It was an outstanding day at j.c. pennies. I bought a nice looking pair of new balance tennis shoes. A nice belt too. Its always a great place to shop. Always homestyle shopping at its Best. Im 67 yrs young and my dad had 2 charge cards, Pennies n Sears as far back as I can remember!! I really am gonna be some kinda sad to see them go,no doubt. Yours truly the Crosby clan.!!!!😘:)

With 10 days until their doors close for good, the store was almost empty but 75-80% off everything was awesome, if you could find it in your size.

I bought my brown leather coat from JCPenney two years ago. It was a great investment and I really love their service there. I give it a 5 out of 5 for the assortment for mens fashion, but also the kindness and attention from the employees of JCPenney. The leather coat fits me and I look good in it. Thank you JCPenney.

This place been around sent I was a little girl, my mother and grandmother shoped there way back in the days. So many memory. Known for their name. My daughter and I go shopping there sometimes to look for clothing,😎 shoes, and housewares. I went to buy some Nike shoes and they werent ringing up right however Morgan and Temicca were amazing at helping track everything down and helping me out. They were amazing young ladies! Will shop here again soon

Just got my so sons hair cut there and it was awful! I had to pay and the re pay to have someone fix it!! Girl was there all by herself so had to keep stopping to answer the phone. I shouldnt have had to pay but Im not mean and didnt want to upset her. They need more staff and better trained stylists. She was a nice girl, but needs more skills, maybe if the place was better staffed she could aquire those and concentrate better if she didnt have to run back and forth every 5 minutes.

Even though I didnt find what I was looking for in my size, the sales associate was extremely dedicated to helping me search for an extended period of time. She was very helpful and courteous!

Great selection of clothes especially Infants & kids. Love the jewelry selection the older lady is always so friendly and helpful. They always have great sales and good customer service.

To start off, this store is extremely unorganized and messy. You can not move around in this store what so ever. There were children running everywhere, trash laying on the floor, and the associates did not seem to care what was going on. The tall white man, I am assuming the store manager, was very pushy. He followed me around the store asking if I found anything I liked. I felt like all I was to him is a dollar sign and potential sale. The lady at the jewelry counter was sweet until she tried persistently to get me to sign up for a credit card and even asked for my license after I said NO multiple times. The lines were extremely long and no one seemed to be in a hurry to ring people up. The person that was checking me out did not greet me or even ask how my day was going, they just went straight into a spill about the credit card and rewards. I was so glad to get out of there. I bought one thing off of my Easter dressing list and when I got home, I found a hole in the sweater. I will not be coming here anymore.

The Salon was great but there was not very many stories. I liked it.

Store was a little in shambles but they are closing and did have one associate that really stood out..Summer i watched her ring out several customers help a few find what they were looking for and straighting as she went along..If Pennys had a place to put her they should..all places need more associates like that.....

I can typically always find a good deal here... Place is starting to look old and trashy though... The clothes may be modern but the store screams of the 80s.

It was awesome, the cashier was very helpful, courteous, very knowledgeable, one of the best experience Ive had in a very long time. Store number 1315 at Statesboro Georgia my cashier was Emily R . She also made sure I got my discounts that were due. I wish there were more of her around thank you.

Went in and found what I needed fast and was in and out..

I love JCPenney but the last time I went in the Statesboro store I couldnt find anything. They had rearranged the store. The whole center of the store was clearance racks. The shoe dept is a joke, I guess its serve yourself because of the way they have it set up. It is so dark compared to other stores I guess lights are burned out and they just dont replace them. I wonder how long it will be until they go out of business?
