Absolutely terrible. I had a pickup order for 3-4pm. I was sent an email and a notification from the app that my order was ready (at 2:50pm). I arrived at the store at 3:00pm and there were only about 3 or 4 other cars in the pickup parking waiting to get their order. I called the store 3 times. Each time they pushed the time back that they were going to bring my groceries out. There were plenty of staff going around to each car loading the groceries in, so there is absolutely no reasoning as to why I waited for an entire hour and a half to receive my groceries if they were so called “ready” at 3:00pm! Just do yourself a favor and save your time by shopping in the store. You will be in and out in less time than it takes to have your groceries brought out to you!!!

I placed an online pick up order August 26 for August 27 7a-8a and was emailed by Walmart at 7a saying my order would be delayed. I received another email at 8:51a saying that my order was ready for pick up. I pulled in and checked in around 9:01a and waiting until 11:33a to get my groceries. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE! After about an hour of waiting we noticed that people were pulling up after us getting their groceries. I waited another 30 minutes and was told that Walmart was filling orders from the day before...why couldnt someone have come out and told people this so that we werent waiting 2 hours plus for some groceries! The staff seemed clueless and wanted to blame everyone else for what was going on. The entire neighborhood Walmart is very unorganized and unprofessional! I will never use the online pick up at this location again and I expect some type of compensation or at least an apology for the terrible customer service I experienced. Waiting 2 hours and 32 minutes for groceries that were picked and processed the night before....NEVER AGAIN!

I had a pickup order with less than 15 items scheduled for yesterday from 7-8pm. I got a notification at 7 that they were still working on shopping for my items. I finally got a notification after 11pm that my items were ready. However, Im not convinced that my items had been shopped, as when I went this morning to collect them, I sat and waited for almost an hour and nobody ever came to give me my order. I couldnt get anyone on the phone at first, and then I alerted them to my presence quickly when they finally answered. There were so many cars waiting for pickup, and only a couple of associates bringing out orders. People were leaving because they had been waiting for so long, and I eventually wound up doing the same.Im not sure if they are understaffed, or if the number of staff they have doesnt correspond with the number of slots they have available for each time, but something clearly needs to be done.

I did a mobile pickup and they never came out and that was happening for 2 days in a row and today I tried to call them but no response Ive been on the phone waiting for almost the whole day and nothing. I will most definitely be contacting the manager and corporate asap.

The associates are always friendly and helpful. I can always find what Im looking for because the shelves are stocked and this store is always clean and welcoming.

My wife and I go to this Walmart when were in a rush. Plus they almost NEVER run out of Good n Fun kabob and rib dog treats- favorites of our Chihuahua. Same great prices, smaller store and faster checkout!

Online pick-up is a joke 2+ hour waits and the handling of items leaves something to be desired. Too often are the bags just thrown in the trunk with no regard. All that aside the inside might be worse with limited items and rude staff (to include management.)

Had to run out after 10pm to put gas in both of my vehicles, and do some grocery shopping. The young man pulling in the shopping carts, was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! He offered to help me with my groceries, and placed all 5 cases of water into my truck. THATS FANATICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AWESOME YOUNG MAN!! KUDOS!!

Last time I shopped pickup with Walmart I had a pick up time of 4 and I didn’t get my groceries until 6:30 and I’m between that time they never answered I had to call the front to get someone in pickup. Today I had a pickup time of 2 and they sent a message saying it was delayed. I waited an hour and soon as 3 came it was still delayed. I canceled my order. Worse grocery store ever!!!!

Pickup is very very busy in late morning & afternoon. If possible, better get your orders in really early 🤔

If you dont mind dodging pallets, not being able to find what you want and checking yourself out then it was OK.

Waited for an absurd amount of time past when I placed my pick up order and they didn’t bother telling me it’d be late until after my pick up time so I just sat in the parking lots for a couple hours waiting. Got no updates or anything, absolutely worst service I’ve had at a grocery store for as long as I can remember.

They did not have the Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer that I drove 20 miles for. Also they said it would be an hour before my RX would be ready, so I had to come home to put up the cold groceries I got and now I have to make another trip to get my RX.

I was looking for Ezekiel bread and ask two young associates for assistance. Both were absolutely delightful. It is always a pleasure to see true and friendly customer service vice someone who seems to be bothered when asked for help. I wish I had read their name tags in order to mention them here. Thank you ladies! I appreciated you!

Waited at the store for 2 hours, when my order was finally ready the app wouldnt work to check in and no one answered the phone, on top of that The email confirmation had the wrong order in it, and all items except three were out of stock. If I could rate it zero stars I would

Longest grocery store checkout line I have ever seen. Only one staffed register open, and a clearly inadequate number of self check out lanes. Didn’t feel like waiting 15 minutes, so I just left.

