont have ice so we cant make hot coffee. Lol more training needed!! Order of donuts was messed up as well!! Geez um

I remember when this Krispy Kreme first opened up back in either 2016 or 2017. Everyone just about was excited about it. Countless of cars were in line for Krispy Kreme to the point where one of the road lanes to the right of Krispy Kreme was full of cars waiting in line for Krispy Kreme. I dont recall any grim moments here. The donuts tasted alright and the staff was friendly and professional.

It was a spur of the moment decision to go here after dinner, but I’m glad we did.It was the 1st time having an Apple Fritter from a KK.It wasn’t the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst.I chased them down with some good ol’ ice cold milk. Good stuff.We had to wait a little in line, but the employee had our doughnuts 🍩 ready to go in no time.🙄😁🤩😇🍩🥰

The absolutely best doughnuts Ive ever eat. The hot now sign was on and they were so hot I had to hold the doughnut with a napkin .They were delicious thank you Krispy Kreme . the service was excellent and I will be back.bI highly recommend this business..

Donuts are always cold, this store is never in stock of most of the specialty donuts. And I got a really nasty blended coffee when I asked for a latte but I was too embarrassed to go correct it because I had already held up the line for 10 minutes for an order I placed in advance.

I love these donuts and the service.

Placed a pick up order for the wrong time, called in to adjust the order time (original order was at 6:45a but I needed it at 7:45a- just an hour later!). Was told that theyd have to cancel the original order so I could place the new one.This wouldnt be a problem, but I was told AFTER the fact that the original charge would remain on my account for 7-10 days. I know refund timelines can be crazy, and that isnt Krispy Kremes fault.That being said, I didnt place the new order. Theres no reason for a double charge to be placed on a persons card when the order time could have simply just been adjusted.

They were very informative about deals and new products.

This one used to be good. It has really gone down hill. The people who work here dont acknowledge you. They walked to the back and eventually they will come back and take your order. Once you go to order they have none of the donuts but they should have it all times.0/10 dont recommend this location.

Service was just ok. I paid $7.34 for a large frozen latte and 2 doughnuts. Was it worth it, NO!!!!! Honestly in my opinion Daylight Donuts is still the best!!!!! And if you want cheap there is always Walmart bakery, they are not Daylight but they are good. 2-$1 add an orange juice and a protein shake, you can be out the door for $5 and some change.

Man these doughnuts are the absolute best. I love them!!! Service always great but even if it wasnt great customer service the taste of the doughnuts is amazing.

Really wish theyd have this back in Minnesota. Miss being able to go and get them when living in Georgia

02/17/2021Went at 9:45am. Got a dozen (for my kids) and 6 extra. I asked the person taking my order to make me up a dozen for children, with jelly filled, creamed filled, all different kinds please and the other 6 were Chocolate covered-creme filled. Well the 12 for my kids had 2 jelly filled (both the same kind) 2 creme filled (both the same kind as well) and the rest were just regular doughnuts with sprinkles... and they were all repeats... the 6 chocolate covered-creme filled were so cold that the creme hurt my teeth and they were only 1/3 filled with creme and 1 had NO CREME!!. I was so disgusted that after biting them all to FIND THE CREME I just threw them away. What a damn JOKE! $24 for 6 hard cold doughnuts and 12 blah repeat doughnuts after asking for all different kinds with jellies and creme. What a waste of my TIME and MONEY... Stay away!!!!!!

Its Krispy Kreme, how can you not love it? I only wish that they offered military discount but Statesboro is a college town not a military one so they dont. Still they have the absolutely best doughnuts with just the right amount of glaze. Not like Duncans where they are hard & usually over or under glazed- ick.

Found peanut butter filled doughnuts, delicious. Hadnt seen any in 18 years.I had a buy one get one free but it stated for glazed but they let me get any type I wanted. Great.