Things did not go well tonight. my pickup was supposed to be between 7:00 and 8:00 pm, and I dont even have time to tell you all the problems I had. I couldnt get anyone on the phone so I finally went there at 8:00 and sat in the parking lot until I got my groceries at 8:47. So I finally got home at 9:00. They werent answering the phone. I got out of my car and told two different guys in the parking lot that I was there; they just werent communicating and they were understaffed. Not a good experience.Two stars is pretty generous.

Is a good place to bring your food but need more cashiers because many people cant pay by itself in the self check.

Delivery service is a good option as long as they are not too packed. Alway check your meat items, not always fresh, may want to pick meat and fruit out personally.

Visited Walmart for 2 gallons of milk. Only one check out register was open. Waited 30 minutes in one long line to get out. The lady in front of me bought $250 worth of groceries,Later visits have been very good. Walmart was very responsive during Hurricane Matthew and kept the store well stocked for the massive amounts of people stocking up on water and such. Thanks, Walmart!

Produce is frequently rotting, still on the shelves. Today it was potatoes that I found rotting. How long does it take for that to start happening to potatoes, of all things? They cant keep certain items in stock, such as frozen vegetables. If you are routinely out of frozen vegetables as a store, then adjust your next order so that it doesnt keep happening. Its not just frozen vegetables that this happens with. (This was a problem back before the pandemic, too.) Theres frequently hand trucks and rolling shelves left in the way in the aisles. This store is a mess. Just go to ALDI instead.

Ive never been to a neighborhood Walmart but my first experience was great. Well stocked and hard working employees.

This walmart would be great if they actually had things on the self so you could shop and check out with the things you came for but that would make this a functional supermarket and they are hell bent on not being that. But other than that its used as a great parking lot

Dont go here if your not prepared to chevk yourself out amd bag your own groceries. You will end up with a full buggy and 3+ employees watching you (to make sure you dont steal) while you check yourself out. Its silly.

If you like waiting outside in 96 degree weather to enter what they claim is an over crowded store (spoiler it had barely anyone in it) this is the store you have been looking for. They also have rude employees who will treat you like dirt as an added bonus. And to make even more convient half of thier stuff is out of stock. Just go to bilo or the super center walmart if all these sound like negatives.

Easy to find any of your grocery needs and is a nice quick in an out option! Clean well stocked place and has most all I would need on a weekly basis.

I love that the Market is so close to my home. The staff are helpful & polite. Sometimes I do get run over by the employees shopping for customers.

Not happy with the survive a asian coworker keeps following me in different parts of the store in the grocery store sad but that the only complaint... I try not to go to this walmart after my second to third experience and she is the only one.

WMT is WMT. Wide selection of items, some of the best prices in town and absolutely NO customer service. In fact they must train the staff to be rude. But that is what we sacrifice for good prices.

Their potatoes always seem to be green, but if you’re not buying poisonous produce or strangely colored meat, they tend to have good prices

We like this much better than the other Walmart in the Boro.... much cleaner, but still quite a bit of traffic. But, theres no comparing, this one takes the 4 star cake! I would give it 5 stars if the staff there was more accommodating and nicer, and didnt look miserablen for being there.

Store was dirty the employees were taking out a cart full of drinks from the bottom of the shelving, for a new store it smells bad and employees are no professional. Female worker kept going on about an incident she had in the parking lot with a customer... yeah it was terrible but she was making it worse by talking super loud about it as the other “managers” engaged in her conversation

Why are the reusable and coldproof bags after the register? Why would you pay for your food (which are most likely already in plastic bags), almost head out the door and then decide yeah, itd be a good idea to turn around and wait in line again - if yall want to increase sales on these cold bags and reusable bags move them a bit past the decompression zone. Ive thought about buying a few bags but Im not going to turn all the way around and take out my wallet again. Other than that this store is perfect on my commute. Keep up the good work.

Love being able to call ahead for curbside p/u. If theyre out of stock of6 an item, they make equal, or better choice for the money.

Bought some Georgia Boys sausage got home open package to put on the grill and they were sour! Very disappointed was looking forward to some Ga. Boys off the grill!🙁

Got in and out pretty quick but the produce health department help me pick out some peaches and all in all it was a real nice visit

If you dont feel like going ALL the way to the Supermarket Walmart as a skate/long boarder, cyclist, or walker, this is your next best bet. It pretty much has most of what you need for food, and it has a smaller feel and feels a bit more down to earth with more yellow colors than white colors when it comes to its aesthetical looks when it comes to the environment.

Much more organized than the supercenter.