Ive been here several times and the first few I could understand because people are new and learning the process of everything KK. I would think that by now, it would be on point. No. This is my first review for this location and 2 stars are generous. The employees are very nice but the doughnuts are a lost cause. I hope things improve soon because flat doughnuts are a disgrace to the KK brand. Ill drive to Augusta to answer the call of the Hot Light.

Good doughnuts. But what impressed me is the lady at the drive thru handed me amd drink that was a little over filled she layed paper towels on top and apologized for the over fill. Most places just throw you a over filled cup with no napkins much less a sorry. I didnt get her name but you go girl

Update: Returned several times since. Long waits. Out of or hadnt made key regular doughnuts. Hot wasnt hot.Went today, chocolate glaze didnt cover some of doughnuts. Again hot doughnuts w hot light on were not hot.Have loved coming to this store. Really gone down hill recently. Hot light not on 8:00, used to be on all morning. Blueberry doughnuts flat. Waited long time with no one in line. Then gave us boxes with glaze all over outside. Will definitely not head over there as often as used to. Our cashier was good, poor girl got no help from others.

Kind & courtesy staff. Very clean. Staff made suggestions and answered question about the differant kinds of donuts, drinks,and also explained the Krispy Kreme reward app. Also explained the survey and I received a free dozen of glazed donuts for doing the survey when given a code afterwords. The donuts were hot and delicious! Satisfied the craving. 😀

Drive thru teller operator was very nice, considerate,knowledgeable and helpful.

We got a box of assorted minis. Not impressed. $14.50 for 16 mini donuts.

Good hot doughnuts

I ordered from the app. They were out of about half of the varieties I ordered. They also didnt seem fresh (the pretzels in the Halloween doughnuts were stale, and the original glazeds icing was wet, like if they are a day old or something). This was 9am on a Saturday.

Great donuts but as usual slow/poor service at drive thru. Might just be their system but they always have an issue with the coupons. They encourage you to join the rewards program but it takes entirely too long to process your discounts.

Upon ordering I was immediately informed nothing with ice cream could be made. Basically only hot or ice coffee was available. Was a huge bummer because not only were most all specialty donuts unavailable so were the new highly advertised shakes. Not sure why they are 24 hours and barely have any product. Ill stick with Dunkin.

This is the WORST Krispy Kreme ! Their equipment is always broken. Today their machine to do chocolate glazed or anything chocolate is down as well as other machines to take coupons etc. This is not just a one time thing but seems to be a chronic problem. As with any Krispy Kreme the donuts are great - when they are able to make them!

Best Krispy Kreme!!!Uhh... except the fact that their front facing card machines are never working. You cant scan your own app or swipe your own card. They need to fix this!

Dont know what I could say that is bad about a donut place. Its very clean on the inside, never had a bad experience with the staff. The one bad thing I could say is that it makes me sad when they throw away the ones that get stuck together lol, bit im sure thats a company policy.

The parking lot was packed, but the place is new so its to be expected. The cashier worked through the line quickly. I am so excited to have a Krispy Kreme thats convenient to my travels!

They are constantly out of stock of many flavors. Ive gotten coffee a couple times but each time it was watered down and stale tasting. The staff used to be well behaved but now all they do is walk around the store talking loudly about workplace gossip. The customer insterface is decent, they just lack manners otherwise. The only reason I keep going back is the only other donut shop near me is the Dunkin in Wal-Mart and Id like to avoid going there if I do t have to. (They are a lot better if you want to deal with Wal-Mart.)

I tried their coffee for the first time on National Coffee Day. 4 stars for the free java that was the perfect strength. I wish they had coffee cup sleeves for the HOT java and perhaps the doughnut makers should where hair nets too.

Great donuts but every time Ive ordered the raspberry filled donuts, they are basically empty to the point that its ridiculous. Theyve always been MAYBE 25% filled! With how many times that Ive ordered them now, I cant possibly be the only one whove experienced this problem.

My donoughts were hot off the oven allthough the hot and fresh sign was not on. The cashier was very nice and the store was clean.
